It's below average with service, food quality and ambience. My wife and I stopped in for lunch after visiting Venice Beach ⛱️, which is very nice and picturesque. My wife ordered the OG House Wedge Salad with Grilled Mahi this salad is one of the worst presentations if a salad take a look at my pictures the chop the head of a iceberg lettuce in 4 quarters, the cherry tomatoes 🍅 are also whole . My wife had to make her own salad in order not to eat those whole pieces of lettuce, tomatoes and onions.
I ordered the Coconut Shrimp and Onion Rings they were OK at best. To make things worse that evening my wife acquired a stomach virus. COINCIDENCE MAYBE!!!!

Fabulous lunch. Food served hot and delicious. Service was excellent. The server Zoey was remarkable.
Outside patio dining with live tunes and very relaxing vibe.
They have good food and many options to choose from.
Recommend it for afternoon chill or early dinner, but I'm sure anytime of day is just as positive. 👌💯

Food was Amazing, Drinks was of course far beyond expectations and level of service is hard to come by today…which makes the daiquiri bar the best restaurant in Venice. Our waitress Zoe by far breaks records in every single category. She raises the bar on every level possible. Her high quality of customer service, knowledge, professionalism and problem solving skills are top notch. Zoe makes you give this restaurant a 5-star review every time.Thank you for taking care of my family and I and we definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting Venice and visiting Florida. Give her a raise and she is definitely the MVP of your team.
Small but nice small ocean shop in the middle of Downtown Venice! Super friendly staff, and the most important... Icecream was delicious 😋
This is a fun restaurant to be. Great vibe! There is such a variety of drinks, a good menu selection, and good live music on certain days. Our waiter was outstanding in manners and promptness, even engaging in a nice chat with us.
Staff was amazing both times we went, drinks are so good, fresh and just the right amount of booze, food was hot and plenty of it
A restaurant that is so delicious & different! Really enjoyed the night out here with excellent service from Tyler. Great shrimp cocktail and dessert was amazing. The crab ragoons plate is a must! The sweet tea is so yummy, hard to find good sweet tea in Florida.
We loved it! Everything was wonderful an our sever Tyler was awesome. Loved the blacked Salmon and fresh cut fries. Crab Rangoon appetizer was packed with crab. Tons of cool artwork and random stuff on the walls. We will be back!
I will cut them a little slack because I'm sure they were understaffed and it's a holiday. But. The service sucked. Big time. Enough that it started to ruin an otherwise perfect visit. Drinks and orders were handed right away but then the only time we saw our server is when either we went to look for him or when we flagged down another worker busy with their own stuff and had them go look for him.
No refills on drinks ( including wanting to order more cocktails) no visit to see how food was or if we needed anything ( we did). And then he all but disappeared when it was time for the bill. Had to walk around the restaurant to get him for the bill. And then same thing when we were trying to pay.
I'm sure they were just busy. But it was still worth noting.

I enjoyed my meal and atmosphere. We went out on the pier. Had a great time at Sharky's. I would call this a tourist attraction but it was great. Plenty of parking and valet. I was impress because I saw a sign where they offer benefits to their workers. Food was good and service was good.
We ate nachos with real cheese, not liquid, which were huge and good. We had an awesome salad with peanut dressing and burgers. It's right on the beach and it's the beginning of their busy season.
The seafood nachos were amazing, and were loaded with crab and shrimp. Good size for 3 to 4 people. The frozen drinks were refreshing. The atmosphere adds a lot of value. A great place to take in the sunset. There was live music, so it made for a nice and fun night out!.
Several people recommended this place to us while visiting. The view outside is beautiful and the staff are great. The food is good and there is a good variety of foods to choose from including healthier items. Their seating system was a little confusing we went from one hostess stand to another and we weren’t sure what we were doing. I do recommend sitting outside for the views of the beach and pier. They brought warm pumpkin bread while we waited for our food and we really enjoyed it. I ordered the black bean burger and hubby ordered the French dip. It was a nice day and we would visit again.
Stopped in at 8:30 for a drink and appetizer. The coconut shrimp was wonderful, and the sauce that comes with it was divine. The tuna dip was delicious. It comes with crackers but you can ask for tortilla chips- appeared to be made on site. Delicious.

I don’t give 5 stars very often but EVERY visit has been perfect! We stopped today for lunch. I had peel ‘n eat shrimp and husband had Ko-Tao salad. Fresh and delish!!
You can choose indoor or outdoor dining. It’s even acceptable to dine in your swimsuits. Fun bar with lots of beachy drinks to choose from. Just an overall great beach restaurant and bar!

I really wanted to give this great location a 5 star! Natalie (our server) was amazing. The $2 margarita special that day was terrific (you could actually taste the tequila). I had the Chop Salad with Grilled shrimp. While my Husband had a Burger, fries and the amazing Greenbeens. Unfortunately my husband said that the burger was under cooked and lacked flavor.
The service was prompt, efficient and very well executed. Unfortunately the kitchen didn’t time our meals to come out together. I can’t blame Natalie for that.
The ambiance was so tropical and fun! We got to sit next to the incredible fish tanks! It is full of Tangs, angel fish, tropical snapper and I think I even saw a puffer fish in there. Photos do not even do it justice!!!

First ever visit to a Pinchers and we were highly impressed with the quantity, quality and price of the food they offer. Excellent attentive table service by our waitress.
Came to Venice for the weekend to do shark tooth hunting. Both days we came to Sharky's for lunch. Joel was our server, and the service we received from him was absolutely incredible. Definitely some of the best service I've ever received. The food was incredible as well. We ordered the Apple and Bri Pizza appetizer (sounds weird but it's delicious), the blackened Grouper sandwich, and the nachos. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good food with a nice view of the water.
The 2 for 1 Margaritas rock/-as do their variety of shrimp dishes. An odd surprise are their fresh garlic green beans. Heavenly!
We went in to catch a quick dinner after the beach and fishing on the pier. The restaurant a clean and pretty busy considering it was a Tuesday at 530. We ordered the clam chowder, blackened grouper platter and fried shrimp basket. Unfortunately it was not my favorite meal. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. I did enjoy my husbands fried shrimp, the side quinoa salad can we just live and their bread basket. The clam chowder tasted too much like cream for my taste and I wasn't a fan of the blackened seasoning on the grouper.

The food, service and atmosphere were great the other night when we stopped in for dinner at Pinchers. Great location right of 41 and easy to get in and out. I will say the fish was a little over cooked and dry but with some melted butter it wasn't that bad. Give it a try on your next outing and taste for yourself. We will be back for another try next time down.
After reading the mixed reviews for Pinchers I was not looking forward to a great experience. Luckily for us we must have come on a good night. We had a coupon for the crab dip appetizer that was delicious and had lots of chips with it. Enough to share with four people. I replaced the two sides that came with my meal with a small salad. The fish was crisp and not at all greasy. My husband’s salmon was perfectly prepared. The portions are large, so no room for dessert, but the key lime pie looked amazing. We will be back again! Great location. Decent food and excellent service when we were there. It's a fun place to go. The beach and pier are beautiful. However, having said all that. During peak season, the place is almost always slammed with people. An hour or more wait for a table is not out of the question. Sometimes you get lucky and the wait is less, but don't count on that. Also, there is a ton of parking but it is never enough. If you have elderly members in your party, definitely consider valet parking. Definitely give it a chance, just expect a longish, beachy, sandy Florida day
