A very good Pizza Express, food was fresh, delicious and piping hot. The dessert pizza was amazing and has to be tried. With great service also this is well worth a visit.
Take away pizzas were awful. The cheese was so nasty I felt I needed a lie-down to recover. Stingy toppings otherwise (hardly any tomato sauce). Avoid!

Was weary of the reviews but decided to give them a go as it's near the bus stop home. Pizza was delicious and affordable. They were also very efficient and only a 10 minute wait. I'm impressed. Will definitely be coming back again

Our server, Tatjana, was a very friendly and helpful hostess. The service here was timely given the fresh prepped pizzas. We were in over a busier lunchtime period and watched the service keep pace with custom.

The pizza was a great tasting pizza. Insanely thin crust with a blend of chewy and crusty that was satisfying. perfect for lunch.

Worse customer service. Ordered a Pizza Ruspante and it came out not cooked properly as well as soggy rotten stuff inside the pizza. I said thin crust but they decided to make it deep pan; i don't know how much dough they used. I usually go to the other pizza restaurant down the road- I think it was woody pizza or something like that. Would not reccommend EVER! Not even a proper italian restaurant. No cleanliness or hygiene in there aswell!
The most average pizza ever. I mean, it's hard to ruin pizza, the thing even tastes decent when it's cold. This pizza had nothing remarkable, just average. Thin flavorless crust, very poor amount of topping (protein) as well as poor amount of cheese. Any domino's would do better. The point on its favor is that I did not perceive it as expensive.

I went to dine here only to find out there is no where to dine. There is a man standing in a kitchen making pizza and a snall walkway to order. My boyfriend and I couldnt stop laughing about it. We ended up going to Harlesden.

I can't say enough good things about Pizza Club Cricklewood. One of the item for my order was a portion of garlic bread but I was given garlic sauce. I told the guy that I ordered garlic bread, he showed me naan bread and asked me is this what you mean? I had to show him the image from their website for him to understand what garlic bread is. When I showed him he said that they dont have it.

I drove quite a distance to eat at this restaurant. Their pizza is amazing, their burgers are amazing, their fries are amazing. Everything I've tried here is cooked to perfection. The customer service is second to none. I would definitely recommend.

I’m very upset with the service I have received today. I ordered at 12:20 am. I informed the staff member when I called that the shop was closing at 12:45am and if it was still possible to order and he said yes, however it will take up to an hour. I said okay. Now it is 1:48 am and still I haven’t received a call or my food. An hour and 25 minutes later. The shop is now closed and I have tried calling the telephone about 10 times, no answer. I am a regular customer I have ordered over 40 times from this shop because of customer service

I have ordered from Tehran Burger couple of time and last night we went there to dine in. It was a very clean cosy restaurant. The service was great and I am in love with smoky cocktail. Highly recommended

I made another order but his time not so helpful and rude. The pizza came with bacon, we dont eat that type of meat. No offer to replace and put down the phone. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN.
Horrible pizza comes burned and tasting horribly, it says that it will arrive in 35 minutes on the app but in reality it arrives after 3 hours, they never pick up the phone they don’t care about any complaints, the pizza comes cold and after 3 hours of ordering, no one apologies or give any information about your order. As I said even if you call them a thousand times they will never answer the phone.
I never post reviews but the food arrived with a hair on it! Have tried to Call the store 4 times but nobody picks up- it just rings for a few minutes. All I want is a refund for this pizza not even the whole order.

I received wrong order and not even an apology from rude customer service. She even trying to avoid my call as i was telling her I received a wrong pizza on my first call. Wouldn’t be surprised if she’s the manager. Look at these bad google reviews, such a pity.
We ordered pizza on Sunday (May bank holiday) for the first time. To start with, there was 1h10min wait for delivery, which in reality was more. Then, we wanted the "pizza deal" any 2 12" for £15.99. When the driver arrived, he said it was £18 because the deal is collection only (we weren't told on the phone). Then, he said cash only (neither we were told this). I went for cash, £20, he didn't have change! To be honest, poor customer service overall. The pizzas were OK, however very salty dough.
Worst customer service from any Pizza Hut I ever been to especially by the south Asian lady who is always miserable and seems to always be having a bad day and very unhelpful and rude like she doesn’t want to work. When I see her there, I don’t bother ordering. Other staff are very pleasant. Sad as Pizza Hut is losing customers just because of her.

My family and I got food poisoning after ordering pizza here. Surely they used rotten ingredients. I only threw up a couple of times, but my wife and daughter got recovered at the hospital and had to go through a gastric lavage.

Some of the best wings I've ever tried these guys really go to town on the sauce pizza very fair prices and tastes beautiful I come here once a week cause the service is great and they always give u more then what u ask for they go to town to make sure u get a great meal
If you want the best pizza experience, you've come to the right place. This utopian establishment is, not only one of the cheaper places to eat, but the quality is not comparable to other chains (especially papa johns). A true experience of real customer service and an overall world class pizza.

Poor customer service. I made an order but noticed a mistake once the confirmation came through(error on app). I rang immediately to try to change it but there was no answer. I called another two times and finally on the last call got through. I explained that I needed a change to my order due to dietary requirements and was told 'too late, its in the oven'. I was surprised by how the lady spoke to me and even more surprised to find out she was the manager. I made the order through ubereats so thankfully they issued me a refund, I ordered elsewhere.
Honestly one of the best pizzas I ever had, is near to my house so I go there very often at this point. Always nice service and great pizza.
I love tops pizza and will always try and order from them no matter where I am. Second time at Willesden no complaints yet. Would give 5 stars but there’s always room room for improvement. Firezza was, at the beginning, one of my favorite pizza in London. Unfortunately now is just average. Good toppings but the dough taste is poor. It is a pity.
Praise the lord this establishment has closed down because all they serve is human hair as topping on ur pizza hence why they probably closed down now/ changed management

I have to say I was extremely disappointed with not only the service but also the quality of food at the willesden branch of Tops Piza. I ordered a home alone meal and not only was the garlic bread dry and inedible but the ground beef on the piza was not fresh.. I can't even say that the barbecue chicken was any better...the whole meal felt like a waste of money. I wont be ordering from there again.
Really bad service experienced for the first time been ordering for about a year and half placed an order for 2 vegi deep pan pizzas, both came quiet over cooked, thin base, I called the branch up and I got told to send a photo of the pizzas in return for a coke bottle on my next order, terrible I will not be using again and recommend anyone one that wants too not to bother. All I requested was to give me a portion of garlic bread, and wedges when I order next time, I could have requested for another 2 pizzas to be sent but I didn't because I thought I always order from the place!!
I been ordering from cricklwood branch for last two years … last 6/7 months it’s pot luck sometimes pizza is great sometimes terrible and dry . Reason I give it one star is that they add £1 on top of what the price is advertised!! That is out of order . Won’t be ordering from them till they get their act together!

A buffalo mozzarella pizza with rubbery mozzarella that complemented the rubbery base and missing basil... Plus a what they called "Panuzzo" which supposedly should have been filled with mushrooms fior di latte pancetta and garlic oil but instead came filled with nothing but a thin layer of tomato sauce... I'm Italian true and true and this is been one of the worse if not the worse pizzeria I came across... and I lived here for a very long time. Absolutely avoid 💩👎
Very good! Totally recommend to collect or ask for delivery. The place itself it’s not amazing, tiny and very simple with few spaces to eat but if you have the chance to order it, it’s completely worthy!

This is without doubt the worst, and probably most expensive pizza you will ever taste. Overcooked, dry, and mean on all the ingredients which in this case was only pepperoni and cheese. Actually, It was bitter which means it was burnt. If you’re really desperate for pizza, go to Iceland and get one for a fiver. It will be better than this tasteless offering. Avoid at all cost
Wood-fired pizzeria open till 8 to 1 a.m. in the morning. Looks very nice Italian traditional authentic pizza in order oven with all the typical delicious stopping at desserts to choose from worth having a look order and get head on the app. Helpful and friendly staff clean and hygienic well worth a visit I recommend.
I can safely say that I was completely satisfied with the service, both the worker and delivery driver were really helpful and friendly. I ordered BBQ wings (I highly recommend) and a BBQ based chicken sizzler (Pizza) which was really tasty. The driver got here earlier than it said on the website which was pretty cool. Overall I had a great experience ordering food from Time pizzas and I will 100% order from here again.
It has been re-opened in this Covid-19 after being closed since the beginning of Covid-19 in March 2020. Terrible pizza 🍕 not enough cheese topping, the stuffed crust was not done properly and my meat treat pizza was burnt. I don't recommend this place, a place to avoid.

The pizza sauce if i can call it that it was just tomato paste spread on top and it was way overpowering borderline disgusting, enough to stop me from eating more than 2 slices. This was almost the worst food delivered i ever had. we are still hungry and down 50£.

In our opinion, easily the best value pizzas we have had in London. Open really late, quality ingredients and great service. Highly recommended.
Pizzas are amazing, their chow mein is absolutely tasty, such a big portion for a reasonable price!
Ordered online through Just-Eat and found that the food is absolutely delicious. I've longed for a Vegan pizza in the local area and found that this was a great option.
They used a combination of Vegan cheeses and even substitute meat such as Chorizo.
They delivered early and the cooking was excellent. I was surprised by the exceptionally good quality of the pizza. I will absolutely be ordering online from them again in the future!

Don't mean to sound fake, but I have been going here for around 2 months now every now and then and actually loved these pizzas. Price is also good, but I prefer my food good quality so wouldn't mind more expensive. Staff are nice too, helped with suggesting toppings that work well together. 5 star
Delicious and fresh ingredients. The pizza is prepared right in front of you and the final result was gorgeous.
I am a regular for many years and and can not believe how the pizza has changed they do not give normal amount of cheese or tomato base and the topping are almost 2 or 3 on each slice of pizza if you go in store they will not expect card payments and only take cash to avoid paying tax and showing there real income they are making if you get your pizza super late there will be nothing offered as loyalty but a sorry and will tell you they will look after you next time which they don't do and say they know nothing about it do not mess up your dates evening and family time by ordering here you have been warned good luck.

I had problems ordering online and called the store. The person who answered was friendly and helpful. I placed my order and it arrived within 30 mins (on Saturday night!)
The driver when he arrived was smiley and reassuring (because of my previous online issue) but most important of all.........

Very poor quality of pizza, hardly any toppings on both the 18’’ pizzas I collected from here. Tasted like rubber with no taste of any flavours. They don’t use real cheese but a cheap alternative, the meat are all processed to a point where it could pass as pet food! Very disappointing as I never expected a pizza can taste so horrible! Definitely worth avoiding.
The food was cold it took 1&1/2 hours to arrive.. every item I ordered was extremely poor quality and had a disgusting taste from the pizza to the burgers and chicken ... trying to eat cold over cooked chips are hazardous
It took almost an hour to reach and the deep pan was a thin crust and burnt. The pizza looked and tasted like it had been cooked 2 weeks ago n burnt for me today. Totally disgusting, never again.
Actually called food city
I ordered Pizza from them couple of times and on both occasion they were late and the pizzas were ice cold. When I complained the guy was unhelpful and said he can't do anything about it because it becomes cold as soon as you take it out of the shop. What a crap! They are running a take-away and they should have the means of delivering hot food.
