Super good food and atmosphere!!
We went here because we were excited about having some vegan food. I ordered the enchilada mole stuffed with plantains, and my husband ordered a mushroom sandwich with a traditional tomato sauce. It was kind of an inside outside type restaurant and there was one server who did a great job of serving the whole restaurant. It was very elegant. The food was great and I took home leftovers for the next day. I also had the berry pie, which was really yummy.
Went back for a second meal as we wanted to try dessert and the enchiladas. Ordered completely different drinks, mains, and dessert. Again, loved our time and the food! (Did I mention the great music last review?)

Such a gorgeous VEGAN spot in Chapultepec, GDL, MX. Being on vacation it was hard to get some traditional dishes made the Vegan way but sooo glad this place was near the hotel we were staying at. The atmosphere is organic, the patio is surrounded by plants and trees and truly you forget you are in the middle of a concrete jungle. And the dishes were superb 👌. So glad restaurants like this are popping up. And so happy they are easy to find.

Such a friendly place with delicious vegan food! Been twice this week and both times everything was great. Sopa de tortilla today was awesome. I got some of their vegan meat to take home and it is excellent, a litre sized container for 100$.
Really good vegan food! Our favorite vegan place in Guadalajara - we went back twice in our 4 day visit. The tortilla soup and barbacoa tacos were our favorites. Woman owned restaurant with great service.
A lovely place, service was a little slow today. But overall I would recommend as the food and drinks were great.
This place is amazing! The food and drinks were delicious and the staff was very welcoming! We also really enjoyed the atmosphere, surrounded by plants sipping drinks and savoring the food.

Our dinner here was amazing. We ordered Tejuino for drink which was really good. For main course we ordered Tortas Ahogas and three types of Tacos: Birria, Barbacoa and Papas Chorizo. Everything was delectable. The barbacoa was a stand out. The salas were also amazing. We ended dinner with chocolate twikie, vegansito which was delicious as well. Overall I highly recommend this place.

It looks pretty and the food looks pretty, but after tasting it - it’s actually not very good or flavorful. I think they could do much better.

Visited on a quiet Thursday morning for breakfast. We started with two almond milk lattes, smoothie, and green juice. The smoothie and juice were excellent but coffee wasn’t memorable. My wife and I both ordered an omelette - verde and salmon. The omelettes were good but the side salad was not fresh. The lettuce had signs of wilting and black edges.
Excellent food. Some may consider it pricey. But quality never comes cheap. Loved Huevos Mexicano and Huevo rolled Enchilada

Very nice owner and staff... I highly recommend this Rojo Betabel Restaurante and their wonderful food & beverage menu items! The food and drinks are made to order, they are fresh and great tasting. This place, to me, feels like a place where to take a break or respite from the chaos of Chapultepec in GDL. 👍👍

Excellent food, very healthy and affordable.
Saturday morning...noisy kitchen and construct but there are loads of vegan options!! Especially their list of smoothies. Pancakes..smoothie bowls..salads. WiFi is pretty poor, 10mbs. Crazy size portion.
While the Mr. Peanut smoothie was refreshing on a hot day, it had little to no flavor. Few vegan items on the menu, even fewer of those gluten-free. It’s a small place, so with two separate tables smoking on the patio, there was no way to escape the smoke. Not quite the healthy experience I’d been hoping for! They don’t accept credit cards, so bring your cash.
The food was good, tasty and healthy. The waiter was very slow. The restaurant had a good atmosphere and modern attitude. Prices for the food were worth it!
Update July 10 2022, the main chef left and I am sorry to say that the plates are nothing compared to what it was before 😣
Interesting menu with a wide variety of options. It's however a bit unclear which one are the vegetarian/vegan options. Staff is great thou.
Beautiful place to have breakfast. Friendly staff and great prices. The omelette was absolutely perfect. The salad dressing was so tasty that they should bottle it and sell. I wanted to keep tasting the dressing long after I had finished my salad. Definitely one of the best breakfasts I have eaten in Guadalajara in a beautiful location.
I wanted to like this place but the food was not fresh and did not have good taste. On the surface the dishes are big and for a cheap price but after tasting this feels like “healthy” fast food. And it wasn’t very fast. It feels like whoever is running this place is more focused on the marketing than on the quality. Also not the best environment. Feels weird eating “healthy” food next to a loud bar. I would recommend to go down the street to Ojo de Agua. Amazing quality. You will notice the difference.

I signed up for a multiple day juice fast. Every morning I showed up and pickup my daily supply. Things were good the first few days. Then when I showed up all of the bottles were frozen! I had to end the fast and the days that I did it went to waste. The entire experience was bad, however I give 2 stars not 1 because they at least refunded me for the frozen juice that I refused to receive. The problem is I lost the trust for the company based on my fresh juice being served frozen..
These guys know what they do! Very tasty and the place is BEYOND lovable!!

Second time eating at this lovely spot. The bowls are delicious and big enough for two people. The sandwiches and salads are delicious. This time I also had a turmeric latte and it was great. Friendly service. I recommend this place. Many vegetarian/vegan options and gluten free as well. Will definitely visit next time I am in Guadalajara.
