Calling this place was a horrible experience. Any time you're asking for neurological help, it's a serious issue, but that doesn't stop the receptionist here from being demanding, rude, and disrespectful. These reviews are all correct and the owners/managers need to read these, whoever you have answering the phones is NOT qualified to work in a medical setting that deals with sick patients.

I had really bad experience with just booking appointment with the Dr. On my very first call with rep didn't even tell me the particular Dr I am looking for has left Tufts, asked me to call my PCP first, even my PCP was surprised to know that. But that rep lady continued to be a headache, she doesn't even know how to talk. Instead of contacting to my PCP for referral I had to call Tufts and then PCP multiple times to book the appointment and at the end my PCP itself asked me to not to go there, because they were so unprofessional.

Never call back. I had to go to her office and book an appointment.

Dr. Wiener was the best!

Don't bother calling. No one calls back. Multiple attempts to book an appointment over several months. And not a single call back. If they're not taking patients, they should say so. Wasting everyone's time to leave a message, can't get a live person to ever answer the phone.

The doctor I saw was very good.

The receptionists are rude and lazy. That is when they choose to answer the phone. I have called numerous times only to be prompted to leave a message. I have been waiting for a single form to be filled out for my insurance company for a week...

I have to give this office a one star rating. Left two messages with the machine because there is no option to speak with the receptionist. Have yet to receive a call back. I can only imagine how they treat patients who finally make an appointment.

Bielawski At 8:45 AM. I was there before time with my paperwork completed. They told me to wait and the doctor will call you when he is ready for you. I was waiting for almost 35 min and no one calls. I went to the window and asked the attendant that is the doctor even in the building or not and to my surprise she told me that the doctor is not even in the building so far. He did not arrived to the office yet. Wow.... that was a shocker. They had no courtesy to inform me that the doc is late or anything. If I was not asking I probably would be still waiting. The worst management I have ever seen. They treat their patients very poorly. Lake of respect for the patient's time. I will never recommend this place specially Mr Bielawski to anyone.

They have good doctor's here and are very friendly
