Very accommodating to a large and chaotic group! The puzzles are fun and physical as well as mentally stimulating and has something for each age and learning style to excel at. A great team building or family adventure!

My grandsons, who are in grade school, and I had a good time trying to work our way through the Turtle Escape room challenges. The staff person was patient and courteous with help as needed!

This was our first experience of Escape Room and it was unforgettable, we did ‘Enter the Bat Cave’. James made sure we understood everything and enjoyed our visit. They also explained the instructions when we couldn’t finish and allowed extra minutes to follow it and enjoy the experience of solving a mystery; specially on the New Year’s Eve when we were the last ones before they close for the day.

Thank you for giving an exciting end to our year. We’ll surely visit again to explore all the rooms.

I went with my son to spend sometime together solving mysteries in an escape room and we did "The Final Crusade".

We did solve the case in exactly 1 hour but and we used the 2 hints.

The tricks, clues are nicely set. The mechanisms used in the doors, boxes, etc. are very good, and there was extra effort in the build/setup of the room as there were levels that moves you from one area/room to another.

The staff are friendly and I always admire their patience when returning everything to its place and tolerating the damage that some customers cause to the rooms.

Have done 2 rooms here. Very well put together puzzles, excellent staff and facilities. Just finished Turtle Power highly recommended, consider our team good at escape rooms and finished with under 2 min left, very good challenge level

It was our first time at Lift Lock Escape, and the first time for my wife and kids at an escape room. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles room was fantastic, nostalgic, and well designed. There were challenges my kids were able to figure out while others that took some serious thinking even for someone with an engineering background. We can't wait to come back and try the other rooms.

It was our first time to an escape room. We had a great time. We were pleasantly surprised by the time and effort that was put into the design and tasks. Great local business.

We went there with some friends and our kids for 4 adults and 2 kids. After going out for dinner, we were looking at what to do on a fall evening in Peterborough, other than going to a movie, this was another option; and we didn't know what to expect. It was the first time for 5 of us in an escape room, and we had an absolutely great time. The kids (aged 10) loved every minute of it, and watching them try to figure out the variety of clues and methods to resolve the puzzles was great. It was fun for them, and a challenge for us adults. We did the 'Crusade' experience and it was awesome.
Staff was helpful and gave us everything we needed to have a great time. We're going back soon and all my son can do is talk about which one we're doing next. Highly Recommend.
