I dont recomend this clinic. If you want someone that makes or help you feel at peace because you feel like in pain or sick, this place is not for you. You wont get it here!

Terrible experience. As all other reviews have stated, receptionists are terrible. All you need to really ask patients if it's a medical emergency or not. They ask what's wrong and try to turn you away no matter what. When did the receptionist get a medical license? Why is this place a walk-in if you try to turn away all the patients anyways? One of the receptionists is obviously very judgemental and will constantly roll her eyes at you.

Love this clinic the doctor is so excellent Dr. A Dief .staff is approachable too.

The doctor was in a hurry to just tell me to go get a blood test, and he said something different from what I’m actually passing through… Experience it at your own risk 🤷‍♀️

Not a Walk In Clinic as it claims to be. The receptionist needs to learn customer service skills. Hung up on me when she realized I was not one of their patients. Have some patience lady and listen to what the person has to say/ask.

I spoke with the staff at the front desk and I was told that they close at 6:00 like it says on their website. I reached there at 4:50 and the doors were locked and when the doctor came out he said sometimes we have to leave early. This made absolutely no sense to me. I called and no one made me aware that the doctor would be leaving early, hence why I hate wasting my time and I could have gone to a different walk-in clinic

Reception is rude, it is listed as a walk-in clinic when it is not. They give attitude and hang up instead of answering questions/clarifing.

I was a little skeptical about going here at first because of the reviews but now I’m sure, it’s not the place that’s the problem it’s more so the people that attend this place, they are the problem! Overall had an amazing fast experience and the place was very well maintained. The lady at the front desk is actually one of the nicest souls I’ve ever come across and Dr. Dief was more than helpful.

There is a reason why this office is not busy , very bad service by the Indian woman receptionist she is not friendly and doesn't say hi to patient when at front desk. She needs to learn customer service skills. Judging by most of the reviews other people feel the same way too. Dr Deif himself is not too bad he kinda hurry you up though. Remember there is a reason why this doctor office is always empty when you walk in . Receptionist is rude.

This clinic is just answering walk in clinic for the sake of it because each time you go there they are telling you to go and book appointments weeks after your call/visit why is it called walk in clinic when even after covid they are still not seeing clients unless on appointments??? .Customer service is zero. They shouldn’t be called walk in clinic cos they are not pls angry 😡

The doctor is very professional. But the recepionist is unprofessional and doesn't know how to do her work. I ck in and she clearly told me that the wait was going to be more than 1hr. Everyone at the waiting room is sick and i decided to step out and come back in 45 min to wait. What the recepionist did she put my daughtet chart at the end claiming i wasnt in the waiting room so i have to be put back this things just unpset me when you just need the doctor to see your sick kid .For aure i i w wt returned theren the charge. I didn't see this policy in the clinic where the force ppl zo stay in the waiting room in the

Wait times are long, but I find it’s okay if you book an appointment ahead of time. I’ve know Dr.Wong since birth and have always been more than satisfied with his care! The Dr. people are referring to in their comments is probably doctor Lam, as the once experience my family has had with him was not positive .

If you want fast service, this is your place. I waited less than 10 mins to see the doctor and I was satisfied with the consultation.

The doctor is extremely rude had me sitting waiting while he socialised for a good 20 mins then he didn't understand why I was upset and irritated he proceeded to slam the door of the room I was waiting in because I had called my mother to ask what was going on in the waiting room. I've never had a problem here before until today

I thought the doc was overal nice and experienced. The wait times are very long but it is becoming a reality everywhere you go now.

If you don't have an appointment, save your self some time. Go some place else. You will find yourself waiting long time (1.5h for me). The doctor asked 3 questions, didn't even care to make eye contact. Now/i have to go see my family physician for a better advise. A complete waste of time and efforts.
