Im A bit disappointed but disgusted at the same time I think they should change the menu ie £4.49 and says that price but when it comes to giving change the penny isn't given back yes you may say its petty but if you go there every week every day during lunch hours that's couple of pounds in a week and more in a month coming on to years but bare in mind if you say that is £4.59 give change back! You will held accountable for every penny. Or give me a penny every day to my bank account you'd say no, why? Penny makes a pound. From now on I will go short

I have been ordering from SAHARA 🐔 CHICKEN'S , they always come with better food & quickly with hot and fresh foods for not just me even for my whole Family, ( parents + sisters family ) also especially for my Kids. My kids never asked me to change the place even never asked for trying on other place.
Reason is so SIMPLE THEY DEAL WITH MY ORDER VERY WELL PRICELESS , & NEVER GAVE ME CHANCE TO TALK ABOUT FOOD IS COLD OR DELIVERY IS LATE OR WASN'T 🍳 COOKED WELL.
BECAUSE THEY HAVE THEIR OWN RECIPE PLUS OWN MASALA PRODUCTS from beginning of PACKAGING to USE in FRESH TASTY FOOD FOR CUSTOMERS...
BUT CAN'T FORGET TO MENTION FOR THEIR FULL TRAINED AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF FOR KITCHEN TO SERVE YOU AT THE TILL WITH SMILE .

After ordering my food the cashier handled cash then started to prepare my order without washing his hands, when politely challenged he stated everyone does it! you're gonna eat with your hands aren't you! he had no hygiene concern and was argumentative. I spoke to his superior who just carried on talking on his mobile phone....enter at your own risk. I asked him to return my money and went to KFC

Been coming here since it’s opened but moved out of area back around now but would have travelled anyway food is awesome peri strips are absolutely phenomenal lemon And herb well done mega milkshakes are top notch and the spicy Mayo all works together really well they do like 4 hotter levels if you not been before it’s definitely worth a visit eat there at least twice a week either dinner or lunch can’t beat it

Enjoyable fried Chicken pieces.
Side-breast meat a little dry, tasty crunchy batter but fingers a bit too oily afterwards.
Importantly, the oil was clean enough and did not smell bad.
A dark art to make really well in quantity if not busy but value was good. Better than KFC for sure!

I have tried the grilled Peri Peri whole chicken on very hot. It tasted absolutely delicious well cooked and very tender got garlic bread with cheese tasted fabulous. I would highly recommend this place. That’s the only thing that I tried and it tasted fantastic. Food came on time thank you so much.

I decided to try out Sahara Chicken, upon entering the shop I was met with an aesthetically pleasing display of plump chicken breast fillets, mounds of spicy wings and some nice looking pieces of fried chicken.🍗

The seating on the other hand wasn't looking as appealing, the seats were dirty with lots of crumbs all over them. It wouldn't have took them to much time to just give them a good wipe down, I mean it wasn't even busy.

Spicy Chicken Burger

The burger itself was on the smaller side compared with other places I have been. It was also just lukewarm, had I not eaten in the shop this thing would have been stone cold by the time I had walked outside to my car. I noticed they had a spicy mayo so opted for that, although I wasn't initially offered it to begin with.

I guess I have become accustomed to spicy filets being dipped in a bath of bubbling spicy goodness but this was not the case here, although I did question if it was the right burger I was told it was. There was no spice to this burger at all. The chicken was very soft and tender and tasted really nice, the batter was soft but not soggy. The bread was warm and fluffy and the spicy mayo really lifted the burger. There was an immediate likeness to the golden arches mac sauce but with added spice. The mayo left a nice zing on the back of my throat there was a nice aftertaste almost like Sriracha mayo. The lettuce also had a nice fresh and crunchy texture which was good.

Overall the burger was small but tasty although I feel if not for the spicy mayo it would actually have been very bland.

Spicy Wings

These wings were again very small and not a lot of meat but they tasted really good, they were hot and fresh and the batter had a really nice peppery spice to it. The little bit of meat on them fell right off the bone. ( If you're looking for crunch then try elsewhere).

If I was in a rush and driving past I would most definitely come here again, I would not be risking a phone order based on experience I had in shop with the burger being only lukewarm but overall the service was friendly and the food was above average.

Always receive the best quality of food from Sahara. A prompt service. The delivery drivers are always friendly. The food is always pipping hot. Love the peri wraps and spicy wings from there. Would highly recommend 🌟
