Beach 10 was awesome as normal except the sun was almost down and it was beginning to rain 🌧.
Not over-crowded. Very family friendly. Well-maintained. All of the perks you look for in a beach with few or any of the cons.
Absolutely beautiful. I can't remember which was which but each beach has different depths. This is good for families, however Beach 8 is a little shallow for adults. Great clean beaches.
Love This Beach but it's at the end. So there is a nice breeze and the water is usually moving nicer
Beautiful beach, well kept and life guarded. Great spot for families. Bathhouse and picnic tables available. Free parking.
Wonderful park with many beaches and plenty to do for everyone. Rent a kayak, take a quick dive, spend hours angling, have a family barbecue or do a bicycle workout, there is room for every activity.

Super clean (except for the public restrooms at the end of the day) and accessible.
It would be nice if cyclists stayed on the beautiful bicycle paths, but that's probably too much to ask.

The beach is pretty large and includes adequate parking. The beach was clean and the water had a fair bit of algae, but considering it faced into the bay the water was calm and warmer.
Beaches, hiking, kayaking and biking. This park has it all. Plus the light house fishing docks, marina. So many things to do. Love it here, miss living in Erie.
You can't go wrong at presque isle beaches; however, what kept this beach from getting 5 stars was the amount of rocks you had to walk through to get to the sand in the water. This beach did have a lot of areas for people to lay out their towels without feeling overly crowded. There are a lot of areas that offer shade from the trees without leaving the beach and there were bathrooms. The parking lot was big enough that finding a spot wasn't an issue. It was a beautiful day and the water was really clear.

Absolutely beautiful. I went in the evening during sunset. The water was so clean, the beach itself was spotless, and the view was gorgeous.

Small and pleasant
Perfect place… beautiful beaches … beautiful nature! Erie is a great area with lots of shopping.. lots of restaurants.. lots to do /see. The beaches are just awesome.. family friendly …. AMAZING sunsets!! Two lighthouses to visit : Presque Isle Light & North Pier Light . Campground… and a couple little places to dine at near the entrance of Presque Isle. Waldameer Park is up the hill from here. The tour of Presque Isle Lighthouse is wonderful if you can be there when it’s open … Biking /hiking … bird watching … other activities such as boat tours of the lake .. visitor center… I love Presque Isle ! What a gem .
Wonderful time, really clean beach, not crowded at all and the water was great! The perfect place to fly a kite!
The best beach for children on Presque Isle. Beach 11 is completely flat which makes it good for kids to run and play with toys. When we visited, it was out of the swimming season and end of summer. However, it was still perfect for a day at the beach.

When Our Kids were younger, My Wife & I would take them swimming to Beach 10, Otherwise known as BUDNY BEACH. All of Us would cherish Our Days at PRESQUE ISLE STATE PARK bc of the Beautiful surroundings & the Great Sandy Beaches & the cold water of LAKE ERIE. Our Kids would look at Beach 10 as Our private swimming Beach & Many other Families would come & enjoy the quiet area & the sound of the water hitting the beach. We would come up from PITTSBURGH to go camping & after We set-up Our campsite, The Kids would ask Us to take them swimming at Beach 10 (BUDNY BEACH) bc they always thought of that as Our swimming spot.
Decent beach, not good as Florida beaches. Does the job, not too busy or far from other parks.
Beautiful beaches. Life guards are posted on some stretches of beach. There are 11 total beaches some have concession stands, changing areas, and bathroom. No charge to visit- would highly recommend.
Fun like it remeber to use sunscreen and reapply! Enjoy.the sand!!!
Year after year our family looks forward to the beautiful beaches, natural surroundings and great time with family and friends. We love Presque Isle!
