The sip club is such a scam. I waited at least 10 minutes for a charged lemonade and nothing showed up even though the board said my order was complete. The person pouring the charged lemonades poured a full cup with ice back in the lemonade dispenser instead of in a sink.

Panera is my fave wherever I go, but this meal was way off. The bread was dry and over toasted (like it had gone through twice?) , there was literally half the amount of meat I normally get, the radish sauce was way overbearing literally 3 times the amount that normally is used, the smoothie was horrible with big ice chunks and hardly any thickness.. it was watered down strawberry juice or something. Over 20 bucks and I had to go elsewhere to actually eat.

Honestly everyone there seemed unprepared for their job, they were scrambling to takes orders as fast as they can instead of getting peoples food done in a decent amount of time... didnt tell you until after you paid and they handed me an empty cup to go get a drink that the drink machine was down and they cup they just handed me was pointless, my order was over 15 minutes past its estimated pickup time on the website/email so we stood around for the entire time watching.. website marked my order ready over 10 minutes before it was actually ready which isnt helpful... the parmesan crusted chicken was hard and tough...overall really bad experience and dont recommend at this point.

I went there to get a pick 2 with a half sandwich and a cup of cream of broccoli with a baguette. They charged me for a full sandwich and an extra baguette.. not what I told them. I pulled up to pay thinking wow that’s pretty expensive fir a pick two and a pop… now at this point I would assume I’d get my card right back, they handed me my drink, but not my card.. and walked away… I waited for my food in the drive through for a few minutes and they gave me my bag of food and I had to ask them to give me my card back after they said have a good day.. They did not give me a receipt. I got to my destination to eat and instead of cream of broccoli they have me cream of chicken soup instead of what I ordered; The one thing I was really wanting. I’m honestly unsatisfied with the whole process of things and because I had no receipt to bring it to their attention, I was unable to get my correct order.

Waited for 30 mins for two mac and cheese and a pad thai. I had watched one of the workers put two of our things on a tray where it sat for 10 mins until I got fed up. We had to wait even longer for my friend’s mac and cheese, but when we went up to ask about it, it was made in less than a minute. As a server, I understand being busy and working in the food industry is stressful, but it was ridiculous.

Staff is always patient, kind, and helpful. Food is delicious.

We were in the area running errands and decided to stop for lunch. The food came out quickly and was very good. Our server Patti was amazing and attentive. All in all couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Soup, salad, and risk of Salmonella! Just look at the photo of the rotten, brown, discolored lettuce that was served. The waitress didn’t seem to care and her solution was to offer another salad. Um, no thanks. I attempted to come here a week ago and was seated for 15 minutes without even being greeted, so I left. Abysmal on all levels.

I enjoyed my dinner. I had the herb and butter salmon and my daughter had spaghetti. She enjoyed her food as well. But mostly, we enjoyed the service we received from Nolan. He said he was new but it seems like he knew exactly what to do with his customers. He was friendly, upbeat and kept a smile on his face. He was able to answer all of my questions. Just based on his customer service alone it's very likely I'd be back. For me, customer service counts for a lot.

Went there half hour before they close and ordered just a bowl and cup of soup. Lady gave us just 2 cups even when we paid for a bowl. I also asked for 2 spoons and forks. She then gave us a ton of forks and 1 spoon. Would give 0 stars if possible. Soup wasn't even soup,more of a chili. And when I asked why I didn't get a bow she yelled that she put a bowl in my bag. Absolutely ridiculous of that woman who worked that night.

Was a good place for our 10yr old who loves buttered noodles. The other 3 kids enjoyed their meals and us adults did too.

1st time here. I ordered the Mac & Cheese with meatballs "on the side". Apparently, the chef doesn't understand what this means as my meatballs were placed on top of my M&C. There was a reason I asked for this. Plastic utensils thown in the bag not even wrapped! I eat on the run in my car for my job. Do you really think I have time to stop to clean disposable plastic utensils? Lord knows how many times your very polite curbside runner had touched door handles going in & out of your establishment or the person who bagged my food. Restaurants who serve unwrapped utensils are cheapskates & not concerned about their customers' health.
The M&C? Blah! Kraft tastes better than this!

Great food and great service! I came in alone for lunch and the hostess gave me a 1-sided booth, which was awesome and thoughtful. Then my waitress kept the refills coming! I got the endless soup & salad and it was delicious - for soup I chose the zuppa toscana. Also I highly recommend the alfredo dipping sauce appetizer. All around a great experience!

Arianna is the best server I've had in some time anywhere! Very good food, yum yum. J

Ordered take out to take back to my hotel to eat since it was close to closing time. Wasn't given even a plastic fork to eat with, so I asked if I could get one. Employee told me they didn't have any plastic silverware to hand out. My first thought was.....what? But I just took my food and left thinking about how I was going to eat. Ended up stopping by a gas station to buy some overpriced plastic silverware so I could eat. What kind of place that serves pasta in a bowl doesn't have anything to give a customer to eat with? Not everyone that takes their food to go is going home to eat it. Definitely won't be going here again when I come back and have to stay in a hotel again. Mac and cheese was good, but rice crispy treat was really on the dry side.

Although I didn't deduct a star from my rating , there is a concern I have in How our businesses play a role in society...when we as a people support business and make them reputable , do they give something back ?

It does concern me somewhat that Olive Garden does not give Veterans Discounts or Senior Discounts...

Ben was my server and he was Attentive and Polite. The food was tasty as always. The atmosphere was comforting. The area has a good appearance as well with many other businesses around it.

Its was my first visit and I came away very pleased. The waiter had a pleasant and welcoming attitude. He was helpful to me with my choice.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A BAD LOCATION. cashier at this location is very nice, kind, caring. asked if we needed anything, asked if we wanted water. food is absolutely phenomenal as usual. ORDER THE JAPANESE PAN NOODLES THEY ARE SO GOOD. great place, free wifi.

I had the most amazing food I have ever gotten at Olive Garden earlier today. The cheese ravioli with Alfredo sauce was incredible. My compliments to the chefs that worked New Year’s Day! Edit: Ate here 2-4-23 and had Cody as a server. He gave us breadsticks upon his first visit to our table, brought us refills and requests immediately, and was extremely attentive. He made our entire meal absolutely perfect!!!

Only reason this isn’t a one star is because I am receiving a refund. However, this is not the first time I’ve had an issue with an order from this location. I ordered two chicken Baja bowls with extra avocado on the website to be delivered. Upon in packaging the food I saw rotten/spoiled avocado on top of the bowl. While I appreciate they followed the request for extra avocado, this probably was the time they should not have gotten the order right. I would have rather had no avocado than rotten avocado. Hopefully the feedback that I relayed to the manager will improve the quality.

This Olive Garden was EXCELLENT. Everything was awesome. Even though they are clearly understaffed they know customer service. We are traveling through this area and we saw online that there was a Olive Garden in this area and we decided to try it. We are so glad that we did. If we are ever in this area again we will DEFINITELY stop in and enjoy a meal at this Olive Garden. We suggest that you the same you won’t regret it.

Buffalo chicken Mac was so good! Get the Franks redhot sauce on the side so you can control the heat. Staff was friendly and service was fast.

Friendly staff, great management, I think it was the manager Amanda that helped us, she was very kind and friendly. Very clean place and good selection even if you have picky children. Their broccoli cheddar soup is amazing, chicken noodle soup was great too and their flat breads are very tasty as well. Best Panera in this area. Staff was knowledgeable friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The staff was also very with my children, my youngest even gave one of them a hug thanking her for the good food. Their desserts are great as well, brownies are the kids favorites but their smoothies are also exactly as they should be. GREAT JOB PANERA. 👍👍👍👍👍 This is definitely the one I will choose whenever I go to Panera. Thank you to the staff and especially the manager Amanda for helping us so much and making it easy to order for my children as they wanted to know what all was in their food.
