they do not add beans, the staff is rude.
first they said they don’t know how to do it. then they said give us the picture of your QR code, we will do with some other customer’s order. but they did not do it at all.

I tried their cappuccino, it was just average located on the ground floor one can easily clock this place .

Visited @CostaCoffeeInd, the Mall of India outlet a few days back. Loved the fact that nothing was served in disposable glasses like other popular coffee brands. Thank you for the good service and your thoughtfulness about the #environment, a happy customer!

I had peach ice tea which was great in taste and well served at my table.

This is always place for me for office work. Every table has charging socket and free costa wifi.

Price is preety good for individual.

Cold coffee and snacks are good. Liked the Delightful Classic Cold Coffee and the Curried Chicken Panini, photo attached. Service is usually prompt (if not, give a reminder at counter🙂). Located at a lively open place at DLF Mall

My recent visit to Costa Coffee at Mall of India left much to be desired. The poor service was evident from the moment I walked in. The staff exhibited a disinterested and almost rude behavior, making the overall experience quite unpleasant.

Upon ordering a cold Frappe, I was dismayed by its quality. It was not only poorly made but also lacked the flavor I expected from Costa Coffee. The blend was off, and it tasted as if the ingredients were hastily thrown together without any attention to detail.

What disappointed me even more was the attitude of the staff when I tried to express my concerns. Instead of addressing the issues, they seemed indifferent and unresponsive. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any establishment, and the lack of professionalism here was glaring.

Overall, my visit to Costa Coffee at Mall of India was marred by poor service, a rude staff attitude, and a subpar beverage. I hope the management takes note of these issues and works towards improving the overall customer experience. As it stands, I won't be recommending this particular branch to anyone.

my experience at Cost Coffee was nothing short of exceptional. With its superb coffee, inviting ambiance, affordable prices, and outstanding service, it has quickly become my go-to coffeehouse. Whether you're a coffee aficionado or simply looking for a cozy place to unwind, I highly recommend visiting Cost Coffee for a memorable coffee experience that won't disappoint.

Costa Coffee has its main outlet upstairs, and a takeaway outlet (though that too has seating - several tables) on the ground floor. They have a good selection of hot and cold coffees, a relatively more restricted selection of snacks (though their sweets, such as muffins and cakes, generally tend to be better than the savoury). Service and ambience and food quality are erratic - I have been to this place several times to find that while they were open, they weren't taking orders (and didn't even let us sit at one of the tables while waiting!), and once when all the chair upholstery had been cleaned and was therefore damp. Don't go with high expectations!
