Scam. Called earlier to try and receive /actual/ emergency dental work and this place is definitely fake. They are not a dental office. We called multiple times with no answer, and when we spoke with an operator she routed us to a dead end number. We also called a completely “different” dental office and were connected to the exact same operator. Do not trust this service.

I have been getting my dental care at Smile Solutions since Dr. Ritter opened his office more then 7+ years ago. I can say with full confidence since he has opened the office he has pushed himself to provide the best care for his patients. From staying up to date with technology, upgrading his office to create an exceptional experience for his patients, to practicing excellence in dentistry-he is the golden standard in dentistry.

No one looks forward to having a tooth extracted and a bridge built. That said, Dr. Ritter and his team at Smile Solutions, made the experience as comfortable as possible. Explanations of the two visit procedure were clear and thorough. Dr. Ritter called to follow up after each visit. And, I have to admit, the new tooth looks better and improves my smile. On a second note, I am loyal to this practice over many years because I think Sue Calder is the best hygienist. Thus, all around, I recommend Smile Solutions.

Smile Solutions of Baltimore is an elite practice. Dr. Jesse Ritter has built a “dream team” of professionals that truly care about your dental health, and are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure you have a positive experience during your visit. Lis and Lacey at the front desk are organized, welcoming, and delightful to work with. The hygiene department is highly experienced and comforting to every patient. The tandem of Dr. Ritter and Mykela, his assistant, are educational, efficient, and overall phenomenal. To be completely fair, 5 stars isn’t enough.

Our son had his lip and tongue tie revised and we are so happy with the results. They provided outstanding care. The entire staff was amazing and so warm. We are so thankful our lactation consultant recommended them!

The staff takes great care of their patients and will make sure you're as comfortable as possible at all times. You'll be treated way better here than at some of the more corporate places in the city I've used in the past. Highly recommended!

In my younger years, I had a lot of work done on my teeth to correct my bite and et cetera. Regrettably, it is not something that I kept up with in my adult years. When an inevitable tooth ache ensued, Liz was there to get me the immediate appointment that I needed and set me up with payment options NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I'm a person that has not built my credit, but her trust put me at so much ease. My hygienist, Chrissy, is fantastic. Dr. Ritter is even engaging during most visits. Are you more of an introvert? Fine. You can zone-out watching the television on the ceiling. They will take good care of you. In the three months that I have been a client, my mouth has never felt better! I highly recommend this dental practice.

Had a 3 hour dental appointment yesterday. Felt relaxed knowing I was in the good hands of a friendly capable office. Minimal discomfort last evening and pain free today!

A horrific dental experience. The dental hygienist focus on selling unnecessary cosmetic procedures/equipment. The billing department has incorrectly submitted forms to my insurance causing low reimbursement rates that i had to spend time to get corrected. Their billing staff is also condescending and refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. I would highly advise against going to smile solutions.

I visited yesterday because I had a problem with a crown, the staff helped take care of me and I am glad I went just in time. Thank you

The reviews here that tell you they “went to this place” are fake. This is not a dental office. There is no physical building where you can go to be seen. All they do is refer you to a dentist and they don’t even check to see if that dentist is willing to treat you. But they get paid for the referral all the same. 3rd time trying there number and the 3rd time I was turned down by a dentist they connected me with.

No help then even said whatever dentist the send me to I have to pay the whole amount at visit can not bill me so they can’t help bye and then hung up

Not what you think it is. Waited the next day to call the dentist a representative referred me to just for the dentist to say he doesn't have any opening until October.

I called in the middle of the night one weekend and the staff gave me a couple numbers for emergency dentists near my hotel in Baltimore.

Traveling through Baltimore last month and needed a dentist, was happy to find this number to help me. I didn’t feel like calling around in a city I’ve never been in to find a dentist. I was able to give the area I was staying in and find one fairly close.
