They used to be good but not anymore. Have to wait more than2 hours to get admitted. 1 person handles the admission process for the whole hospital. No rooms are ready!
Then when you get discharged that's another wait for infinity. Doctor came and advised discharge at 7am. Until 12 noon the paper is still in the billing section. Guess what the same person handling discharge. When i went for enquiry she said She prioritizes admission over discharge.
From morning nothing but just waiting as if our time is of no value.
Please understand the problem here until you discharge the patient, you won't have rooms available for admission. Kindly employ more staff for this process!
I have been with Zulekha since 2012 and had both our kids there but now things have changed drastically and the standards have fallen instead of getting better.
Don't send staff to do customer service survey when you can provide it in the first place.

She’s a great doctor and she explains everything to us. She’s very hospitable and warm. That’s why I always recommend her to my friends and other people.

Met Dr. Romelie few months back at the first time by chance. She’s very approachable, empathetic and very professional. Explains things very well plus giving very good advice. She’s so good and prompt that I even told my wife to visit her as well and we chose her to be our personal doctor. Overall Zulekha gave the best service for us so far.

My wife was admitted few months ago and Ms. Merlin who was in admissions department was politely assisted and guided us on all those days we stayed in the hospital. Apart from that we had bitter experiences in most of the services. The above stars given only to her. Thanks Ms. Merlin for your wonderful service keep doing the good work.💐

I regret choosing Zulekha Hospital. I don't understand how people are giving positive ratings. I initially came from Al Futtaim Health Hub; unfortunately, they don't have a hospital. If they did, I would never have come to this hospital.During my recent visit, I requested that they deliver medicine to my place, emphasizing the importance of not repeating the delay from the last time. They agreed, but disappointingly, they repeated the same delay.Another issue I encountered is with their app, which is proving to be quite useless and often gives errors. I reported this to the receptionist, who then directed me to the help desk. They claimed they would contact their IT department and promised to call me back. However, nobody bothered to follow up or call me.

If there are six, I would touch sixth star without any doubt.
I had experienced last week to stay one night with my friend who was hit by a car and deformity left shoulder & head injury. He suffered from brain concession.
Doctor Chidananda, orthopaedic, HOD, awesome man and expert in his field, who operated very well, fixation of hook plates while surgery of my friend. I spent a night with my friend for looking after and experienced this hospital like a four star hotel management and maintenance. I tried to find some flaw in services, maintenance, cleaning or any field but invain.
We met Neurologist, Dr. Nasir for head injury, he treated him well and make sure there was no internal head injury. Alhamdulillah.
I would recommend, if someone needs any kind of medical services, should visit once without any doubt.

Wafaa the Deputy Hospital Administrator saw my review on Google and was quite responsive to take my feedback into stride which assured me that there is quality control. I had a small incident at the hospital and she was super helpful in solving it ! Overall clean facilities and quick service.

The services are good.
Only the reception taking little long time to register.
Good atmosphere.
Neat and clean.
All staffs are good.
Taking too long time in the pharmacy for medicine, always some counter no staff and patients are awaiting long queue
