The food was disgusting. It was very oily. I also had the coleslaw and it tasted like expired vinegar. It is disgusting and do not buy KFC from here. It is very oily and now my stomach hurts a lot. It is terrible from KFC here. The chicken popcorn was not even filled, though it didn’t even taste good the burger felt like it wasn’t cooked. It still raw wasn’t raw but not crispy cooked. The fries were OK but overall it taste disgusting and now my stomach hurts and I’m getting diarrhea.
She is fraud when it come to the tip,
She did take our order inserted the tip of CAD 9 over an order of CAD50.
I asked her about the tip options even though she didnt responded but she took my bill not to claim and didnt give me back.

The lady was talking on the phone while packing but she touched some food like French fries which goes not fully covered. As a result all people get food after her dirty phone! This is disgustingly.
Good burger spot. The spicy chicken sandwich was surprisingly good, and I might say it’s better than their burgers. Crinkle fries are good combination of crispy outside and fluffy inside. Poutine gravy was clumpy and did not melt the cheese. Just get the regular fries or sweet potato fries. Food preparation is a little slow so expect to wait a bit after ordering.
I have online ordered for the meals, then I came and waited for the food for more than 15 mins. Meanwhile I saw the staff served more than 8 queue orders. So I am surprised that my orders were not prepared, then I asked if I need to present myself and then they will cook, but the staff denied, however, I saw that she just pressed the panel and then my order started showing on the waiting list.

Went back to Burgers Park a 2nd and a 3rd time and no, their burgers aren't like Mcdonald's :-) Not to me anyways. Patties are juicy, tender, and flavourful. The only big CON here is service so be prepared to wait at least 25 mins.

Went there on a Saturday and it wasn't busy, but it still took them probably around 15 to 20 minutes to prepare burger and fries. Very slow service considering it's fast food. Burgers are overpriced, and just taste average. McDonald's and Burger King tastes better and costs less.
The decor in the restaurant is nice and modern, and they have booth seating available. They can give you a free parking voucher.

Overall a good experience, I found my burger a touch over salted. But was flavourful and the bun was great. The fries were excellent! The poutine was excellent and the dipping sauce that was provided was tasty as well
0 stars if possible. i placed a mighty box pickup order 2:40, they emailed me saying it would be ready by 2:56. i arrived around 3:15 because i knew they would be late and they didn’t even start it, even mistakened me for uber eats. the guy i was speaking too didn’t even apologize he just said “that time doesn’t matter this is how we do it”. the guy was an older short brown so i got my food 20 minutes late, the fries weren’t seasoned, tasted like a bland potato and the chicken itself was soggy to the point where the box and bag were ripping. shame on the management and food quality
Excellent burger. Perfect crust without being dry, pillowy bun that holds up well to being squished, nicely wrapped so it doesn't drip down your hand onto the tray. The chocolate coffee shake was great, rich but not too sweet. Poutine was alright, maybe a little under seasoned.
Quite a good smash burger. Well seasoned with a nice sear. A bit burnt on some parts but still really delicious. Their menu is very simple so you won't have trouble making up your mind.
The environment is modern and well lit. Tables could be a bit cleaner.

Went for Sunday lunch and they were quite busy! The restaurant has cute green decor with various seating options.

This store always reduces the portion to kids size when you order by delivery service. Not sure why they do this when item prices are already marked up and we pay additional fees on top of that. Very unacceptable practice!

Just wanted to express my love for this place only because of the people working here and also the food . The customer service I get from them is outstanding. Specially Garry , who manages to understand my language fully , and prepares the food fast and delicious. My husband loves this place and he was amazed with the customer service he got from Garry everytime.

I have been having kfc for years and this is the worst kfc I ever had in my life. We order two of the two piece chicken and fries for which the offer was going on. First of all the lady at the front did not even greet us, worst customer service from her end. Obviously we did not have to wait for much long for the food since the food was already made and kept. It was not hot. The chicken was too much salty and looked really old. I doubt the food safety of this restaurant. The chicken was stale and sticky. The fries were not hot as well and not crispy. I doubt if they even change their oil. While we were waiting for the food there was an old lady who came after us waiting to order at front. But the lady at the front and in the kitchen were talking and laughing and not prioritizing the customers. The guy ( who packed the food) also joined them and did not pay attention to customers. Worst food and worst customer service ever received from a kfc restaurant.👎👎👎👎👎👎

I have been a customer here for a decade. The Chicken shawarma on the rocks/rice, is horrible. It used to be my favorite dish. However, its disgusting now. They get the chicken from a metal bin, which is SUPER oily, and has a ton of fat and skin, so most bites have a rubber feel. I cant trust what they put in these bins so i avoid foods that come from these bins.
If youre the owner, stop putting skin and fat in these. it makes you look bad and cheap. go back to the less oily meat with less fat and NO SKIN. I feel cheated

I went for a dine in by myself at night 8pm. Not a lot of people in the plaza so it was a pleasant dinner. Most that come are from Uber pickups. I had a Junior Kafta Bowl as it's their Wednesday special. And it was very... junior. Not something I recommend if you're very hungry. It was also pricey, but you can get a combo wrap and drink for cheaper price. The Kafta itself was somewhat dry. I like the overall taste nonetheless, but probably not something I'll get again from this place. The cashier was nice enough to recommend and explain me things, so it was overall good.

Food here is amazing! My family and I got beef shawarma bowls and a wrap. Meat was very tender and tasty. Garlic sauce was perfect. Everything was very fresh and light. Overall, we all were happy we chose to eat here. Service was also great, the owner was friendly and made sure we were all happy with our food. We will definitely be back.

Quite good chicken shawarma bowl! The coleslaw was a unique add to the bowl and the sauces were good. It was good and I would come back but it didnt give me a “wow”
My family visited the place on my birthday and we had a great time here. The atmosphere and the interior of the restaurant are fabulous. The food we ordered were so big in portions and tasted amazing.
The gentleman who was our server was very welcoming, attentive and polite. I can't recall his name but I think it was Emir. Overall, this is a place where I can take my friends and family to have quality time and great food with confidence.

This is my first time trying Turkish food. They simply look appealing and taste great. The grills are fantastic. I cannot stop thinking the reason why we like grilled food is because our ancestors million years ago also hunted and grilled meat as the very first meal of human kind. And eating here can really bring out the same emotion of having satisfied by a smoky, delicious meal etched deep in our DNA, from the moment when we had the tiniest bit of consciousness to feel such happiness. I also like the place because the server, Ridvan, was a super nice and passionate guy, our requests were promptly fulfilled with satisfaction. Will definitely visit again!

The frozen, straight out of the bag mangoes 🥭 used in the upgraded salad are served FROZEN like an icicle. Same thing with the avocados. I almost chipped a tooth and got brain freeze. Management please use fresh produce 🙏 or thaw before serving.
The food is always great here, nice presentation and giant portions. Mushroom pide is my favorite now! And I’ve never seen or tired pistachio adana, so that was new and very delicious too. Betul, our server, was the sweetest and she was very nice and very friendly. She also gave us extra bread and checked up on us frequently. I think they don’t offer free tea refills ( cause that’s what they said last time) and menu is not as wide, but you will find for sure what you want 😊😋
First visit and we were all impressed by the food. Excellent presentation and cooked deliciously. The Turkish coffee was the highlight of the night. It served with the unique and gorgeous cups, the Turkish Delight served with the coffee balanced out the bitterness of the coffee.

Great place for authentic Turkish food, love the atmosphere and space, we ordered quite a few different dishes and they all were delicious. The quantities were huge and 4 of us shared 2 main course and 3 appetizers and we were done. They offer a complimentary Turkish tea after the meal which is a great gesture. Would love to visit again and again.
Overall, this is amazing place for families and friends to get together to share meals that are authentic and well-made. I would recommend coming here in groups or with family and friends due to the size of the portions and cost. another great thing about this place is a decorum and also the staff is very friendly and the food also was served very fast and did not seem rush at all. Our waitress Gizem was also amazing, she made the experience better.

I’ve been here multiple times and the food has been exquisite every time. Highly recommend the mix grill platter so you can try a variety of items. The meats are tender and flavourful. You also receive a complimentary cup of fragrant Turkish tea at the end of the meal. The place is always busy with a steady flow of customers coming in, but staff handle it well. Even when there was a large party coming in our server, Sumeyye, brought us our items in good time.
🌟🌟🌟 I had an amazing dining experience at Bosphorus Turkish Cuisine! The mix grill for 2 people was incredibly generous in portion size; it was so delicious that even with 3 people, we couldn't finish it all! The lamb chop was a standout, juicy and tender.
I must also commend Selma's exceptional service; she went above and beyond by actively giving us recommendations on desserts. Her warm and friendly demeanor made the dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for authentic Turkish cuisine and outstanding service! 👍👍👍

The food was good. I tried Chicken Shawarma Bowl. The rice were well cooked, the chicken was not dry at all. The meal was well portioned with rice, potato's, salad ,and chicken. Everything in the store was Halal. The price was on the higher side for the meal.
We love the food presentation and taste. Very good portions and size. We ate mix appetizers and mix grill for 2. We loved the yogurt dipping sauce, cabbage salad and the meat with rice. We are thankful for Ead’s caring service. We definitely recommend this restaurant.

Yes. It was a really good experience eating here. The shawarma sandwich was excellent. The staff are efficient too. I was able to see them diffuse a situation with an unpleasant customer and make them feel satisfied. Good value (especially their daily specials), however it would be nice if there was a bigger size Laffa option. They have small patio seating as well. Definitely be back.
This is my first time to try the Turkish food. It’s very delicious, Especially the Turkish pizza. The restaurant owner is very nice and gifted us desserts. What’s a surprise that they are using a robot to deliver the food. It’s the future. Definitely I will come back.
Worst KFC location I’ve been to. Chicken is old, dry, and small. Ordered the 4 piece chicken combo for $12.99. Mashed potato side has gone bad and is sour. Literally had a piece of chicken that wasn’t even edible since it was so old. There is a lot of miscommunication within the staff members itself.
