A shell of what Best buy used to be. 90% empty open space, only the most expensive, highest margin brand name items.
And this is supposed to be the most comprehensive retail electronics store left in America... Yikes.

This Best buy seems a little understaffed.
We couldn't get anybody to help us we had to track somebody down which is super rare for a BestBuy.
Then when the guy said he was going to get it taken care of he just disappeared and I don't know what he went to do but it wasn't help us...
Finally the person behind the counter, while I understand they were young, was borderline rude and fully incapable of doing what I would consider to be their job.
We literally drove to Phoenix to visit this store cuz they had what we wanted in stock and ended up leaving without purchasing anything and making the 2-hour drive home empty-handed.
Thank goodness for online shopping.

First time I've ever walked into a best buy where I wasn't greeted. I did have a few questions before I left and they were extremely informative and willing to help. However the lack of items I was looking for to build a PC was very lacking. For such a big store in a huge city it's not something I expected our tiny store with a 10th of the population had more to choose from. I still managed to get one item on my list so it wasn't a complete waste.

Michael in Geek squad was great! I brought in a phone that had a dead screen and had no way of transferring my files to my new phone, he was able to help me out and was able to find a way to get everything transferred. Thanks Michael!

Service was slow when we arrived.
But with a wave of the hand we received service and the kid was pretty cool. Very knowledgeable & friendly. We found what we were looking for +. We would shop here again. Thanks for your help Best Buy.

Went there today to help my mom replace her dead iphone. Sebastian was our salesperson. I'm a tech pro and have dealt with dozens if not hundreds of tech salespeople over the past 25 years, and I can honestly say, Sebastian ranks in the top 1%. Listened to what we needed, made great recommendations and helped us migrate the phone over with Verizon. In and out with the phone working great in about 45 minutes. Excellent service, Sebastian and thanks!

Great location. Great customer service. I ordered our new desktop computer online from this location. I was ready for pickup the same day. I picked it up the next day. I highly recommend this location

I walked in knew exactly what I wanted an associate walked towards me to assist took me directly to what I believed what I needed to find I was wrong (being a BOOMER) this kind young man showed me alternative options HE WAS RIGHT IT WAS EXACTLY 💯 WHAT I NEEDED! THANK YOU YOUNG MAN!

My laptop broke and I needed a new one. The store employee that helped me in the electronics department was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Patient with all my questions. I am happy with my purchase.

Ryan helped me while buying a new laptop. Happened to meet someone that knew higher end computers, and understood what I was looking for.
He found one in stock, not on the showroom floor that fit perfect! I appreciated the interaction and assistance.

What a mess Best Buy. Literally the worst service experience in a lifetime. They're happy to sell you a "membership" to get better service, but I spoke with no fewer than 15 people (most overseas) and not once was I helped on the first try.
Geek squad hung up on me, didn't call me back, and then couldn't fix my issue.
Phone support sends you in store. Store sends you online. Online has you chat. All point fingers, nobody helps.
Today I waited 41 minutes to try and buy a computer warranty online (store said to call) only in the end to be sent back to the store.
I bought local to get better service. DON'T DO IT. Get it on Amazon.

Black Friday Deals are often not deals....let me explain....
We have probably shopped for the last time on Black Friday with Best Buy.
The TV we bought was faulty.
Went to customer service and showed them what the TV was doing, and the customer service person quickly said he knew what they was. He said to bring the TV we had just installed, but purchased on Black Friday, back along with of course legs remote etc.
He said he would hold the TV we would exchange for.
We disassembled and brought TV back and a different customer service rep tried to charge us like $300 difference.
We finally asked to speak to manager, who agreed to do an exchange for a downgraded TV.
The manager said they usually don't sell the model we had bought. Good to know, this place is like Fry's Electronics, which sold what seemed to be faulty or one offs or discontinued troubled models and then it was a run around to exchange as they didn't have the "special" anymore.
We were offered a refund, which of course would not have accomplished what we did and waited for during Black Friday mad rush.
Certainly recommend avoiding Black Friday specials at Best Buy as I believe the main attractions are old models, close outs, or ones offs.

I do not recommend ordering appliances here. I paid upfront for a fridge and scheduled delivery three months in advance. When the delivery day came and went without any contact, we discovered that Best Buy had canceled the delivery. Calling the 1-800 number led to an overseas call center, making it a significant hassle to get our $3,000 refund.

I have been at this location plenty of times before. Actually since my Note 7 replacement program and even when the system was down, they handled everything very professionally. This location is filled with options to select from. Everything from appliances to laptops to electric bikes. A ton of parking. Staff in the cpu section are very polite, professional, and willing to help.
