From our very first visit, it was evident that KLA is more than a school—it's a nurturing community committed to fostering children's creativity, curiosity, and love for learning.
Leading this impressive team is Director Ms. Salina, whose peaceful yet powerful orchestration of the school’s environment and curriculum ensures a nurturing space where every child feels valued and understood. Her leadership is instrumental in creating an environment that not only encourages but thrives upon the ethos of curiosity and learning.
Assistant Director Ms. TianTian, with her attentiveness, caring nature, solution-oriented mindset, and empathy, makes a significant impact on the children's educational journey. Her approach reassures parents that their children are in hands that care deeply about their well-being and growth.
Rockstar Pedagogist Ms. Milena enriches the school with her deep care, love, and passion for education, inspiring both children and adults alike. Her contagious enthusiasm for learning motivates everyone to view the world with wonder and curiosity.

Amazing! I can confirm now that KLA Schools is THE BEST pre-school and daycare in the Windermere, Winter Garden, and Horizon West area. We've seen all of them, but KLA is #1. My 2 yo kid enjoys going there, and we're confident that our child is happy, safe, and being taken care of by the amazing teachers.
We needed a daycare and KLA ended up being so much more! Every day consists of well thought out learning experiences. The staff is all very kind and there is a clear focus on the health and well-being of the children.
I just wanted to formally commend Ms. Kylee and Ms. Abby (2’s/3’s teachers), and KLA staff in general, they’ve done a wonderful job. My 3 year old enjoys coming to school, it’s CLEAN, the room is BEAUTIFUL and fun, the planned daily activities have been a hit with her and the updates showing their daily activities have been wonderful. I’ve noticed an increase in the photos and notes showing what the children are doing. And the activities seem more organized/planned with much thought out into them. Both teachers have shown a tremendous patience and kindness in helping my toddler overcome some emotional obstacles lately. This school year has been our best experience at KLA since my first daughter was in VPK there 2 years ago. Ms Milena’s activity day is one of my toddler’s favorite things. Along with the art activities and water room, which it seems they’re going to more frequently with the new director change. Keep the positive changes coming, they’re making a difference!

We have not had the best experience with the school’s director the first year or so. That’s around the time Mrs Milena became our older son‘s teacher.
Mrs Milena was the reason why we decided to stay. She clearly cares about the kids and what they learn. My kid evolved so much during the past year. She is so loving and treats each child as her own. His classroom essentially became a family with all the kids becoming real friends with one another.
We are also pleased she now took over a new role, where she can help all of the kids in the school in their development.

When I walked into KLA for the first time, I knew it would be the right choice for my daughter. Its good curriculum, low student-to-teacher ratio, and cleanliness caught my attention.
On my daughter's first day of school, Ms. Milena welcomed her with so much love that she felt belonging to and very special! Ms. Milena is an outstanding teacher. With creativity and a unique teaching approach, she combines learning with entertainment. She does know each of her students and their potential as well. The empathy and kindness she always shows others (and teaches her students) is priceless! She is the kind of person who is passionate about teaching! Everyone loves her! Also, Ms. Maria is a fantastic person. She is always ready to help and support anyone! My daughter loves them!! We are so grateful to have them in our lives!

My daughter changed from a different school to KLA and it was a life-changing experience! Mrs. Milena, and Mrs. Maria welcomed her with so much care and love! She is happy everyday to go to school and experience the wonderful projects and activities the school offers. I recommend KLA to anyone that is looking for a warm, caring and family oriented school. My daughter has learned so much and we are very happy with all the staff, teachers and environment.

It would be unfair to say there is a lack of communication from the admin team, there are often reminders from staff even on weekends/holidays, which I really appreciate!
