Friendly staff with good pizza. Bring your own drinks and they will keep them in the fridge for you. They also sell the best pizza based in Durban.

First time buying pizza here and it was great. I would like to thank the ladies at the till for guidance through my first order. The service is amazing & Most importantly, the pizza is top tier.

Had a BBQ Chicken pizza. The only thing you could taste was BBQ sauce. The chicken on the pizza was tasteless and rubbery. Definitely not made fresh.

In MY opinion the worst pizza ever..I tried them twice and both times was utterly disappointed you would think for their price you would get a decent pizza but literally disgusting..5 slices had no toppings at all and the others once picked up the entire THIN layer of cheese would just slide off..really really bad and not recommended…and to top it off I ordered a creamy chicken and the pizza tasted so sweet I could almost swear it was bbq.

Would give negative ratings if I could. Order was placed at 1741. at 1820 order still not ready. Was told will take 15 minutes. The restaurant is not even busy. If you want bad service this is the place to go.

Essentially a takeaway place, but has the potential to develop into a great venue. The pizza was simply outstanding 👌 perfect thin crust, ample toppings, smokey wood fired taste. Best pizza I've had outside Italy 🇮🇹

Might be one of the worst meals I’ve ever tried to eat. Felt like I was eating uranium it felt that fake. Pizza was delivered on its side so all the toppings came off. One pizza didn’t have extra toppings that we ordered and paid for.

Ate two slices and couldn’t stomach anymore and neither could my partner. Please save your taste buds and buy from somewhere else.

Also, what’s the point of a plant based pizza if it comes with mozzarella…. Just a side not.

First time visit was darkened by Eskom, but the wood fired pizza made up for it with fresh, original taste and authentic flavours. Multiple loyal customers collecting telephone orders. Apparently the menu changes regularly, so I will have to try them again.

I read an article about this place the other day so thought I had to try it. I ordered a delivery. My Pizza arrived very quickly and was absolutely delicious, I ate my first slice before I could take a picture as it was so good. Only down side is they charge R200 on Mr D, which is quite expensive for a pizza, but I know there delivery services take a large % so most likely the reason.

Ordering from their website was always hit or miss, but it's way more miss these days. They haven't delivered 2 of my orders in a row so far. They don't answer the phone and the call center promises a call back but doesn't. Not worth the cheap price - try Romans down the road - better pizza and you always get your order.

I ordered pizzas online. 1hr 25mins later I received ice cold pizzas and undercooked chips. Just before the delivery I called the call center twice to follow up. The 1st I was told the manager will Call me back. The second time the customer service agent was meant to follow up and call me back. No call back. I tried calling the store direct, twice, no answer.
How sad. The SA franchise is such a let down. The service seems to be going from bad to worse.

Today, the food GPS led me to A Pizza My Heart. I have seen the quirky marketing on various groups coupled with rave reviews, so we decided to try it out .

This is a hidden gem! We were the only diners on the premises, so our meal was served within 10 minutes .
No fuss, no frills, just pizza.
A fully loaded perfect blend of Indian tandoori spiced chicken on a thin crust Italian pizza base topped with just the right amount of toned down raita (similar to tzatsiki). A world of flavors in every bite.
The tandoori De Pollo was so good that I ordered a second one as a takeaway!
I was chuffed to find that they serve the Brodies Iced Tea Range ❤️.
Now, this is what I'd call the Circle of Life.

This was by far the worst experience at any PizzaHut I have ever had.
We placed an order at a specific time and were told to wait the usual time (20-30 mins) only for the food to take away longer than anticipated.

I decided to go check in to see what's going on after an hour and asked the guy at the front what's going on. He said nothing and just looked at me with a blank look on his face. I said I've been waiting an hour, can he tell me what's up, he said it's almost done. I asked how long do I wait for because they told me a short amount of time and it's been over half an hour of that time and absolutely nothing is happening. I asked what's the hold up, does he have any answers for me, how long do I wait until my order or how far along are they and he just keeps quiet the entire time. This guy switched to ignoring me and tried serving other customers and even told a lady to rather leave her order because it's now going to be too long.

Another lady had placed an order at 5.30pm and it was now past 7 and still had not received her order. The next lady that came and was turned away had also placed an online order and was told to rather leave the order.

Now frustrated, I asked if his silence is going to be the answer or will he tell me when I can expect my order. He would not call a manager or anyone else to come help and said the pizza isn't made yet and will be ready in the next 10-15 minutes. So after waiting an hour, now he's giving additional time, customers are being served after me and recieving bigger orders than mine and mine is only now being made? I said I wanted my food in the next 15 minutes or I want all my money back and I kid you not, the food came in 6 minutes.

They had such poor delivery and workmanship. They had one lady working on all the pizza's and after us were only coming big orders and then leaving the smaller orders from multiple customers for last.

The food was less than mediocre, sloppy and just looked like a mess. If they had been honest with me about the time it would take to get ready or even kept me informed of any delay on their end, I would understand. Especially because I kept going in to check what's going on. But don't lie to me and make me wait so freaking long and neglect my order and then ignore me when I'm trying to get feedback. Aside from that, they had the nerve to send out another customer to call me in because my order was finally ready. I was sitting near the door and able to hear them clearly as they called our numbers. Too many disgntled customers and no one to help things along or communicate with us.....

This is not someplace I would consider going to again. The service delivery, workmanship, experience and food overall would be a 1/5 from me.

Cosy place, lovely atmosphere, professional manager, friendly staff member, clean place. The pizza was so divine, the cheese melted and the meat in the pizza was just as much as I wanted, and they do not charge corkage fee if you arrive with your own alcohol. Highly recommend this place if you want a small lunch with friends to catch up or a small intimate dinner with your loved one over a glass of wine 😊

To date this is the best pizza I've eaten in SA. Full of flavour in every bite. Got the Caperi e Carciofi and Tandoori Di Pollo. In every aspect of what a pizza should be, they excelled. Crisp base, perfect amount of toppings, a GREAT choice of toppings, the freshest ingredients, all served with care and consideration. Quaint joint, keeping operations quick and clean. Kevin loves to feed people good pizza, his enthusiasm drives a fantastic pizzeria.

Recommended as a take away pizza option. Sit down tables are limited. We came for a sit down late afternoon meal. Rustic backyard courtyard, simple but oh so nice to sit there , peacefully under the trees. The pizza are my best ever. Thin based, real Italian style. Love the toppings. We enjoyed the Mozella de Bufala and Siciliano. Loved it!

Ordered online via Uber Eats. The order took 90mins to be prepared. It took 90 mins for us to receive a piece of undercooked flatbread with some cheese in it. Pathetic, inedible. Chicken strips were soft as well, cheesy fries didn't have any cheese on them. Don't order from here

Very disappointed with the meal. Ordered The Boss Deal . Toppings are so sparse the little cheese that was sprinkled over was burnt to a crisp, besides being burnt it didnt even cover to the edge of the base. Absolutely dry and tasteless...waste of money !

I've bought from them recently and their quality of their pizza has decreased considerably. It's actually very disappointing.

The pizza was bland and absolutely horrible, the dough has pieces of plastic stringy bits to it. So each bite you take you can feel something stringy in your mouth and that was absolutely disgusting.

How do you'll expect people to eat something like that? I wasted my money and will make sure I'll never buy from here again!

As a person who was a frequentl buyer from pizza hut, I will surely not be going back. And I would recommend people try other pizza places, unless you want to be disappointed.

My son called & requested for the menu to be sent via whatsapp, this made eat easy to make up our order & speed up the process. It was Sat night the place was packed with patrons. We were met by a very friendly manager who said the wait was about 20 minutes but suggested we could use the seating in the take away area we were happy with that.
We order the Boerista, veg, chicken out, ciabatta roll with cheese & garlic& the pizza pops. Firstly the pizzas are square & big, all pizzas are not short on fillings and taste is completely different from the regular pizza joints we are used to. Everything was tops from the service to the wait & the Devine foods. Keep it up guys

The pizza here is DELICIOUS ! Very hugh quality ingredients are used and therefore I cannot fault the food.

There is lovely inside and outside seating compromising of wooden finishes which give it a rustic feel.

The staff don't smile and aren't the friendliest , I expected them to help me choose a pizza choice which was an opportunity to upsell but they didn't.
Being really put of with the service but happy with the overall product so well done to the chefs !

Overall if you're looking for a quick bite I would recommend this . It really hits the spot
