They have attitude problems and give me a hard time when I tell them I don't know when I will be finished and I will willcall for my return ride cause a manager there I spoke to had told me they can hold my return ride and when I am ready to call them and they will send a driver out to me and it will only take an hour and now the owner's wife tells me an entirely old story

We always used uzbekistan airlines first time from USA we tried Turkish Airlines the African American lady was very lovely on the front desk she saw my parents old and she showed me a seat numbers and ask me if you guys want I can change it .... I never sow it before I am Turkish but was born in another country one more time I'm proud nobody can beat them Turkish airlines the best

They do have nice aircraft and service, however, they do lack of good agents explaining things in English if calling from US.
3 agents didn’t understand what Bassinet is and they advised me it’s free but without mentioning I have to assign seats that costs $300 and the worst is their customer service they are to arrogant to argue that there was not mistake advising me that way.
I am a Compliance Regulation Leader in the Airline industry and if one my agents did it this way per rules they get cited but not with Turkish they have their own rules not admitting mistakes.

I recently had a disappointing encounter with an airport check-in agent during my recent trip. The agent’s behavior was marked by rudeness and a complete lack of assistance when it came to our boarding schedules. It’s disheartening to have such a negative experience, especially when traveling can already be stressful.
From the moment we approached the check-in counter, the agent seemed disinterested and displayed a dismissive attitude. Instead of greeting us with a warm welcome, they barely acknowledged our presence and appeared visibly irritated. When we politely asked about our boarding schedules and the best way to proceed, the agent seemed bothered by our questions, responding with curt and unhelpful answers.
Despite our attempts to clarify our boarding times and request guidance, the agent did not demonstrate any willingness to provide us with the necessary information. They appeared impatient and uninterested in addressing our concerns, leaving us feeling frustrated and confused. As passengers, we rely on the expertise and support of check-in agents to navigate the complexities of air travel, but this particular agent fell far short of our expectations.
Furthermore, their rude demeanor only added to the already stressful environment of the airport. It is disappointing to encounter such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy, especially in a role that involves customer service. As passengers, we deserve to be treated with respect and provided with accurate information to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
In light of this encounter, I strongly urge the airport authorities to address this issue and provide adequate training and support for their check-in agents. From the time I checked in the staff was very helpful and courteous. Check in was a breeze for me and the only people I saw complaining were those who were trying bypass the luggage guidelines, etc. However, when the boarding process for economy seating began, I could not believe how unorganized it was. They don't use the group boarding process at all. Basically, they post 2 signs that direct you to form a line based or your assigned seat number. I took 3 flights with this airline and every time passengers we're constantly trying to skip the line so they could be first. The staff did nothing to organize the lines at all. Also, EVERY flight I flew with them was delayed! I never experienced so many delays with any other airline. But the food in my opinion was pretty tasty for airline food.
Once you are actually on board the level of service provided was just ok compared to most other airlines that I've flown. On my first flight a passenger died, and it was not handled very well. Although, I'm sure they did the best that they could. On my final flight the service was horrible. The male flight attendant that handled my section blocked me from getting to the bathroom for a very long time and at one point he just left his cart. He left me waiting so long behind the abandoned cart that I pushed it up the aisle myself to get to the bathroom. He was not happy that I did that, and my response was "o well I had to go!". On other airlines I've flown the flight attendants will move their carts to let you by but not him. I loved the time that I spent in Turkey (Turkiye) but their airline - not so much.

The number one airline that flies the most number of destinations and serve great meals multiple times during your flight and it is free. Plus movies and other activities on the monitor. Highly recommend!

They stole my money for returning tickets.
I can provide all the evidence in court. Even the customer service representative didn't try to hide facts that Turkish Airlines was cutting refunds. Because they know only a few people start claiming. I'm one of them.
I paid $3260 for 5 tickets but got a refund after returning them for only $1025. You can't just call them to fix it. You should submit feedback on a website, it will be considered about 10 days.
In my case they add $1120 more to refund. So they stole more than $1000 from me.
Their main office in Empires State building is closed for customers, so you have to go to JFK and pay at least $24 for different train types. You can't call them there. All their systems are set up to avoid interactions with customers to which they owe.

The drivers are friendly I have good and bad experiences I had my appointment canceled more than once because I was picked up late and my therapy session is on time If I'm 10mins late it's a no show The drivers need to know their distance and traffic delaying to be on time The dispatcher need to pace the drivers so their rides don't overlap Most of the cars are clean Some makes me sneeze or my throat itch because of dust or the car airfreshener There's somethings to improve in

Sat business from jfk to Istanbul, amazing experience. The airline is top notch with good service , comfy seats , and good food. The business class is more first class , lay down seats. They change the comforter for you mid flight and give you a nice blanket and pillow. We took the red-eye they give you an appetizer, dinner and breakfast. In between snacks the fresh juice was delicious. The alcohol was good , and the staff was perfect. Highly recommend the airline.

Airline service and ground staff are very interactive and helpful. Airplane is little congested with lesser rooms per seat.
Meals and drinks are good and ample. They have some local wines and beers too.
