The people were great. Two hours or so for a simple pre-employment eval is a little much though. This is really the only reason I rated it as 3 rather than 5. I appreciated that the young lady at registration gave me a heads up about the wait as I was able to leave for a half hour and come back. Bring a book to read or something to do if you go here.
Always wait for several hours. You can make an appointment but when you show up they tell you your appointment time means nothing and there's still a wait. They call people back out of order so you never know who's next.
There is no way a physical should be three day ordeal. It started with the paper I was given from covenant with the incorrect info. They have building on there like options but when you show up to one with weekend options your sadly informed that they don’t do physical on weekends and they’ve asked for the paper to be changed for years. So then you sho up on Monday around 4pm and the paper states they are open till four but no. They won’t except you cause they don’t take anyone after 4. Which again was not specified on this list I was given. So then you show up at 8:40am and they open at 8am and you are discouraged by some one saying hey it will be about a two hour wait. Why when I’m back there for 10mins tops.
The nurses and receptionists working at the front were so sweet and friendly. It was sad to have to stand and watch as a doctor came in and belligerently yelled at them for not checking the lab for something he wanted. This is not an acceptable way to treat our nurses and waiting room staff!!!!!!
This place is a complete joke. Do not come here. I’m an RN and I have never treated my patients like these staff. They are rude at the front desk and have an attitude. They are not organized. The medical assistants seems like they don’t have any education background. The nurse practitioner just rush through and don’t even complete a real assessment then tell you she has other patients to see. They have the means to order certain blood test but don’t have the equipment. That’s like going to the hospital and they can test you for covid but you have to bring your own kit. I have been doing a complete run around with this goofy facility. Finally my nursing agency sent me somewhere else. I will never step foot back inside here, if you look, you will see this facility has 2 stars rating.
Jake has been helping me for the last 15 weeks and I am actually getting better. They work with your schedule and always professional yet engaging. Never a long wait. The place is clean and organized.
Rude staff. I've worked in medical offices for over a decade, and I understand the stress working with patients and physicians. Yet the occupational health front desk employees are rude beyond explanation. And a 2 hour wait? Maybe that's the norm and I should be grateful it wasn't longer. Well I'm not, and anything above an hour is ridiculous. Covenant needs to be better prepared in their practices and staff size. Also, implement some basic customer service training.
NEVER coming here again. (emergency room) My boyfriend and I received horrible service. We were there from 2:30AM until 12 noon and treated terribly. They wouldn't get me a cot and told me I had to get out of the bed when I was sleeping with my boyfriend(who was the patient) because "This isn't a Holiday Inn." At one point, my boyfriend profusely vomited everywhere and I asked several times for either supplies to clean it myself or for housekeeping to come take care of it, and it never got taken care of until after we left. The only thing in his room was the bed he was in, a monitor and a wooden folding chair. They wouldn't find me a comfier chair or cot even when I requested for it several times and stated that I had to work the next day and that I would not leave my boyfriend there alone. He was taken in by ambulance and when I finally got to go in the room, he was laying in the bed naked, shaking violently with just a hospital gown draped over him and unmentionables showing. They gave me a hard time about a blanket when I went and asked for one for him. This is an awful place. Please do not bring your family and loved ones here. Go to St. Mary's right down the road.
