The Best. Being held back by depression or anxiety really sucks. Going out of network for a true med psych team is the only way and the best investment I could ever have made in myself.

I Would never recommend this Place to anyone! I went here and the manager named Neil is a full fledged racist! (I'm Black) Everytime he would see me he would call me Boy make racist Black jokes and whenever he wanted me to do something he would just snap his fingers and say clean that up Boy, wash this car Boy, Clean the Bathroom Boy! Constantly attacking my Humanity! I attempted to let my parole officer know that I can't be there for certain reasons as the stipulations of me Being at TLC were if I get kicked out I go back to Prison! She told me to just bare with it!

Plus even though I had a job and was paying my rent Neil would come grab me and force me to do labor without no form of payment!

All in All if one goes there you will have to do free labor, hear racist remarks, get treated like a dog, and Be threatened to be kicked out if you go against any of this! I do not recommend this to anybody! If you are truly trying to make it sober or if you were sent there do to parole or probation please find a different halfway house! If you look at the most of these reviews you can see for yourself that the majority are Bad reviews they are like that for a reason! Go to a place that values you as a Human Being! As this place does not!
One shouldn't have to fake a smile and suffer through derogatory terms all because he was given the stipulations of either you stay here or you go back to prison! They do not have any functioning programs! You may sit in a circle for group meetings but nothing is spoken on! The staff who are ex prisoners themselves have no respect or morality for the next man!

Stay far away from them !! My loved one fresh out of prison was already being hounded by Neil for money. We would be on the phone and Neil would barge into the house screaming at them telling him he’s going to get kicked out if he doesn’t give him money immediately. There forced to do carwashes on weekends then Neil takes it to spend on the casinos. 3 weeks go by and my loved one is 2 days away from his very first check ready to pay rent and when Neil came screaming at him and he wasn’t able to give any money he was told to pack his bags and leave. Kicked him out late at night, new back into the world and sober just thrown out. If you want help staying sober or looking for support don’t go here. They stole his clothes and won’t give them back! So sad who knows how many people were set up by Neil for failure actually trying to get there life together.

My experience with Dr. Shirey has been top notch. He's very knowledgeable about medications and psychiatry. The office staff is also helpful.

Terrible psychiatrist. I would rather have an old man prod into my psychosexual issues with my father in the room again than deal with a psychiatrist who treats filling out your prescription as something they'll do in 7-5 business days

It's already terrifying enough depending so much on this medication only for the people who are supposed to help ypu treat you like a damn customer instead of a patient.
Also their phones stop working periodically so have fun with that too.

Shame on this business.

My experience with therapy and EMDR was less helpful then I had hoped. The TOP practice is very in line with popular therapeutic and psychiatric practices but not all therapists can employ treatments confidently. I expect more for an out of pocket provider, I will be looking elsewhere.

I highly recommend Dr. Norris as she takes the time to actually discuss and understand what is going on in the patient’s life rather than just throwing medication at the diagnosis. She listens to your experience with medication and is willing to adjust as needed and supports the patient all along the way.

Dr. Norris is an exceptional doctor. I always felt like I got top notch care with her and she helped me through so much. Highly recommend.

TOP is full of wonderful psychiatrists and therapists that truly care about their patients and community. Dr. Norris is so caring, knowledgable and dedicated to her patients. When you leave her office you feel validated, you have a plan in place to support your mental health goals, and she gives you a sense of hope that things are going to get better. Dr. Norris has a passion to support women's health in their unique perinatal needs.

This place is horrible! This was given to my brother as his breakfast on Monday, May 30th. How can they be giving this to people?! I will be contacting the city to file a complaint of the foods they are giving people! This isn’t right!

Its unfortunate that this place was a terrible experience based off of their reviews. My wife had scheduled an appointment and drove from Vail to make her appointment on time. When she arrived the front desk asked if she was there to see dr norris (did not ask what my wifes name was) and proceeded to go tell the doctor. the front desk lady had brought her family for lunch and proceeded to have a conversation with my wife and after about 30 minutes pass she then asks what her name was. It was at this time the front desk lady had flipped the switch and became very formal. She told her that she tried to call her and sent an email (to the wrong email address) to let her know that the appointment had been cancelled. They not only proceeded to charge her for an appointment that THEY cancelled but wanted an additional 200 dollars more for another. I would not recommend going to an establishment like this where they treat people who are there for mental help (my wife is dealing with postpartum) and Definitely plan on filing an additional complaint. This is a poor reflection of your service and I hope that you treat future customers better.
