I'd leave 0 stars if I could. I waited over an hour for my appointment, never got called in. Asked twice at the front desk how much longer I could expect to wait "Oh you'll be called in soon" was all I got. They have 4 doctors and about 30 people waiting in the waiting room at any given time. They are over booked, over burdened, and clearly just scheduling that many patients to bill them, not because they can realistically stay on schedule or give patients the level of care they deserve. Won't be rescheduling.

The front desk staff and audiology techs are all very nice and accommodating. I was seen by the nurse, not a doctor for the same copay, which can be disappointing. No maneuver was completed in the office to alleviate my issues with vertigo so I was unsatisfied with my progression of treatment. Instead I was given an rx to physical therapy.

Everyone in this office deserves 5 stars, when I tried to schedule the appointment for my first visit due to my busy work schedule it was a little bit difficult to find the time convenient to me, Myline the scheduling clerk tried everything possible to accommodate me, when I told her the date that was convenient to me, she told me she has to ask her manager for approval because that day was fully booked, Yes she got me in , I see her as a hero. When I arrived for my appointment, the front desk employee was very nice , in less than 20 minutes I was seen by the Physician assistant then by the Dr Vega
, he explained everything that he was going to do, overall I had a great experience and I thank the entire office team. Keep up the good Work
