Phenomenal car service! The limo van was basically brand new and the service and driver were excellent!

I used them several times during our stay. The first was for our party bus. It was amazing and our group had such a fun time! I booked last minute transportation to the airport and was all over the place. The large group was being indecisive and Jeff was beyond patient and helpful every time I emailed. I made one last change at 12:30am and the driver showed up in the correct vehicle at 3am. I was so grateful! With the crazy weather, both drivers were amazing in making sure the group of ladies made it into the vehicle safely and our luggage was put into vehicle. So grateful for this company!

Booked with this company for the first time this weekend. Had such a lovely experience with them. I was recommended to them by a friend and let me tell you they did not disappoint. John was my driver and he was such a gem and got to us in time and was the safest of drivers. I have had bad experiences with limousine companies before so I went into it a bit skeptical but from the onset of getting a quote to the booking process and how well they explained everything I really felt comfortable booking and luckily everything went really well. We booked the Sprinter Party Bus for a birthday adventure through salt lake where we did a scavenger hunt of sorts and it was an absolute joy to not only have a place to escape the heat while we were going around to all the different places in the hunt but also to have such a personable driver. In times where we all could use assurance making purchasing decisions let me help you make this one. This is a sound place to spend your hard earned money and you will not regret it. Also thanks to Jeff and Audrey for making the booking process so much more comfortable. They could tell I was nervous and really broke everything down for me and I appreciate it immensely.

One of their bus drivers doesn't know how to drive or what the hell they are doing. Their driver pulled left onto the road out of a parking lot, into the middle passing/turning lane. The driver didnt stop in the lane and wait for an opening, they paced three cars who had the right if way and when we didn't let them in, forced their way into the lane and almost collided with my car.

With the new u t a transit app and the efficiency of u t a has increased ten fold and i'm very pleased to use the bussing/trax system rather than spend more money on maintenance For a car when you don't really need one In most areas.

Initially wowed by the $500 total online price for 5 hours. Then I get an email with 500$ in additional fees. Not happy but set the reservation by phone for 4 hours to lower the cost because i wanted my sons birthday to be super special. Found other limos for 650 including all fees for 5 hours. Called back less then 24 hours later, 8 days till date needed, and was then told the reservation was non refundable. So mad. Asked for a price match and the boss to call me...never happened. Day of limo, arrives early but was a wreck. Extreemly Dirty, huge dents, paint coming off everywhere, spray painted to cover missing paint. Was 2nd time the driver had driven the limo. I opened all my own doors. Had to tell him how to open the trunk, he couldn't work the tvs, stereo, lights, air. We did get there on-time but was down right embarrassing from the condition of the limo. Will never use them again.

Drove for our after school ski program when one of their competitors bailed on us last minute. They were very helpful in loading gear and getting us going. Would definitely use again.

I had a tour of 19 students who were stranded after a cancelled flight. US Parkways came to the rescue and bused them overnight from Salt Lake to Anaheim. We are so thankful for their services!

USParkways provided great bus service to us during a recent 24-hour road trip. PROs: 1) they showed up early both times and were very dependable, 2) they were the cheapest of 12 bus services, 3) the drivers were kind and courteous, 4) the bus was nice and worked well overall, 5) I liked the intercom and DVD system, 6) there wad plenty of luggage space and partially reclining seats for comfort.

Great station, nice waiting area for the buses that’s covered from the sun. Only problem is there’s no public bathroom

We used Red Star as our summer transportation for field trips. The driver's were very friendly and on time. If they were running behind, they always called to notify us. The buses were neat and clean, which is nice to see during a pandemic. We had a great experience with Red Star and will continue to use them for future trips.

We have been using Red Star for the Temple to Temple 5K in Provo for the last few years. We have had excellent customer service from Jodi and the bus drivers have been so professional. We rented the Mercedes-Benz “Party Bus” for a High School Prom. Perfect size for 12, very roomy on the inside and the service was prompt and professional.

The website runs you in circles. I was attempting to help a disabled associate that works for me to find out when and where his bus would arrive and was met with nothing more than frustration. The UI of the site is clunky and slow loading for a "mobile optimized " site. Send your developers back to school, or give them better resources if thats not the issue.

I was in town visiting family and I was picked up in a beautiful Chrysler. My driver Dave was utterly fantastic! He helped with my luggage and made me feel good. He was pleasant and understood how tired I was. I couldn’t ask for a better experience

Red Star did an excellent job providing shuttle service for guests attending our daughter's wedding. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. The driver was especially kind and helpful. He went out of his way the next day to meet a guest who had left an item on the bus. We are so glad we chose Red Star!

I hired Red Star Transportation to transport our family to and from the funeral to the cemetery for my father’s funeral. The driver, Ron, was VERY professional and even dressed up for the occasion when his normal attire would be something more casual. Ron was very easy going and great to ride with. I would recommend Red Star Transportation because it was easy to book the bus online and I received a confirmation email and follow up phone call with clarification questions before booking the reservation. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience for a tender time for our family.

I used Red Star as and affordable alternative to my school district's buses for a field trip because my district didn't have any buses available the day I needed it. I'm sure mine was a fairly unique experience, but the bus broke down on the freeway. They did send a bus right away to pick us up and the driver did let us stay a little longer than our original itinerary to make up for the time we missed, which I really appreciated, but we were only able to do that because the driver happened to not have another route that day. Overall it was easy to schedule with them and they were helpful when it mattered most.

Just went on a ski vacation in SLC and decided to go out on the town one night. Salt Citly Limo was great. Right on time. They made everything super easy. We had a fantastic evening. Fun experience for us. Thanks again.

Honestly, I do not care if they aren't the cheapest out there. With out doubt, they were the best I have ever dealt with. I rented with them for a Bachelor party and asked a few other places and they were the most polite. (I am thinking because I sound like I am 20 on the phone but in fact I am 25. Not a huge difference but still). My buddy forgot his wallet after they dropped us off for the night and they stopped to come back and let us look. After we couldn't find it, he insisted he take us back to the hotel and look. While we were driving back, before I could even call the restaurant we were at, he was already on the phone with them asking. AMAZING. We did find it and the hotel and he offered to take us back even though our rental time was up 30 minutes ago. I was so impressed with how nice and thoughtful our driving was. I would for sure use them or recommend them if anybody asks about a limo service.

My family and I flew into Salt Lake City last weekend for a family wedding, and we hired Salt City Limo to take us from the Airport to the Hotel Monaco down on South Street. We have a family of 5, and had quite a few bags. Our chauffeur made it his personal mission to take every single bag from baggage claim to our limo that was waiting right outside. When we got to the Hotel Monaco, he said that we should go get checked in, and he would sort out our bags so that they arrived in our room when we got there.

When we got to the room 15 minutes later, our bags were waiting for us.

Can't say enough good things about the service and amazing help they were to me and my party in need. We had a different local competitor cancel on us last minute which threw us into a bit of a state of panic. We called up Salt City Limo...and like a boss they came to the rescue fast! They were able to get a driver to come in on his day off and he still was just as professional and lively as ever. He did not seem put out at all, In fact, he was able to make us all laugh and I'm pretty sure he had a great time himself! Long story short, I sure am glad that the other company cancelled on us because we are now customers for life with Salt City Limo. Thanks for taking such good care of us! Until we meet again!

What a great way to see the city! I was there for a wedding and the driver was prompt, kind and FUNNY. My friend (the bride) was stressing out about being late and he ensured that did NOT happen. Such a beautiful limo too! Clean and luxurious! Absolutely recommend Salt City Limos!

I just came back from my trip to Utah with my girlfriend and we decided to live it up and booked a night out with Salt City Limo. Their limo was super clean and the exterior was so shiny I almost needed sunglasses! Once we saw it pull up at our hotel we were stoked. The driver was very friendly and polite, a real gentleman. We weren't very knowledgeable about Salt Lake City's nightlife and he was able to give us lots of suggestions. We had a blast a two pubs and one nightclub. This was exactly the type of experience I was looking for. Kudos to them.

Very well done! I don't normally write reviews, but decided to do so because my wife and I were so pleased with the whole experience we had with Salt City Limo. Our outing was a dinner out with 2 other couples. The driver was very courteous and the limo was stunning. It was affordable too, especially if you split the bill up like we did. Anyway, we will definitely do this again.
