Staff were very nice- my issue was the wait time. Got there at 11am. Was told I needed to come back at 2p. I thought I had an appt but I didn’t. That was the time frame slotted for this type of visit (physical). Came back at 2 - was told the wait would be 60-90 minutes. It was 2.5 hours before the doctor came in- so in total- it took 3.5 hrs for a 10 minute check up. She told me she was alone and had to see the trauma patients first…I’ve worked in several level one trauma centers. There was nothing in that building that was anywhere close to a trauma….. Complete lack of respect for my time. There has got to be a more efficient way of managing patient flow.

I saw Dr. Hawkins two days after receiving 6 stitches for a deep finger laceration at work. She was very rough with my finger and I told her to please be more gentle and she ended up busting one of my stitches out. She did not put a new stitch in and instead used a small butterfly stitch Which really wasn’t sufficient. She then told me she would recommend I have that day off but on my paperwork said I could return to work immediately with a vague note about “limited use” I work in a deli with my hands all day, making sandwiches and wearing gloves that wouldn’t even fit over the bandage. My finger started to bleed because it was only that morning that she ripped out the stitch. I went back to Concentra and saw another doctor and she recommended that I do not use my right hand at all, which is exactly what the first Doctor Who put the stitches in in the first place recommended. Dr. Hawkins was rude her agenda. And she made things awkward for me and my job because she made it sound like I was being dramatic about my injury when the other two doctors also said I should not be using my right hand.

Evelyn, and the rest of the staff were lovely and very helpful, and so was the second doctor I saw, but I forget her name. I have to go back for a follow up and will be requesting to NOT see Hawkins.

Took me 7 hours to get seen for a drug test and physical, ‘finished’ the drug test and physical portion, drove on my way home. Got about 5 minutes from home and got a call that I wasn’t done yet and I had to come back. So I drove all the way back to get cough checked and that’s all. Prior to this I went to two other locations at opening, to be told that there are no more walk ins. This was the only location that took me. All in, I left the house at 7:30am, got home by 5:30pm. Nurses are nice, but that’s it.

I waited almost 2 hours just for a physical, when the last Concentra visit from another Concentra took way less wait time about 30 min for the whole apt. I prefer to be on my way and not wait in the doctor office all day long, and the drug test was torture. Why would u wait for your patient to hold their bladder for so long. Ridiculous.

Place is very clean and the staff was very sweet. Was sent here by an employer for drug test and physical. I was second in line, but yet I waited an hour and half before they called me in. Just keep in mind that when we come in for a drug test, our bladder is about to explode. You should not make clients wait that long. Because I didn’t even get to relieve myself after my vision and hearing test. SMH

3 visits to the clinic b4 they could see me. 2 hours at the clinic for the physical. Required an extra phone visit to my PCP, 8 emails, 4 phone calls from me, countless phone calls to the clinic from my employer and 11 days for a straightforward physical for a healthy patient. Seems a little excessive. Don’t you think?

This place was Awesome! I sliced my finger pretty bad and I was all taken care Of Very quickly and was on my way home stitched up! I'm going back tomorrow to have stitches removed and all will be done and I'd Gladly use this urgent care Anytime, very polite and I have no issues at all!

I was in need of a TB skin test and was sent to this location. They seemed busy at the time but they had me in and out! Randi I believe her name was did my TB and was fantastic! Was very educated on the question I had about the service I was doing. 10/10 Highly recommended
