Never use this service. You will wait one hour, pay 10 euro for the service with the less than 1 star quality! Don‘t follow people with radios. They are trying to catch you from parking.

Be very, very careful if you are booking an airport transfer with this company. I booked and paid for a transfer from Marco Polo Airport to Cavallino with GreenShuttle on July 9th, 2023. It cost €110. (It was for my son and his girlfriend.) The flight was due in at 9.30pm that night. However, it quickly became apparent that the flight would be delayed.
At 9.21pm I emailed GreenShuttle to say that it was now due in at 12.15am and asked if he could get a driver or should we cancel the booking and let them get a taxi. He apologised, saying he didn't have a driver and said they should hail a taxi. This is what they did, at a cost of €120. At no time did he say he was sending a driver to the airport so I assumed I would get my €110 back, as it was still pending in my account. However, two days later, GreenShuttle took the money from my account. When I contacted the company, he said we had not turned up and therefore had to bear the cost of sending a driver. However he did not send a driver and the emails between us make that clear. He was adamant that he would not refund the money.

Cheaters and liars. One star is too much. Do not use them services. They call themselves GO st. and use the logo at the kiosk.

Super unofficial. Letting us wait in a hot boat until it was crammed to the absolute max. Avoid it if you can!!!
We only took it because there was a strike and we had limited choice.

Concerned this company may not be legitimate. They were asking for my credit card information over WhatsApp and as soon as I sent it, they stopped responding completely. It may be safer to look for another company.

bit of a tourist scam!!! - it gets you there for double the price with no stops - waiting line can be long - hired guys heard tourists like cattle to their private boat - 10e pp no stops - water bus is 2e with stops

Not even worth 1 star, they look like an official service provider with their badge, but this is not the public transport vaporetto. The selling of the ticket is super fast, he sold us 3 tickets for 30 euro for 2 adults, 1 child and 1 toddler, and quickly states the toddler is for free. But he charged the adult fee for our child. Also had to wait quite long for the boat, in the burning sun, because we didn't want to lose our spot in the queue. Don't fall for the guys with the badges and walkie-talkies!

I asked a man giving directions for the vaporetto and he indicated the way - it turns out to his own unofficial company. They charge 10 euros per person one way for a direct transfer to st mark’s square. I queued for a long time only to find out at the front that this was not the official vaporetto line. We did buy the tickets anyway - but I would have preferred the vaporetto line that goes down the grand canal. I realised that they pay people to direct the tourists to them as if it’s the official service.

Despite a lot of negative reviews I really have to be one, who was satisfied. ACTV, public transport in Venice, vaporetto, has a strike during our visit, leaving a lot of tourists on their own. No working public transport at all! GO, with their ticketing office just at the corner of Tronchetto bay, get us to San Marco in very comfortable and convenient way. Distance from ticket office to dock was a single minute.. Maybe the fact that the boat was full very fast was the reason why we did not wait too much for departure. Pricing was ok as well - we bought one way tickets for 10€/person (direct connection), then walked from city center back to Tronchetto. In comparison, ACTV costs 9,50€/person, with a lot of stops on the way. But I can confirm everything else written in other reviews - they have a lot of guys around with radio in hands, hunting tourists. But it was a mess during ACTV strike... The fact that last return boat is leaving San Marco at 17:30 is clearly visible behind the sell desk, so I don't understand why someone is complaining - that was as well the reason why we bought only one way tickets and walked back. Just think before buying something.

They were nice, but tried to charge €60 for a taxi ride to the airport. The official service (Radio Taxi) costs €35, fixed price. Choose wisely.

Puntuale, viaggio molto comodo ( due bambini piccoli) costo contenuto, in relazione anche al servizio di alta qualità. Dall' aereoporto di Venezia a Padova, i figli e nipotini provenivano da Amburgo, in Germania.
Sono molto contento, consiglio molto per trasporto di bambini piccoli ( seggiolini a norma, mezzo silenziosissimo, pazienza e cortesia).Pagamento all'arrivo a destinazione.

I had to urgently arrange a taxi for my mom who was returning from a trip in the US. Her connecting flight in Paris was delayed for 10 hours and I needed to get her home safe since here original ground trasport failed (and oh, by the way, her phone was dead, and she does not know how to charge it so she was off line all the time). I franticly called up Taxi Venice Airport. Alberto answered, in 10 minutes we had her ride arranged. Silvio found my mom when she arrived late at night and delivered her safely home 200 km away. Great service and great value. I trust these guys with my mom. How often can you say that? Thank you again for great service. Grazie mille !!!

No sé qué pasó. Reservamos a través de booking y nos cancelaron. Intenté contactarlos pero al parecer el número de Google no es correcto ya que no entraba la llamada.

Hyatt Centric Murano ordered a water taxi @€120 for one way to Venice Train Station. Diego picked us up and was professional and very friendly. Their water taxis are top of the line.

Unsocial scam! Hopefully this "business" location is kept in Google Maps to warn others.

There were three men imposing official parking lot staff with radios in exposed positions guiding us from the Tronchetto outdoor parking lot to the housed parking entry to the shop.

On purpose, these men guide tourists with baggage an unnecessary way of 500m around the complete building to convince them to buy their tickets to unspecific city center. The official public transport is just a short way from the outdoor parking through the building.

Look for white/orange Actv roofings directly at the water front for official transport. You may want to take the line 2 into city center direction. The stops and labeled boat routes are on google maps too, "Tronchetto" may be the closest one.

The phone rang strange and said something in Italian. Then a lady came on who spoke well enough English to figure out where we were and said 5 minutes. I think he showed up sooner, the cab was spotless and beautiful, fit all 4 of us easily. The driver was very kind and the fare was fair. Very satisfied and would definitely use them again!
