My first but not last time. The service, food and drinks were 10/10. Daniel, Isiah and Christian were the absolute best.

Amazing brunch experience, immediately catered to my party of 8 without the slightest hesitation. Food was on par with some of the best brunch spots I've ever been to. The constant music flowing kept my friends and I entertained, overall great brunch experience 10/10. Also shoutout to Trish the manager for checking in on us, in an industry where your customers are vital, she made us feel ever more special by simply introducing herself to us and offering recommendations after. Thank you, will be back soon

My recent dining experience at Trestle was nothing short of exceptional. The customer service was outstanding, with the staff being attentive and genuinely friendly especially Ellen. The food was both great and tasteful, each dish crafted to perfection hands down the beer mussels was bursting with flavor so delicious. The vibe the atmosphere the music everything was on point it was just a great vibe. Ellen your definitely amazing thank you for your wonderful friendly customer service..
Gary was our waiter and we had a great experience! He was vey inviting and had the best energy! I would definitely come back. The views are also fantastic
We wanted the pretty view of Manhattan. But the prices at this spot are based off the view.

For 4 people to get 4 plates of tacos, one dish of fish and chips and 6 drinks we ended up with a bill of $350. That’s steep considering we waited for 20 minutes for my friend’s fish and chips and our table wasn’t ready for 20 minutes. The tax and tip are already included which seems shifty.

The staff were friendly. But the view wasn’t worth the prices of ok food and drinks.

They had a few things on the menu that I wanted to try, so instead of wondering what if, I placed a large delivery order for all of the items I wanted. Order cost me $106 w taxes/fees and tip.

Order consisted of:

- Chicken Pot Pie ($~27) - THIS CAN BE SKIPPED ENTIRELY. Their rendition of the pot pie Included the puff pastry topper on the side, wrapped in foil. The innards of the pot pie were packaged well in a plastic container. The filling wasn't as great as it could be and was further amplified by the chicken pieces, which were not sauteed, but char-grilled. This unfortunately gave it and the creamy broth a burnt taste that wasn't appropriate for this particular dish. Extremely overpriced for what it was, which was essentially soup and a puff pastry side.

- Loaded Poppers - These were good. You get 4 pieces for ~$15. They were fluffy, cheesy and had bacon inside. The exterior is crisped lightly and when reheated in my air fryer, 're-crisped' nicely.

-Beef & Broccoli (~26) - This was probably the worst dish, texturally and when it came to actual taste. Both the rice and beef were gummy and the sauce on the beef had a bitter bite to it that was unpleasant. We took a few bites to give it a chance, but ultimately tossed it. This was also a wildly overpriced dish given it's taste and lack of complexity.

-Fish & Chips - The fish was generously portioned and the batter had good flavor, but it would have been nice if they also seasoned the cod. You could tell by tasting the batter and cod separately that one had been better spiced and seasoned than the other. The fries arrived soggy between the condensation that’s occurred enroute to being delivered AND the oil soak-through caused by the fried fish sitting on top. Soggy fries, I can try to revive, although not the best, but I can do nothing with oil laden fries, so that took away from the Fish AND Chips experience, but still not the worst of the dishes involved. I would just ask them to pack separately next time.

I attempted to place another order today (5/15) to try some new items and it appears that the restaurant is no longer delivering food through any of their 3rd party delivery apps. The only thing that appears on the menu are desserts and mocktails. I called to inquire and the staff said they only deliver on Grubhub now. They clearly too are unaware of this update because in addition to DoorDash, Grubhub also does not deliver food items.
Went for Mother’s Day. Entering the Z hotel the outside is not kept well. The rugs by the elevator need to be cleaned along with the elevator. Overall it needs a deep cleaning to match the aesthetic and to reflect the food service and accommodating guests. The DJ was playing the right tunes. Food was decent Guacamole, waffle fries and French toast did not disappoint. The chicken wings aren’t seasoned so request ranch or blue cheese. Other than that service was nice, the sangria’s were lovely. View is wonderful, a deep clean of all amenities would benefit the aesthetic and vibe.

After meaning to check out The Queensboro for years, I finally stopped in between meetings for a coffee and their unique, yummy garam masala yogurt. The atmosphere is chill & inviting, appropriate for a remote work space or some drinks with friends. They have outdoor seating, indoor plants, string lights and the menu offers some interesting takes on classic American fare. I look forward to going back soon!

Stopped by while waiting for a friend to arrive and boy do I feel lucky to have found this gem. I ordered the lunch special (pizza + salad) and it was absolutely delicious and more than enough for me to take some home for later.

The view is beautiful of Manhattan, the mango margarita and tacos are delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive as well. I had an overall great time for happy hour. Tacos are small $4 each (Birría taco in pic.) and Margarita $10 -$12 each if I remember correctly because of mango flavor.
Cute rooftop aesthetic with lovely views of the city. Party brunch vibes. The food was great and the drinks were potent. We came for bottomless brunch and our server Alberto did not disappoint. He kept them coming and was very observant for whatever we needed. Great service!!

Ordered a chicken sandwich, and had the same bad experience with a previous occasion with their chicken n waffles. Not sure why but their chicken is very chew. Expected a nice crunchy chicken breast but instead received chewy fried parts. Even the color is off
Lost in Paradise rooftop offers a breathtaking view of Long Island City paired with delightful vibes that make it an ideal spot for a relaxing evening. However, the only minor setback is the repetitive music selection. Overall, it's a fantastic destination for soaking in the scenery and unwinding.

The place is very nice and romantic. I had such a great time and drink here. It’s very cozy. I was able to enjoy my time and have a deep conversation with my bf. Also, I like how the tables are set, you don’t have to worry about your privacy. highly recommend 💖

Not to forget, the service was great.
Nice rooftop for drinks and light bites with some heavy platters. I wish there were more vegetarian options and heating since it was cold and raining when I went. Great service but definitely in the higher up price point.
We love the Queensboro! From food, staff, atmosphere - they are an integral part of the community of Jackson Heights! Come by for an amazing brunch, delicious seasonal menu or just an amazing cocktail. Fav in Queens!

Server was very attentive and quick with service. Something that is very lacking nowadays. Macaroni and cheese 5/5 beef and broccoli was good but alittle salty. Over all great experience.
Hands down the best cocktail bar in Astoria. Great atmosphere, delicious cocktails and food, service is always on point and friendly staff. If you like whiskey make sure you order the “Southern Gravity” …..so good!
Alberto was working harddddd. Came to Sunday brunch, the weather had just warmed up so you can imagine the traffic in the lounge. He was very patient and he was very attentive even though it was insanely packed and he was being pulled everywhere by guests. Hookah was amazing. Food was great and the atmosphere was a 10/10.

The atmosphere is cute sitting was booths and also high tables & chairs. I would highly recommend this place for a private function. Thanks again to Glen and his amazing team.

I hosted my 30th bday in the back and it was perfect! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Bryan is the best, helping us figure out what was best and even putting on 90s music for us. The food was delicious, high quality and a good variety. Drinks superb. All around a great spot!

You would be hard pressed to find a better atmosphere, more delicious pasta, or a more well crafted cocktail anywhere else in Astoria. Combine that with the outstanding service everyone there provides, and you have yourself a hidden gem in Botte Bar. One of my wife and I favorite restaurants and one we come back to again and again. Now that they are opening a location on Ditmars even closer to us, we will most definitely be enjoying the intimate atmosphere even more frequently! We hope you will too!

We live in the neighborhood and had been meaning to try this place and unfortunately were disappointed. We sat at the bar and the bartender was super friendly. He was from a different location just helping out for the night but was so nice.

However, they were out of prosciutto which my boyfriend really wanted, the pasta 100% was not homemade (which is fine but don’t advertise that), my sparkling rose was flat (as was my boyfriends aperol spritz), the chocolate cake was cold on the middle, and the restaurant smelled kind of gross I couldn’t put my finger on it.

The atmosphere was really nice other than the smell.

Very cool bar with live music, great drinks. During busy hours the staff is always busy and your order/request may take longer, but they’re always friendly!
Dutch Kills is a Long Island City classic. The cocktails have always been creative and fairly priced (I had the Basquiat and the Chuparosa). I like sitting at the bar and admiring the memorabilia on the walls and ceiling. Service was a bit slow, and the bar was not even full when I was there. Nonetheless, the drinks are awesome, will definitely come again.

This review is based off of my first visit. I just discovered this establishment this weekend. First impression: sophisticated goth. My friend recommended this place for the strong, unique cocktails. When we arrived, Sisters of Mercy was playing and I was instantly drawn to the dark inviting atmosphere. The host was welcoming yet very thorough in checking our IDs. My two friends and I were seated in a cozy booth and each was given some refreshing lemon water with cucumber. We were given the option to be seated in a booth or hang out at the bar. On a Saturday night, there were A LOT of people at the bar so I'm glad we stayed in the booth. We also had the benefit of having someone check in on us throughout the night to keep the drinks flowing. He was pretty chill and attentive without rushing or pressuring us to order right away. Made sure we gave him a great tip for his awesome service. We were there for about 4 hours and ordered about 3 fancy drinks each. Highly recommend this place for a low key date night or intimate hang out with a small group.

Drinks recommended: chilled coffee (made with rum, absinthe & cold brew)

Had an amazing dinner here during restaurant week. We walked in on a Thursday night and were able to get seated without reservation.

Service was great, very informative and friendly.

Appetizers were creative and surprisingly filling. I especially enjoyed their take on a beet (not beef!) tartare.

The Artic Char was the star of the show. Crisp skin and tender, fatty fish - it was perfectly cooked.

My only nitpick is that we were seated near the window during the evening, and would periodically get blinded by headlights from cars making turns across the street. (The restaurant is dimly lit.)

I'm looking forward to coming back to try their other seasonal dishes and local drinks!

Excellent choice for brunch. I sat at the bar so I had wonderful service opting the bottomless brunch. I ordered the chicken and waffles (without whipped cream) and my date ordered the burger. I remember this dish being better last year when I came, but it wasn’t terrible just a bit underwhelming in terms of the quality and crispness of the chicken. The portion size here is always a plus and the price is reasonable. I didn’t enjoy the sangria (sweet like juice) but the mimosa tasted fairly good and the bartender even refilled our glasses with just champagne during one of our refills which I loved. They play the game in the TV on Sundays which is why we came here and it’s just an all around good staple brunch place. The steak and eggs was great the last time we visited.

Really delicious restaurant week entree specials that did not appear on the regular dinner menu. We ordered the pork schnitzel - huge slab of pork in great breading + beets ketchup, and an amazing artic char on lentils, cabbage, and friend wild rice. The skin on the fish was amazing and the best fish skin my partner and I have ever had. The appetizers were on the regular menu but a little special - the chip and onion dip had caviar and the chips were a variety of types of potatoes + plantain. The fried squash rings had an incredible batter. Dessert flavors were amazing - a vegan key lime pie made with avocado!!! How it stayed green was a mystery to me. The root beer cake with vanilla ice cream was also so flavorful, amazing licorice flavor in the moist cake.

Service was great, water was constantly filled. Love this local spot!!! Two restaurant week dinner specials + no drinks came out to just under $100.

We come back here for the garlic bread because it's made of dreams. Everything on the menu is always great.

The bar has very 1920's jazz elegance to it, with live jazz on Sundays after 7 pm. Definitely a great date night for a drink and listen to music, which isn't too loud so you can still talk to each other comfortably. Drinks are pretty good, cocktails being around $16. Very light bar food so don't come expecting a meal. Just have a nice drink, enjoy the music and the ambiance.

Craving a night of delightful cocktails, I sought out a charming speakeasy bar in NYC and discovered Dutch Kill Bar in Jackson Eve, Queens. My visit on a weekday evening proved to be a great choice, as it wasn't overly crowded. The cocktails, while not exceptional, were just right for a pleasant, tipsy experience. Opting for front seats with the bar in view was perfect for engaging conversations. Overall, Dutch Kill Bar lived up to my expectations for a cozy and enjoyable evening.

Beautiful and cozy bar owned by the same owners as Mosaic (located in the north end of Astoria) with lovely carefully crafted cocktails and tasty tapas/ bites. Their happy hour is M-F til 7 and they do taco Tuesdays with a discount on their regular price, plus you can mix and match. My friend and I each got a cocktail, a couple tacos each and shared delicious guac and it was quite affordable during happy hour! I'll definitely be back soon

I don’t usually write reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve had with food. We ordered this place for delivery and ahe Alfredo came with 0 sauce and questionably smelly chicken. I couldn’t bring myself to even try the chicken it smelled so bad. The cacio Pepe had pieces of plastic in it and mold as well

Out drinking with friends and one of my friends wanted cocktails so we searched it on Google maps and The Last word popped up. This is an amazing place for cocktails. Great drinks at great prices. The team there were super nice and they recommended their favorite cocktails. The last word cocktail was delicious. And for the winter I definitely recommend the Hot Toddy.
Ever since I saw the video with Jeff from Epicurious on YouTube, I had to come here and it didn’t disappoint. I came back here on a date (not successful), but I do highly recommend it for a date. The ambience is relaxed and intimate but also very personal and I can say the same about the drink. I had the Old Fashioned and it was perfect. I can’t wait to go back to Dutch Kills.

Ordered delivery. Came late. Never ordering from this place again. The portions are a rip-off. It’s way over priced. There are much better options in Astoria for the cost. And better taste as well. Adding photos of how outrageous it was. A To-go bowl of pasta that cost $30 and our garlic bread that was $8. Both were a joke.

Loved the vibe and a cocktail I had, with a caveat that I only stayed for short amount of time. Tentative 5 star mainly to remind myself that I’d like to revisit this bar. One concern though is that this whole place seemed to have a layout of very thin and long space, which I think that makes it much more easily crowded and packed.

Great spot for drinks. After the reddit recommendation, we came here on a Friday night. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The oysters were amazing and great choice of cocktails.

I’d say it’s more of a date night kind of speak easy. Lights are a bit too bright, and seating areas need to be closer. Otherwise great boutique setup and overall experience.

I love this place. The atmosphere exceeded my expectations. Great place to experience a live jazz band, and the vibe was chill. Not a great selection on food. Nonetheless, food was and service was good. Highly recommend.
This place isn't what you think. The wings were frozen and the burger was topped with arugula and no tomato ruining the flavor. All the food tasted like a microwave cooked it and took forever to get to us. The guy server was very polite and do not blame him but the management for this understaffed establishment. Would not come here again or reccomend it for food.
Really poor service, getting drinks took ~30 minutes, food took even longer. At the end of the meal we were brought the bill with an incorrect number of drinks charged, and an included 18% gratuity (not listed anywhere). Upon correcting the number of drinks, we realized the "18%" was more than 18% and the waiter was rather rude with the correction. After removing the gratuity from our bill and leaving a cash tip, the waiter yelled at me as I was leaving and made a nasty comment about "no tip". Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone in the area as there are much better establishments with more to offer and better service
Went for the taco Tuesday. $15 for a margarita (kind of small) and two tacos. Service was great!

Came here on a Thursday night on a date. Food was great! Started with the Suppli which is similar to an arancini, it was crispy and tasty. I ordered the chicken parmigiana which was great. Tons of cheese and the fillet was thin and crispy (not to mention large) Not served with a ton of pasta, which I like and the sauce was flavorful. I also really enjoyed the blood orange Negroni. Prices were fairly reasonable (aside from their $18 seasonal drinks) ~20-25 per pasta dish. Came out to around $120 for appetizer, two mains and two drinks each. I wanted to try the tiramisu dessert, but I was informed it wasn’t available.

This place is a hidden gem! I stopped here after an all day outing for a glass of wine and small bites and they did not disappoint. It was standing room only as I didn’t have a reservation, but once a table opened, the host seated us promptly. The vibe is intimate, dark, and a great place to grab a drink with friends. For the meat & cheese platter, I got the smoked duck breast & prosciutto which was fresh & went perfect with my wine. I typically like west coast oysters because they’re small and sweet, but I could appreciate the ones I ordered from here. Overall, I had a good experience and if I’m in Long Island City again, I will definitely be back :)

What a lovely space. I loved their app options. My friend and I shared yucca fries and guac. She had the tacos and I had the gambas al ajillo. They were all very tasty! The shrimp was very salty though enjoyable. I’m not a big drinker but still enjoyed one of their cocktails. The ambience is lovely. The decor, exposed brick with backlit lighting inside is just divine. I’ll definitely be coming here more!

We decided to check it out after seeing some great reviews about happy hour here on Reddit. Upon entering the lavish looking establishment, the drinks were cheap and the food was delicious. We ended up with oysters and soft pretzels (probably the best we've had to date.) The girl on staff was on top of our orders and considerate of space, so that we didn't feel rushed or bothered. It was quiet when we went for happy hour during the week, but it is sure to be loud during the weekends. The location looks bougie with musical hits playing in the background.

Over the year I passed by this place during the day a few times and have been wanting to try it. So glad I finally did a month ago! Yes late post.

My friend and I opted to sit at the bar, very nice and friendly bartender. I love the dimly rustic ambience with pretty chill vibe, and not too loud music in the background. Lively but not too crazy!

We didn’t have dinner but had a great time catching up over Oysters on Half Shell, and some Charcuterie & Cheese.

I am adding this joint on my ‘will be back’ list and definitely be back soon!

Went here for light dinner.
The service was great. very tentative and friendly. The drinks were good. The food was ok
Meatballs were dry, disappointing. Mussels was good
Fettuccine Pesto was ok, not memorable.
Chicken Parm was decent.

Would go back to try other dishes.

Great place with an excellent vibe for a nite out with friends! Outstanding decoration that changes weekly and offers different interesting party themes...Its great ambiance, music and service make this place a unique experience in Queens! We'd def recommend this lounge for anyone looking to relax and have a great time!! Oh and don't get me started on their Happy hour specials and great selection of well put drinks!!
Had a fantastic time! Bottomless Brunch offered all week. We had Kelly at the bar and she was not only attentive but fun, funny, and personable. Food was great, drinks were great, all around one of my favorite Ridgewood spots.

Came here on a Friday night with my friend to have dinner and a couple drinks, we sat at the bar and the food was delicious. The service was impeccable and the drinks were amazing, definitely my new fav place. We were served by the bartender David who prepared for us some of his special drinks, the espresso martini was the best I ever had in my entire life, Salvatore was the server who helped us through the entire night, both of them so nice and polite
This place is a VIBE! My server was very friendly and my food was out in less than 20 mins. I would recommend the penne ala vodka and chicken tenders but the wings were a no to me. My cali chicken sandwich was a little too dry for my liking but would definitely visit again.
Visited during Saturday brunch time. Service was wonderful. Steak and eggs was okay but poached eggs with salmon was very good. Unlimited mimosas was wonderful just like the dessert. Recommend coming here when you don't expect many people to be around for the best service and atmosphere.

Came in here randomly after passing it so many times. Great drinks, shots, and food. The churros were so good. Don't expect a full meal, this is a place to unwind, have a few drinks, and a small bite to eat. 10/10. I have to come back soon!

Been here several times. Always great beer and great service. Brought my coworkers here for after work drinks and they loved it. We sat outside, it was very nice and chill. Perfect for those of us who want to talk and not talk over loud music or an environment that makes it difficult to converse.

Foods were finger licking tasty. Chicken n chips was so good that just one was no enough. The beers comes with spices on top of the glass which was hot and sour. Nachos were good and you can’t expect to find any this good for the cheap price that they offer

An incredibly welcoming staff and an amazing owner, Tom!!! My partner and I were on the lookout for a place nearby for our wedding reception and we thought about Bar Dalia. Always passed by but never went in until we did, and I’m so so glad we did. The space is really nice, music set the vibes and the backyard space is also really really cool. We happened to meet Tom to inquire about our reception, and from the start he was so friendly, enthusiastic and so accommodating despite your typical wedding madness. Our guest list doubled, he helped so much with the space and the great food, not to mention the delicious drinks! Thank you Bar Dalia for helping us craft our perfect day.

Cute place with really friendly staff. The service is impeccable. My friend and I tried to limoncello spritzer which was a good but strong cocktail. One thing to note is that Suppli is similar to Arancini if that's what you're looking for as an appetizer. The pasta was portioned well and delicious, I definitely had a food baby after eating here.
I think I found my new neighborhood spot - this place is absolute perfection and has some great happy hour offerings including $1 oysters! Looking forward to many more trips here after work and during the weekends. If you’re in the area, you have to stop by and try out some of their delicious drinks!

Authentic Mexican food, very good. I had a quesadilla with carnitas and I liked it a lot. I will be coming back now that I'll be around this area
The food was excellent, I will give them five stars for food, it was real Mexican, no TexMex or mix Mex,or fake Mex. The service also was excellent, but the place needs a better decor and the bathroom needs to be redone.
Otherwise I'll give them five stars or more

Their guac is to die for. I loved it!!! They have tasty signature cocktails. Nice little back area (I’d recommend you reserve, you don’t have to but it’d be best). Very moody lighting back there. Their food is consistent, delicious and fresh. The place is a nice vide delicious bites, boozy drinks and great convos with friends.
I’m so glad I went here. They were good about checking proof of vaccination. They have outdoor seating but I wanted to dine solo at the bar. The staff is great, very professional and organized. I was so hungry. The ‘raw bar’ oysters came out quickly followed by a pear salad and cheese plate. I watched the mixologist serve up beautiful cocktails with a relaxed and friendly demeanor. I had four nights in Long Island and I ate here twice.
Every time I visit I am never disappointed. I am guaranteed to have good food, good music and the best drinks thanks to our waitress/bartender Kelly! She's attentive and knows exactly when I need my next drink. What more can you ask for? 😁

Updated 11/5/21 Another visit and this time got the chance to try some of the upcoming holiday drinks by Lana, Salvadore and the other lovely server. I want to add that the sweet potato fries are so delish too!

Cute, very friendly and responsive. Service staff met me at the door, engaged me in conversation and served me. His warm personality made me feel at home. Upbeat contemporary 80’s vibe bar.

A great craft beer bar to grab a delicious beers. They have a couple of beers on tap and many bottles & cans available. Unfortunately they don't offer flights, it would be nice to be able to try more different beers.

The atmosphere was great and the staff kind. We had a great time here and would definitely come again.

They were busy on a Saturday afternoon (rightly so) but was able to accommodate our group of 4 without a reservation. The interior is cozy, staff is friendly, and drinks were excellent. Highly recommend the French lavender for something fresh and gin-based, or the chocolate mezcal for something Smokey and a little heavier on the palate. The spinach dip was fantastic and we scooped up every last bit; deviled eggs was a bit heavy on the mustard. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Loved this place. The ambiance is cozy and relaxing. The bar tender is good at recommending a drink if you're on the fence. The mulled cider with bourbon was delicious and hit the spot on that cold evening.
