I have been in line for 28 minutes and I'm still waiting. By the way, this is drive-thru. So frustrating. Wish they had told me to begin with. The unfortunate thing is that the staff is so sweet however is not trained properly on what drive-thru really means. I counted six kids in the back and one guy that looked like a manager. Three kids were laughing and standing around. The only reason I gave three stars instead of one was because the staff was so nice.

Best customer service of any Panera I have been to. Staff was very sweet with my son and went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience.

Everything bagel toasted twice with cream cheese and Asiago bagel toasted twice with butter and light roast coffee hit the spot for an on the road breakfast. Friendly and quick service and clean dining room.

The staff was wonderful. The young woman at the front was very patient and kind with my young daughter.

The food is another story. My salad was limp, the chicken was flavorless, and the dressing was running.

At this location I received a warm breakfast and hot coffee. I also, tried their Kitchen Sink cookie. Everything was as expected. The service was polite and fast. The restroom was clean.

Nice newer cafe just off the interstate. No drive thru but outdoor seating.

Panera breads new signature is pretty expensive even with the packaging they put it in and I asked extra dressing and this what they put in my container. No joke 3 drops of dressing came out. $21 you pick 2 meal + regular lemonade through the drive thru. Nice staff @ window. Just think prep needs to pay more attention for the money I spent.

Clean bathrooms, manager and staff that are cheerful and happy to serve you. Would stop here again off the interstate - I OT about a 7 minute detour up some windy roads! Cinnamon bagel with cream cheese was yummy! Photos as of September 2018.
