Easily the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. My MRI appointment was for 1:30, nurse came and got me from the lobby, and then I didn’t see her again for another hour. She just happened to walk past the room I was in around 2:40 (with a piece of cake), and manages to say ‘oh wow…you’re not on the table yet?’ I’m taken back to the mri room, told it will be around an hour, but it ends up being over an hour and a half. When the tech comes in, he just briefly apologizes that it took so long and says ‘that’s the way it is sometimes.’ If Moffitt wants to have an mri done, and gives you this location as an option, please, for your sake, choose anywhere else.

I usually have my scans done at Moffitt McKinley and Magnolia campuses so I was a little hesitant when I was given a different location to have my Ct scan that I needed right away. I was very impressed with UDI and the location was easy to find. Pam and the entire front desk were very professional and helpful and the waiting time was minimal. The technicians made me feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you to all the staff.

Easy in and easy out. Handy to the Moffitt Magnolia campus. From Moffitt, you can take their shuttle to UDI or drive it yourself.

UDI is 40 minutes from my home, but it's the only place that I like to go for my MRIs and CT scans. I have tests a couple times a year and it's not always fun getting in a MRI capsule. Jess is so empathetic, kind & compassionate! Pam in the front office, whatever they are paying her, it's not enough! She is amazing! From making sure you have authorization, even calling on a Saturday afternoon, to opening up at 6:30/7am, and she comes to everyone in the waiting room so you aren't all standing in line waiting to check in! I just love this office!

Waited 15 minutes at 6:50 am after driving 1 hour. Horrible service when no one was up front for 15 minutes… but everyone was overly nice. They were apologetic and incredibly sweet.

Somehow they "lost" me for two hours in their own waiting area! I was in the back, prepped and ready to go, staff walking back and forth, I even spoke to the administrator a few times, but it was only after I saw the second person who had arrived well after me go in for their scan that I asked what was going on. I've been to plenty of these things in the past yet never got misplaced before ...even though I was right there in front of them! It tells me something about their level of professionalism. After the procedure, they told me I could go ....yet I had to bring to their attention the IV line that was still in my arm. Uh huh. I will move heaven and earth to avoid this facility in the future

This is the second time in a row that the front office manager has disrespectfully made comment on how much she hates my insurance. Really!!!!!! And then argues with me over the oral contrast I was supposed to drink upon my arrival. After 40 minutes she finally comes out with and let’s me know that my appointment will be delayed because of it. 40 minutes after I let you know I need to drink it and you telling me I didn’t need it. It was ordered by my doctor. Read the paperwork your patients bring in. That is a vital part of your job.

I cannot say enough about this place! I have had to deal with several other area imaging and medical offices that treat you like a number and really could care less about how you feel. you will NOT get that treatment here!! this place is by far the best I have encountered! They are prompt, they care about your service, they care about your health, they treat you like you are the only person they have, they act with a since of urgency to your health... I could just go on and on because they are by far the best place I have seen. The treatment I received at this place deserves higher than 5 stars! Thank you for taking care of me and treating me like I truly matter. You helped me when I felt no one was and I truly appreciate it.
