I have been seeing Ryan for quite some time and have received the most amazing care. Not only Ryan but Christina who runs the place and Jeri and Maryann who run the front. Everyone gives the best service I am so grateful for all that I receive from them. A million thank yous.

Marie Snow is fabulous. She’s compassionate and devoted to her patients. She’s saved my life many times. The admin at JWFC is difficult to work with. Confusing, not user friendly and their policies are so strict that they tend to drive people away. Marie is why I’m still there.

Iberty did not meet my expectations. She asked me some questions related to psychology, and I honestly admitted that I did not know the answers. However, instead of being understanding or offering to explain, she seemed dismissive and made me feel stupid.

I met with Dr. Waite who is amazing!!! He provided a safe, non-judgmental environment, which helped me move quickly through my anxiety issues. He gave me several tools to work on outside of therapy and walked me through it all. It's harder work holding on to the anxiety than letting it go! It was hard work for sure to move forward and I was surprised at my progress! I learned that the more vulnerable you can be in therapy, the faster you will move on!

When facing some of life's most difficult challenges I turned to the providers Redwood Therapy for the help I needed. The service provided by the clinical and clerical staff was phenomenal. The therapists did a great job of validating my concerns and helping me get to the root of my questions, concerns, anxieties. I regularly recommend Redwood Therapy and its therapists to my friends and family!

This place deserves no stars.the receptionist was rude & the therapist kept siding with my kids bratty behavior and kept inserting her issues with her daughter as if it was relevant when it wasn't & unprofessional & innapropriate! I was there to get help with issues I was having with my own daughter not get belittled and for my daughter to think her poor behavior was acceptable & actions don't have consequences. she only seemed to care about putting all the blame on me! Never again! Thus counselor fooled me at first into thinking she was competent & a neutral party qhich she isn't. She showed her true colors which made my own trauma worse and the counseling didn't help at all it made things worse!thanks for nothing

So far I've had nothing but a positive experience. I first went to Clearview counseling, they took my 250 dollar intake fee, did my eval then told me they couldn't facilitate my classing, I felt ripped of so I googled many counseling places to read many reviews and Jordan valley was the only one with good reviews. My intake with them was FAST, PROFESSIONAL, AND EASY. The staff are kind and courteous.

I've been seeing therapist Ryan and have thoroughly been enjoying my sessions and getting so much help and insight. My only complaint is that he's so amazing that he's booked out months in advance! The office staff has always been friendly and helpful and the office space is clean and comfortable. I will continue to come here for a long time to come!

I came for some help, and even though they supposedly specialize in that type of therapy I needed, I didn't feel like I got anything out of it. I literally just talked like a normal therapy session. Also, if you cancel two appointments in a month (even for emergencies, and with sufficient notice which were my reasons) they will automatically cancel your future appointments because they have "other people who are willing and ready to continue therapy.". Good thing I am not in a crisis, because that could be very damaging for someone...

I haven't seen a therapist in almost 2 years so I was reluctant but glad to go back and seek some help. I went and saw Charlotte and although she was nice and understanding, I personally didn't appreciate the fact that she kept watching the clock.

I understand that it was late so obviously people want to go home but for the price I paid it was a little disappointing to feel like I was bothersome. Not sure if I'll go back.

Love, love, love this place!!!! Terri Cluff has worked miracles for my son! Life changing! She has been an answer to prayers! I wouldn't trust anyone else! She is amazing at what she does!! Not to mention the staff there is wonderful! So caring, friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend them!!

Not only was the counselor assigned more interested in himself than the patient, but after almost 2 years after I quit going, got a bill that insurance hadn't covered and a manipulative administrator trying to coerce me to pay the bill AND come back and try another counselor. She wouldn't take no for an answer, so I made the appointment, then called back to cancel it. I would never recommend anywhere that would harass me so badly, that the only way I could get her off the phone was to agree to an appointment. That mentality has nothing to do with helping people, but putting the all mighty dollar above all else.

I started session with them several years ago, I stopped going after I would show up for my appointments (several, not just once) and they never had me scheduled yet I had a card from them with it written on it. I recently started going back. I had a schedule conflict and called almost 2 weeks in advance to reschedule but because nothing was available until after my next appointment I canceled it and kept the other 3 appointments I had made.
I received a call from Maria Snow asking me what my intentions are with my appointments and if I'm going to keep them, I called the office and explained the above, the staff told me they would relay the message. They never did so I got yet another call from the counselor again asking my intentions and more less harassing me that I had ONE scheduling issue I took care of well in advance. Needless to say, I have called and canceled ALL of my further appointments with this facility and will not be going back. I felt very belittled from a counselor that was suppose to be helping me, not hurting me!

I can see why this place gets mixed reviews. I would give Penny Rawlins 5 stars for sure. She was really kind, a good listener, smart, experienced. She stayed late for me more than once and I could tell she cared. But then I needed a letter for my attorney (not court ordered), and her boss (the director) Betty stepped in. She was brief, brisk, and pretty much mean. She literally spent 15 min getting info from me, didn’t seem to believe anything I explained about my situation, was like, well you missed 2 appointments, I’ll put that in your letter? I said, Penny was sick for one of those! So Betty said, fine. I won’t write that you missed 2 appointments. At the end, she’s like, go pay a copay, only then will you get your letter. Even though I’d already paid a copay to see Penny the same day. It was a joke, and I left in tears. So basically, I recommend Penny highly, and her boss gets zero stars.

I felt the counselors me and my daughter saw worked hard to help us through our issues. They tried many different ways to approach the problems. I had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and caring.

--The reason I went to this office in the first place was because I was having postpartum depression issues. The "therapist" I spoke to ended up using the appointment to tell me about how awful it was to counsel bitter married couples, and how hard her life was--her double ovens and car stopped working the same weekend. The only advice she gave me was to eat protein (which I was already doing) and to work out (which I was also doing). I left the office feeling frustrated and unheard.

I also had PLENTY of issues with the billing office. I could not get a hold of the person in charge of billing, and when I finally did she accused me of lying about leaving voicemails for her. Despite the assurance that they had sent a claim to my insurance company, there is no record of any kind of claim--approved or denied--at any time.

There is no way I would recommend this office to ANYONE.
