Scam company. Signed me up to a credit agreement without permission, denied me cancelling the contract once I found out, no replies to email, set up direct debit without permission, took out money after cancellation. Needed to go to the FCA to get my money back. Avoid at all costs

I had a fantastic experience arranging my private medical cover through Assured Futures. Our adviser Paula Thomas was beyond helpful and showed a great deal of knowledge of the medical field - providing detailed explanations of our options and taking the time (and patience!) to answer our many questions.

The entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient, and we were provided a selection of quote options which we were able to take a few days to read and review before making a decision. Paula was always available over email and phone, and we were very grateful for her flexibility in arranging call times with us.

We have been left feeling confident and reassured in the choices we have made, and I would 100% recommend AF as a broker, for their expertise and service, but mostly their fantastic advisors!
