We were greeted by Bill and attended to by Kaytlin, Vanessa, Trish and Nikki. All very kind and professional. The time there was expected and not bad. I was diagnosed and prescribed medication at our HEB nearby. Very Positive Folks All. (Including an X-ray tech whose name I do not recall)

I had to go to the ER a few days ago. Everyone from the front desk person, to the nurses, drs and registration team were so kind and compassionate. I was seen quickly. Going to the ER can be scary but everyone made sure I was comfortable and reassured me that I was ok. They gave me the exact test I needed along with the medication I needed. There were no extra exams just to run test and charge me. Everyone was ethical and had amazing bedside manner. I am so grateful for them. You can tell that the team actually loves to serve people. That attribute is becoming rare in the medical Industry however this ER team upholds that standard and oath.

We waited for 2 hours in our er room. No one came an checked on us, no one came and updated us, nothing! I felt like they didn't care that my child wasn't feeling good. I had to go ask for an update and there were like 6 nurses for whatever they were all just sitting at their desk. They said we should be next, then continued to tell me about 6 traumas... which wasn't my problem. Like don't tell me your problems, mine is all my child, that's it! If they didn't think she was important then tell me so I can go to an urgent care! Once we got seen finally, the doctor himself was kind and nice, but that's it.

I had such a wonderful experience at this hospital yesterday 11-17. The staff was awesome and kind. They can’t understand how being so kind really makes a difference on their patients. It’s calming for those of us that are nervous and scared to be put to sleep. They made my experience nice. And my doctor that did the procedure Dr Tony Tshen and my anesthesiologist were the best. I was treated with kindness and curiosity. The staff were a bit on the sluggish side but I was there at a shift change . How ever it took so long I chose not to stay the whole time . I left feeling better and felt I may have jumped the gun on going to the er. I personally stuck it out long enough to get labs my Dr would have needed the next day . So all in all it was a great visit kind but over worked staff were very kind and were doing their best to make everyone happy . Please get them some help . They deserve it.

Always pleasant experience getting my infusions done here. I donmtl know why my doc years ago sent me here, but it has been a great experience, and I am glad to have these lovely ladies on my health team. They are professional, pleasant and competent. I never question anything and they always take their time to chat a minute to put me at ease. love these gals!

Every employee who I came in contact with was so kind and friendly. Their behavior had such a positive impact on how calm and at ease I, as a patient, was made to feel under their care. Their professionalism was always there but their compassion for a fellow human being was felt first. Guadalupe Regional had the best staff in all departments working at the time of my visit.

Took my daughter to the ER where I pulled up with the ambulance, they immediately got my daughter and rushed her in and started helping her. They did their best to keep me calm and assure me she was safe. It was a very scary moment but thankful to the team who helped her 🙏🏼

The staff and nurses were all very kind and helpful. The only issue was the staff that handled the financial aspect of my visit. My husband and I do not have health insurance, not due to lack of opportunity but by choice. We are financially sound and know that this hospital stay will be spendy and did not expect to be treated like second class citizens for not having insurance. :(

The ER care at GRMC was extraordinary and made me feel comfortable and safe during a scary and painful time. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and to keep me informed of my condition and treatment. The nursing staff are amazing people who make a difference in this world every day. You have my utmost respect and admiration.

My experience at GRMC birthing center was AMAZING! I love how they do everything, giving mom and baby golden hour, no bath for 8 hours and even if you don't want it. The nurses were all amazing. Dr. Burrus was my doctor and I highly recommend him. Would definitely deliver here again.

Whole staff was great. Got us back quick, registration was easy, and nurse and doctor were amazing with my little one. Thank you every for making my sons staples nice and easy.

Took Great care ❤ of my Dad. In patient rehabilitation was able to get him up and moving around being able to perform his own activities of daily living. Staff is very friendly and helpful during this difficult process. Thank you so much for the EXTRA care you gave to my Dad. 😍🥰💙💕

This was the best place ever!! My son had to get his adenoids and tonsils removed after being sick all year. Dr.Hennesse was the nicest woman ever. So informative and caring and was so fast in surgery making cuts that healed so much better than we were prepared for. She even took a picture of his tonsils just for us so he could see what they looked like. Taking extra steps just out of pure kindness. RN Kasey answered all questions and was so gentle with my son as well as the reg nurse Lorena. They both were so present and good with him. And Dr. major the anesthesiologist made sure we knew every step going into this. Last and no lest important was the volunteer working the front desk in that area. Her name is Caroline Dickinson and I can't imagine doing what she does by volunteering. Dealing with anxiety ridden families in a waiting room. She was so sweet and even gave my newborn baby a stuffed animal. She let us in and out of the surgery room many times so the whole family could calm my son. She even got something for my partner to pay on as he sat exhausted in the wait area. She went above and beyond. We loved every single person working there. Amazing place.

I just had knee surgery at Guadalupe Regional and through all of the pre-op things I did and through the surgery itself, the staff was great. They were efficient and friendly. I am so glad that I live in Guadalupe County and that they are my go-to hospital. Any time we have had to come in, we have felt comfortable and confident that we are in good hands. It always feels like they are helping US as human beings … family… and they never make us feel like a number. Thank you to all of the staff and I sure hope they stay County owned!

Everyone from the information desk to the nursing staff were friendly, attentive, and well-trained. Even a physician who was walking by the waiting area saw that my mother was cold and offered her a warm blanket which he brought. As a 30+ year RN I must say I’m impressed! An extra special thanks and kudos to Shannon in pre-op!
