Came twice. First time for Happy Hour which was amazing and had lots of tasty options. Brought a friend back for her bday dinner and was disappointed. The main course - crab stuffed shrimp lacked flavor and the drinks did as well.

So me and my boyfriend went here for a
Date this weekend. Waiter and atmosphere was great. It was my first time and we both received bad food . I ordered the salmon seasonal dish and he ordered crab legs . So basically 90$ for 4 crab legs. I’m just going to say if you just looking for great views go and have drinks but food wasn’t worth the price even though it was upscale. And vegetables was over grilled I wanted to switch to mash and the manager told me he would have to charge me to
Do so even though they where over grilled.I was vomiting a hour later and my bf
Couldn’t stay out the bath room . Just wasn’t worth the price but we still tipped

Well because our waiter was great .

By far the most appalling food and beverages I've consumed in a dining setting. First parking is a nightmare due to people using their free parking lot.
Upon entering this establishment, I was excited and happy to see that the restaurant wasn’t crowded. My party and I assumed this would make our dining experience quick and easy.
Due to management policy, we had to wait until all members of our party were present before being seated, which was fine. In the meantime, several of us opted to have drinks at the bar. Again, in a nearly empty restaurant, we were ignored by the waitstaff who was present behind the bar within arms reach. We waited and were never greeted until another bartender came from the back to serve us. She was pleasant, however, the drinks were revolting. We did not complain in this instance because it already took us so long to get someone's attention.
Once our table was ready we joined our party upstairs. I quickly noticed that only 5 other tables were being served at this restaurant. This should have been a huge red flag. The restaurant was empty on a Friday night for a reason.
It took us over 2 hours to get all of our food and once everything came no one liked their meal. The roasted chicken was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever consumed. I’m not sure why it was swimming in a concoction of some kind of sickening sweet cream sauce. It resembles the flavor of eggnog. I'm not sure how else to describe it. This immediately gave us have gastrointestinal issues.
The Hawaiian NY medallions were tough and flavorless. I asked for medium well it came out rare and somehow still quite tough. And can we agree that this are not medallions.
The only thing that food that was exciting was the bread that came out for our table.
We entered the restaurant before 7:30 and won’t leave until after 10 pm due to incredibly slow service. This is completely unacceptable considering we spent hundreds of dollars to celebrate a birthday in such a subpar way.
It upsets me that management was never present to ensure a smooth flow of this operation.

Food was ok. Mashed potatoes and green beans are really good. Steak was cooked well but not very flavorful. Shrimp was tough. Drinks were good. Service was slow. Views were beautiful.

Wonderful atmosphere and kind service. Great for a networking event. Very good selection of drinks, however, you must ask for your drinks to be made strong. They are weaker than your average bar. Overall, excellent place.

I haven't been to the Chart House in a very long time ,and was delighted with my experience. Our server Maria was great and attentive. We had an excellent view looking out over the water . A great view, dinner, food and Evening.

What a great time we had. Jane was our waitress and she was unbelievable. The GM Erin was awesome as well. Rita helped out and was attentive to detail. We had such a wonderful time overlooking the river, the food was amazing and the LAVA cake. It was a great atmosphere that was intimate and relaxing. We look forward to our next visit.

UPDATE 2024:
We came to this location as a group. We basically tried all appetizers, I highly recommend the shrimp, mango, avocado stack, is amazing. The coconut shrimps are good as well. My let down was that my steak and shrimp were a little over. I did not complain because was still flavorful. My main today was the NY strip medallion with a fruit salsa and sticky rice, that rice was extremely good. My dessert was the lava cake, that it did not ooze out like it supposed to, but it was good. The young lady who took care of us was wonderful taking care of us 12. Everyone enjoyed their food. Accommodations for us was excellent at a corner with a great view.
