The Rockville staff didn't provide any instruction how to adjust the CPAP setting. I can't sleep well after using the machine. The outflow/pressure too strong which make my nose and mouth dryness, or a burning sensation in the throat. Called office but no answer.
Update: This office is not only unhelpful but also seems to be totally messed up with billing. Despite having been charged a co-pay every single time I step foot in that office and not having had any more appointments for several weeks, I continue to receive new bills indicating that I owe more and more co-pays! None of these bills make sense. I regret ever contacting this office on so many levels!

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Mehndiratta and Sleep Services of Maryland. I went to Sleep Services of Maryland because I have been struggling with persistent sleep problems for several months. Across several visits and sleep studies at this office that spanned 2 months, Dr. Mehndiratta spent a total of 5-10 minutes talking to me - the rest of the time I was with technicians. Even though the at home sleep study indicated I did not have sleep apnea, Dr. Mehndiratta was convinced I did have sleep apnea (again -- after spending almost no time talking to me to try to understand my actual situation). After a more in-depth sleep study indicated I do not have sleep apnea, all he did was refer me to another sleep study center (and he actually gave me the wrong number for that center and still has not called to provide the correct number, even though I have reached out to ask for it). I don't know if he is simply too busy to really spend time focusing on any one patient or that he really only specializes in sleep apnea and insomnia so is unable to address anything more complex that might be going on, but I felt I had very little actual attention or support from him or his office. Even when he was convinced I had sleep apnea, he did not really go over symptoms or risk factors and the entire time I was going to Sleep Services of Maryland I found myself needing to do significant research online to fill in all the gaps in information I was left with after my appointments. Very very disappointed.
Dr. Mehndiratta was very thorough and explained all the results of the first test. He advised due to the number of times I had stopped breathing that I should continue with further testing. The additional testing will determine my type of treatment.
I had an wonderful experience with Dr. Mehndiratta. Not only was the appointment timely, but Dr. Mehndiratta also demonstrated exceptional bedside manner. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Mehndiratta to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate sleep specialist!
Wildly incompetent, bordering on fraud. Here's why: 1) I did not speak with a single doctor despite three separate studies conducted over several months, 2) the office billed me nearly a YEAR LATER for random items "not covered by insurance", claimed my payment was late, yet could not provide any record of the original bill, 3) administrative staff constantly lost records and were unable to properly schedule or stick to agreed-upon appointment times, 4) exceptionally rude technicians and assistants who seemed confused and clueless about what was going on, 5) getting the results of my studies was like pulling teeth despite the facility's legal obligation to provide this data to patients. How this place hasn't been sued into oblivion is beyond me.
Made a appointment within a week and it was scheduled. Wait time was normal about 30 to 40 minutes.it was 4 person in front of me. The office space is nice , clean and yhe staff was friendly. She listened to my need and give suggestions to ensure my needs were met. I will be going back to her.
TORTURE. Awful, terrible, Incredibly rude technician that was mad that I had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Came in the room turning on the lights and yelling at me when I tried to get up. You should not be a nurse tech with such an awful attitude.

I got there at check-in and they took in a guy that walked in after me first. They were understaffed (one employee running the entire place) and it wasn't until after 10pm that I was fitted with the gear to sleep in. They then came in less than 6 hours after I laid down to get me up and out of there before 5am. I doubt they even got a proper reading out of my sleep study in that short time frame.

I was also not able to wash the GLUE OUT OF MY HAIR, because there were TWO BROKEN AC UNITS IN THE SHOWER the next morning.

Truly an awful experience.
I had a scheduled telehealth meeting at 4:30 with the doctor for read out of my lab results. I called the morning of my appointment because I did not have a zoom link, the receptionist said the doctor would send it when he is ready. I called at 4:35 because I still did not have a link. I called again at 4:50pm still without a link to my appointment and no one answered my call. Very poor service and not respectful of peoples time. No follow up, no email. If you are considering this place, I recommend seeing another practice. Even for in person appointments, the office is poorly managed as I have had to wait consistently for up to 30 minutes past my in person appointments.
