For the life of me I still don't understand how I always make the perfect pizza. Awesome place. Helpful staff.. just don't make the the mistake of making a pizza with no cheese. Seems ridiculous, but its a mistake you can make. Andiccios!! Please, make it a question after the fact.. "do you want cheese BRO??!" Lol

Ordered chicken and mayo pizza with extra avo. Received something that tasted much dryer, like a BBQ chicken pizza. Avo slices could not be thinner in any way. Pitty they don't have a Whazzap number for me to txt them directly.

Seriously not a delicious pizza, at all. And for that price you would at the very least expect avo that isn't brown. Couldn't even eat the avo, ended up in the bin

Ordered and paid for large pizzas and received medium pizzas very disappointed

This was my first experience dining at Andiccio24. I have always heard by word of mouth that their food is excellent, and I can agree to that. The pizzas are incredible! I particularly enjoy Hollywood. They perfected the base, and somehow, their combinations of toppings really compliment each other with taste and flavor.
Now, the menu is a bit on the costly side of things. However, it is so worth it. This is money well spent.
In terms of service...well, my partner and I were the only customers in the restaurant at the time, so we had all their attention.

The service I receive from Pizza Perfect Petervale is always amazing. They really go the extra mile in ensuring my special needs are met. Also, this is the only place that returned my call when I was cut off from a weak network. Incredible!
It's also such a pleasant atmosphere to walk into , always greeted with smiles, and the rapport between staff and manager is such a pleasure to see.
An incredibly caring and meticulous team, from the attentive cashier to the staff working in the background in delivering a perfectly cooked meal.
A special mention to Jan, the manager who went the extra mile on my first meeting to meet my requirements. And ever since the staff have noted my requirements.

We ordered 2 large pizza’s last night. They were terrible. The pizza was very oily because they used cheddar cheese and also the base was not that great.
It used to be the best pizza in town but I will no longer be ordering from pizza perfect.

Pizza was amazing, try making one with Cheese Foccacia lamb, feta, grilled onions and balsamic 🤤 also 24h

Poor service. Honestly don't know why they are still operational. No feedback recieved on my last complaint. Be careful and check your charges. Nearly get overcharged by R50 for 2 large pizzas. Will not buy here again.

They are life savers and really kind hearted people who serve the best made pizzas at all hours of the day and night. Never disappointed and always satisfied. The staff is also patient and accommodating.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews but this will help the staff improve, I ordered a double shot of espresso which is meant to be much shorter 60ml and flavourful. I got something similar to a americano 100ml , watered down, and unpleasant it also cost me R36! . I’m willing to give the place a second shot… please improve 👊🏻

We love ordening from this store. Service is always great and friendly too. I'll be honest, the surrounding area felt slightly unsafe at night when I drove to them this week, but it was load shedding and very dark so just my own paranoia I suppose. They really do make pizza perfect and one can tell they have great teamwork!

Good evening. I just ordered a mex veg pizza with NO tomato base as I am allergic to tomato. The restaurant sent me the pizza WITH tomato base and the manager (Housman or something like that) was extremely rude and refused to compensate me. This restaurant must not be on your books as they are rude and could have caused me severe illness.

I have been buying pizza from this store for maybe 15 years. Since the revamp the staff attitude is really bad and the service is really poor.

A couple of times call in an order go collect and they can’t find the order we called in.

Tonight after calling in the order and waiting 45 minutes they still had yet to make the pizza.

Staff were rude and the “manager” boarder line refused to refund my money. I was the 5th person at the till complaining about the service that night.

I have given enough chances I won’t be returning to your store.

Worst Pizza Perfect ever, every time I have ordered a pizza they hardly greet and seem to have some sort of attitude, the last time I came to order I was told in a rude manner they cant help because of load shedding, yet its a wood oven. Pizza is usually dry as well.

Disgusting service ever! The owner is extremely rude and has the worst communication skills! They accepted my order then later called to tell me that I need to order from the closest branch AFTER ACCEPTING MY ORDER. Why would you accept an order if the client is far??? He gave me a lame excuse about the order being “automatically accepted” after payment …if that’s the case what’s the point of the app having a wallet or credit balance that should function like how all these delivery apps work. Not even surprised by the bad reviews I’m reading now, it’s just a pity that I saw them after placing my order.

One of my friends once told me they didn't like pizza perfect, I thought they were mad. Guess they must have been talking about this one.

Every time i order something there is always a mistake.
honestly couldn't even eat the last pizza.

However would highly recommend pizza perfect Epson downs, will not be ordering from Waterford again.

The owner and staff here know their thing. The place is clean, staff is friendly just that I didn't have a taste of thier pizza but will do next time I there. The sell of the pizza was to die for. I love their constant communication skills the all enjoy what thier doing. Keep up the good work team

Ordered 4 pizzas. Came ice cold, avo brown. Called management and they didnt care. Wont use them again.

They did not offer to replace the order as they say. I wouldn't be wasting my time with this review on a Friday night if they did.

This particular Pizza Perfect is located in a 'quiet' area for shops and businesses and the owner is a gem of a person.
Friendly, professional and served me with fresh, homely pizzas.
Word of advuce for the public: he has a dog, a lovely Pekingese called Daisy - if you have kids please don't let them tease her! She's just happily minding her own business, living her best dog life.
