I recently had an excellent experience ( Appendectomy via laparoscopy) at Mediclinic Al Noor Hospital . From the moment we arrived at the urgent care center ,the staff was welcoming and efficient. The reception team handled my check-in quickly,and I was seen by a physician shortly after. The medical teams were exceptional (GP, Internal Medicine, Anaesthesiologist and Surgeon) were knowledgeable and attentive,taking the time to explain my treatment options. The nursing staffs were outstanding. They were compassionate,responsive, and provided excellent post-operative care. They checked in on me regularly and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth recovery. The meals were not only delicious but also well-prepared and nutritious. The food server was attentive and friendly,ensuring I had everything I needed. The facility was clean and well maintained,which added to the overall positive atmosphere. I also appreciated the follow-up care .The hospital made sure I had all the necessary resources and support like medicines as I continued my recovery at home.
Overall, I highly recommended Mediclinic Al Noor Hospital ( Khalifa Street) for its COMPASSIONATE CARE and PROFESSIONALISM. It truly felt like I was in good hands.

I just want to share my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful care my son received during his stay at the hospital. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and attentive, making us feel supported every step of the way.
The nurses were incredible—compassionate and always ready to explain things. The doctors took the time to answer our questions and reassure us. I was also pleasantly surprised by the food; it was delicious and offered good variety for both the patient and relative.
The hospital was clean and well-kept, which added to our comfort. Every member of the service staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, our experience was truly positive, and I’m so thankful for the amazing team that helped my son.

I’m writing to express my concern regarding the delay in approval for my recent treatment. After receiving your email, I immediately contacted my doctor, who confirmed that he had to check with the insurance department. He informed me that the request was received, but they mistakenly forgot to refer it to him. He also mentioned that you’re asking for my previous prescription related to a treatment I’ve been using for the past five years.
To clarify, I was temporarily advised to stop this medication when my physician suggested it due to my use of acidity medicine. However, over the past four months, I have experienced increased discomfort and approached my physician again. He referred me to a specialist, who, after running tests, prescribed a new medication. Unfortunately, there was no improvement in my condition, and after waiting for the course of the medication to finish, I met with the doctor again 10 days ago. He repeated the same tests and recommended surgery.
Before proceeding with the surgery, I discussed my health condition with him. Based on this, he referred me back to my physician, who agreed that I could temporarily stop using blood thinners for 12 days in preparation for the procedure. The approval request was then submitted.
To my surprise, you held the approval, requesting my previous prescriptions, which you already have on record. I do not understand why this information is being requested again. This situation is causing me significant stress and discomfort. I’m currently experiencing severe symptoms, and any delay only worsens my condition.
I would appreciate it if you could seriously review my case and reconsider the need for this repeated request. It is unfair that my treatment has been delayed over documentation that should already be available to you. This is not the first time I’ve experienced such delays, and it feels as though your process is unnecessarily punishing patients like me who are in urgent need of medical care.
Please understand that I am in considerable pain, and the delays in your approval process are affecting my ability to manage my condition effectively. I kindly request you expedite this matter, and I look forward to your prompt response.

It is our 1st time to visit Mediclinic Alnoor Hospital(actually it is our 1st to visit any Mediclinic Hospital in UAE). I really appreciate the hospitality from everyone. A Patient wellness centered hospital. I also commend Nurse Pauline from the Pediatric Unit for her utmost care for my daughter and also to all the staffs in Pediatric Unit.
For sure it will be our family hospital.

Pretty useless. The doctors are great, but nobody shares any updates on the tests, you have to go through a rabbit hole to understand your results. The appointment scheduling is a mess, I always wait an hour to walk into a 10 minute visit.

I am feeling bad to give this review since this branch of mediclinic is our favorite hospital from my pregnancy down the time did deliver my baby , with my husband’s surgeries. Hospital staff and doctors are very accommodating not until today. We got an appointment for my husband since he is feeling weak the past few days the lady who is assigned at the customer service in general practitioner was rude. He was askin my husband who’s doctor but we apologize to her and told her the guy who booked him the appointment didn’t tell him the name of the doctor and we did t receive any SMS for the confirmation. She said how she will know?? Till we there is another filipino patient who is askin if they can gor for check up but the guy seems new and doesn’t know his insurance even. She said “HOW WILL I KNOW IF IT GO THRU??” I guess being a CS shouldn’t be rude like that. But after that she has all the time to watch video’s. We should not be like this to the patients who go in and out in the hospital.

I am a stay in patient and the room is in horrible condition. The cleaning staff is doing as much as they can but the place is disgusting, curtains do not block the sun or the lights from coming inside the room so as a patient, I cannot sleep.

I would like to express my deep appreciation for Dr. Katerina in the Obstetrics and Gynecology department. Her dedication to her work, warm demeanor, and reassuring words have truly made a positive impact on my experience. She is the best doctor in this department, and it is highly recommended to visit her for the correct and fair opinion regarding your medical condition. Her professionalism and compassion are truly commendable.
As for the ratings, they concern other departments, especially dermatology and orthopedics. Unfortunately, I did not benefit from them at all. The doctors there were indifferent and lacked enthusiasm to do anything. However, Dr. Katerina deserves five stars and more.
