I rarely write reviews but I need to tell the world about Aisha. I just got home from my appointment and I can't stop looking at my brows after my first lamination, threading and tint with her. Aisha is a true artist and master at her craft. She communicates everything clearly and advises you with the best intentions to take care of your brows in the long term. I'm so happy to have found my brow artist in New York.

Aisha is a brow expert, her place is clean. And she really knows brows. I love how full she makes my brows look! She is also a wonderful person, I always enjoy talking with her as she works her magic.

I’m a big eyebrow girlie and I only let Aisha touch my brows. She is truly an artist and a gem of a person. I can’t recommend her enough. Appointments fill up quickly but she always tries to accommodate.

I’m not really a review person, but Aisha is truly so, so amazing and I really just can’t say it enough!! I’ve been going to her around a year now, and she NEVER disappointed, or I can say she totally changed how I look with my brows. I’m Asian with really thin and light brows, and I usually have to spend lots of time doing them myself which can be so time consuming, let alone making them look full & healthy in a natural way. but when I met Aisha, she literally made me FALL IN LOVE with my brows which had never happened before, as I always thought my brows were annoying to deal with!! the lamination is amazing alongside the perfect tinting and shaping! the most skillful brows tech I’ve ever met with a kind and beautiful soul!! 💗💗

Super dissatisfied. This place doesn't use proper sugaring technique. They use strips like for waxing and their sugaring paste is liquid like wax instead of hard paste. It was too hot to the skin and technician said she can't lower the temperature because the sugaring will harden. I have fine, light hair. It didn't even pull the hair properly as when I left I had a lot of it remaining all over. I expect at least no hair when I come for waxing or sugaring.

I’ve been going here for 12 years. Scheduling online is easy, the products are great - and they got me through the pandemic - and they manage the schedule like clockwork.

Aisha is the best at what she does. I had a brow transplant 8 months ago after a medical condition & I was super nervous to touch my new brows. Aisha educated me and I left in tears because they looked SO amazing. She is a true artist, I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

I love it here! Shobha has been so good with all the covid/sickness prevention. Arisa is amazing! Been going for a few years now. She knows to match the shape of your face with your brows, and taught me how to train my curly eyebrow hairs! Def recommend😊

Walked in. Had my socks knocked off. I’ve never seen sugaring done with strips but it was not painful AT ALL. Why would I go back for traditional sugaring? The only reason I took a star off is that while I was a walk in, the wait time was longer than originally told and the price is quite a bit higher than I would normally pay. There was only one person on staff that day but she was SO FAST without cutting corners. Definitely would go back.

I've been going here for body waxing for a little more than a year now and they've been consistently quick, thorough, and relatively painless. All the specialists are really nice and friendly and use breathing techniques to help you get through the more painful bits (something I haven't experienced at other waxing places and is really helpful). The soothing cream applied after definitely helps with redness and recovery. Love coming here.

I absolutely love this salon. I saw Francis for 6+ years and only stopped because I left the city. She has done my waxing, and lip/eyebrow threading this whole time and I’ve never been disappointed. Besides her amazing threading skills, she is attentive, patient, and kind. Shobha’s scheduling and cleanliness has always been better than the others too. Overall, 5 star experience every time.

I have been getting my brows done by Aisha for almost 2 years, and there’s no one I have ever trusted more with my brows. I had always gotten my eyebrows waxed, but Aisha’s threading skills are unmatched and I am always 100% satisfied after I get a threading. I’ve also had many Brazilian waxes with Aisha and she always makes me feel so comfortable. The studio is immaculately clean and sanitary. All the products she sells are amazing, she has cultivated an amazing small business. If you’re looking for a new brow person, go to Aisha you won’t regret it.

Aisha is the best of the best. Her knowledge and guidance on getting your brows where they need to be is unmatched!!! She is super open minded and makes you feel comfortable enough to have ongoing conversations. My friend introduced me to her years ago and she’s been stuck with me ever since!!! Someone really screwed me over and made my brows super thin. Aisha helped me bring them back to life! So grateful for her and her services. My girlfriend doesn’t let many touch her brows, and she LOVES the way Aisha did them! Would definitely recommend 10/10.

Aisha is absolutely incredible. I have been seeing her for close to two years now and every single time I go in, I walk out knowing my brows are fresh and ready to go! She’s a hardworking woman and I enjoy seeing her for my appointment every month. Studio is so cute as well and clean. Refuse to let anyone else touch my brows. She turned my weak Asian brows into shapely brows that I now always get compliments on! :)

The decor of Shobha - SoHo is bright and clean. Their staffs were super friendly and patient to explain everything in details since this was my first time to do Bikini (wax).
It was a great and comfortable experience. My esthetician, Francis, is really professional with a sense of humor and let me feel more relaxed during the whole process. It took only 15 minutes to finish and it was not painful as imagined at all.
I am so glad to be selected to be here and I will definitely recommend my friends to visit.
