Sent me a letter that arrived 3 weeks after the date on it (CCTV proof of arrival) stating I had 2 weeks to reply. Obviously impossible so judgement gone against me before first letter even turned up. Costs as much to fight it as it does to just pay it. Scum. Complete scum. And licensed by the UK government... what a surprise! Disgusting.

If I could give minus stars I would. Just had a judgement with NO invite to court as to why I’m having to pay this fine. The stamp is just a photo copy that don’t look real or authentic. My date of birth has no date. No judges name. And basically just looks like a photo copy. Seems you can’t even trust the courts nowadays

I was at this Bradford airport for the first time, I stopped by car 5 seconds before entering to make sure I could go. VCS took me to court, then to debt collection and I have to pay £270. This is nothing more than a hunt for drivers' money.
Stealing drivers. And the stupid CCBC court approves everything.

If I could give this business center a zero I would. I have sent by registered mail a document 2 months ago and still not even an acknowledgement or a reply, on top of that I have sat numerous times for up to an hour calling what to appears to be a call center with No operatives. If this is apparently a business center I would say how they conduct business is nothing short of abysmal.

I've been trying to call these peopl for the past 2 weeks to find out who CCJs belong to. I've spent an hour a day waiting for them to pick up, 5 days in a working week so 10 hours over 2 weeks. Yesterday and today I performed an experiment and called them on a spare phone and went to work, 6 hours later I came back and guess what? Still on hold. I need this info to sort things out in my life as I don't want to be harassed by rent a cops that come banging for debt. The fact they don't answer you but will happily accept applications from businesses says pretty much what we all know already, if you're giving them money they have time for you, if your calling to find out what's going on then you're not worth bothering with.
So 10 hours over 2 weeks and 12 hours over the course of 2 days.

I've been phoning 2 weeks everyday!!!!

I've been waiting today for 2.5 hours with NO answer - How can you ask people to pay court fees when there is no way to do so ?

If there is knowome taking payments then put it on your answer machine and ensure you do not add any additional court fees for late payment!!!!!!!!! Really unprofessional, im

Not sure I can add anything, these are probably the worst reviews I've ever seen. They sent my judgement without me being invited to the hearing, I knew nothing until it arrived on my doormat. Still awaiting a reply to a letter I sent them requesting they cancel the judgement, send me the court paper's and give me a chance to defend myself. I'm not holding my breath.

Been on hold 2 hours ans counting ... we have been offered a new house went on the credit check to be told I have a ccj ... the letter was sent to my old property(I haven't lived there in 2.5years) trying to find out what the ccj is for and how I can get rid of it to be hung up on just because its closing time ..... disgusting... now this could jeprodise Mt getting my new home for my children.

Very terrible service. I been calling them past few days after long waiting cut my call and said network problem. I send my two applications in one post but due to bad service they didn't check properly what I send them. My partner got CCG and my still in process. Its such a ashamed how can they get my application and not my partner even I post both applications in one post. Very strange

I’ve been on hold for over an hour now, and the place closes in eight minutes, so I guess I’ve got no chance of speaking to anyone.
No way should such an incompetent service have the power to issue CCJs when they can’t even answer the phone or respond to correspondence in a timely manner.

Waited 1hr for anyone to answer phone, then when answered, they were supposed to transfer me to money claims online. Waited a further 45 minutes. No reply. Recorded voice asked me during wait time to tap in 2 for moneyclaimsonline. Did this but kept asking continually to press 2
Tried to email, but kept blocking my message.
This sort of service is not appropriate when I have paid £80 to this completely useless service.
This was all in responseI a letter received from the court service in Northampton stating they had not received the Directions Questionnaire and the court fee of £80. And making an order that I do so within 7 days.
Letter dated 26/07/23 but not received until 02/08/23.
Have tried to email, but continues to blocked the attached completed document.

Ridiculous service from calling this service ,attempted getting through for nearly an hour when I finally got through expressed my dissatisfaction around waiting time. The lady told me I was extremely rude and she hung up.
What kind of staff do you recruit , no responsibility and accountability. Do whatever you like while at work, I work for the NHS and wonder how would you feel if I offered same service

Beyond ridiculous.

Called around 10 am, sat on the line for 30 mins. A lady looked my case up and told me they are behind with filing the cases in the system by a month, so they are understaffed! She told me to call back in 3 weeks time and I'll know what happens. Very helpful. Thank you. A star in minus not to be dissapointed.

Shocking place wants closing down no online system no staff reduced service. You can't get through you have to manually print forms they can take over 10 weeks to respond. They are worse than a bunch of illegal wheel clampers an absolute disgrace going to pay them a personal visit.
