Brought my Nissan to this dealership for a recall on the airbag. During the process the technician broke the vent on the passenger side dash. They did not notify me when I went to picked it up, hoping I wouldn't notice I guess. Saw the damage on the drive home and immediately went back. Service writer came out and took pictures of the damage and apologized. They were going to order the part and contact me once it was in. This never happened and after multiple calls and checking in always given the same excuses. This happened over a year ago and still nothing has been done to rectify the situation.

Jade, Wade, and Caitlin were amazing! We were able to trade our 2020 diesel truck for a 2021 diesel and had absolutely no problems at all with anything. My husband and I are very pleased with our experience and if he ever decides to get a new truck we will definitely be coming to this location in the future! Seriously, you guys are all amazing:)
