I ordered a couple of baguettes for pick up and a separate order meal. However, my meal came first and my baguettes Did not come till i mentioned it. I understand if the place was busy, but what upset me was when one of the workers i believe is the manager was asking a doordasher for his order, and when he clearly not speaking english. She aggressively snatched the phone from his hand. So ridiculous…

let’s start here this place is very welcoming , the food is always fresh and hot ! i love the chicken noodle soup and chipotle ava melt ! fire for sure never had an issues thanks panera

ordered the new sandwich from the menu which looks disgusting and poorly prepared. I asked someone to remake my sandwich because that avocado looks bad and the amount of avocado is very measly. The manager said no because I changed the bread and that amount of avocado was the correct amount of the sandwich. I told her that that amount is not worth the price of the sandwich and that avocado looks bad. She told me that she could only refund my money. I think the manager is not capable enough to hold her position. Her name on her nametag said CHAYA! I will not be back 😕😕

Never tell your customer to heat up their own food, when you didn’t properly heat it up in the first place. Also maybe get a microwave for the back? Why have a microwave up front but not one in the back??? What is the temperature regulation for serving soup?? Mine was just on the edge of lukewarm!

Food is usually good. I've been here for breakfast and lunch. Consistently good food and service. Blueberry Lavender iced tea is really good 😁

My husband and I like to drink Caramel Lattes (Hot and Iced) at Panera. We never try to dine in at this store. We went there and had 2 caramel lattes (1 hot, 1 iced) and 3 grilled cheeses (2 were for dine in and 1 was for to go). The grilled cheeses were perfect, no complaint. But the taste of caramel lattes was not the same as we had them in another Panera. The taste was not good. We think it was because of the milk in the drink was about to spoil. My husband brought our lattes and gave it to the lady cashier. We've decided we did not want to drink it anymore, because we were afraid that will affect to our stomachs. When my husband told this issue to the lady cashier, and he got a flat response from her. :(
And, when my husband went back to our table, another lady offered us to get 1 cup of fountain drink as a compensation. Of course, we refused it. We already disappointed with the service!!!

Made a mobile order on late Sunday morning. Went inside the store after 10 minutes as the app said ready for pickup, but the order was not on the Rapid Pickup shelves. Yes, it was very busy and more than half of indoor tables were occupied. They do have a few outdoor tables, but none were taken. Checked again after 5 more minutes, the pecan bread was there but the cup for hot teas was not. Had to wait to talk to staff for one. The pecan bread and the self serve hot tea were all normal as usual.

I always get the same items...

Broccoli and Cheddar Soup, is just so good. I really wish they just sell me the bag it comes in...

The bread is good and service was nice, no problems here at all.

The Grilled Cheese was kind of boring, I was hoping it would have a kick to it, but it is nothing more than just cheddar and bread... No buttery toast or mixed additional cheese to make it melt more.
