I Fraudulent contract was taken out on my name at this branch. The handset was released without the proper Fica documentation. No proof of address was provided. I contacted the area manager. She assured me that the contract was canceled. But i still received a account for over R2000. The Ombudsman will be approached regarding not complying with the Fica laws.

Since Riaan left the only thing this branch is good for is to give you a number to phone for all queries. The woman is rude and never smiles, so unwelcoming and raises her voice quickly.

They dont know how the cell c app works and Sends you in circles when you have questions. I had questions about upgrading my contract, spend a week having issues with back and forth, I ended up going in town and in 20min I was sorted out.

Got fantastic service from Gershwin and Wandile at this branch after being taken for a ride by the branch in town. Wandile even helped me on his day off. If you're ever at this branch ask for either of them, you won't regret it!
