The food, atmosphere, and drinks are all equally great.
Absolutely love going there for a comfortable night out that feels relaxed and affordable. The food is all well-seasoned, flavorful, and balanced. Clearly a well trained chef and group of line cooks are preparing the meals.
The bartenders are all friendly and experts at their craft. My wife and I are partial to Alyssa, but you can't go wrong with any of them (the tap list is also great for anyone ranging from IPA lovers to stout drinkers).
Perhaps most importantly, the ambiance is relaxed (not stiff or up tight), but the interior is well-decorated and hip. I can come here for a beer during a Pats game or an anniversary celebration. It is a very versatile space.
Simply put: Cobblestones is one of the gems in the Lowell dining scene.

Strolling through the historic streets of Lowell, MA, I stumbled upon Cobblestones, a charming American eatery housed in an old red brick building that exudes warmth and character. The interior is just as inviting, with its cozy ambiance and friendly staff.
While the service was generally great, I couldn’t help but notice a few servers with stony faces that lacked a bit of humor. But hey, no biggie!
The menu offers a diverse selection of dishes, but let me tell you about the eggplant parmigiana I savored. It was a culinary masterpiece—fresh, not frozen, and topped with a light, crispy crust. The red sauce was delectable, though it could have used a touch more garlic.
What really had my group in stitches was the lack of meatloaf. We had specifically chosen Cobblestones based on rave reviews about their meatloaf, only to be informed that it was sold out before we could even order. It became our running joke for the rest of the night!
Despite the meatloaf mishap, I highly recommend Cobblestones. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is inviting, and the service is mostly on point. If you’re looking for a well-rounded dining experience, do yourself a favor and give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Hands-down, one of the best meals I have had. It’s an environment where you can casually go to meet up with a friend for delicious cocktails and a bite to eat or you can celebrate something monumental and make it special. Thank you so much Cobblestone’s.

My family and I went there a Sunday night. Wasn't too busy there. Our server, Nina, was very nice, she knew just exactly how to do her job! Food was delicious and the dessert was even better. My kids loved their food and ate their whole plate. Price was about right. I ordered Salmon and it was the best, my husband ordered the fried rice and he loved it too. We will certainly go back there again!

Cobblestones is a classic, beautiful place to eat, have drinks, or just go for lunch. We were there for the Folk Fest and had a very good time. They took us on a little tour of the place. We got to check out the dining rooms and all the extra little rooms that are in the building, which has a lot of history. There are pictures all over the place of the many people and celebrities who have been there. Make sure you check it out!

Gorgeous place, gorgeous atmosphere, impeccable staff. Issue was my delicious turkey sandwich would have been a 5/5 but as i was eating it I realized that they left the wrapper from the cheese on it and cooked it with the sandwich. So as I was eating my sandwich with the cheese I was eating the paper. Since I was on a date, i didn’t want to make a fuss about it but it wasn’t pleasant spitting food out onto napkins.
The meal was scrumptious nevertheless but that wrapper inside wasn’t enticing :-(

Cobblestones of Lowell is a local favorite. If you want a nice, somewhat upscale dining experience, check out Cobblestones. The atmosphere is very nice and quiet. Food is absolutely delicious, and the service is phenomenal. Parking can be a little tricky as the lot at Cobblestones is small, but there's plenty of on-street parking nearby.

The Best Buffalo Chicken Tenders I have eaten ever (Dip them w/a mix of Ranch+BC)
