The staff at the front desk and triage nurse were so incredibly rude and almost verbally abusive to my 18 year old daughter who was there for PNA. Slamming equipment and just being rough, unacceptable I have been in heath care for over 25 years and there is absolutely no excuse for that behavior and my daughter was so sick and and it just made her so upset. They should be ashamed of themselves really !

The front desk, nurses, nurse practitioners and doctors are all so kind and caring. I always have a good experience for my family and myself. Thank you so much! We appreciate all of you. Brian is always such a good listener and takes care of his patients so well. He gives the best advice and makes the best decisions.

Went to this location with a suspected ear infection and not being able to get an appointment with an ENT doctor for weeks. My wait time was nothing, although they can't really control how many patients will walk in at any time. The staff was efficient. The doctor was great! (I believe it was Dr. Mark something- I apologize I don't recall the name). He was very pleasant, patient and efficient. He listened to my concerns and explained my options. Highly recommended! One day later I'm already feeling better.

Hello, just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude of a employee from MedExpress, he was a man at the front desk and took the time to understand what my brother in law needed as English isn't his first language. He was meticulous in ensuring that we received the best service possible while avoiding the embarrassment of a language barrier. I cannot thank you enough for showing compassion and empathy.

Experience here was outstanding. I just retired from working in healthcare administration (not local) and it’s not easy to make me a raving fan. This is my second experience at this location and both have been outstanding. The providers each time have been professional and thorough. My wait time has been minimal. The ancillary staff have been pleasant and professional as well. I give them an A+.
