Why is plantation an acceptable name for a pancake house? We didn't go here or spend our money here. Very weird name.

Save Your Money do not Buy in This Community ! Siding is coming off ,Facia Panels Buckled, Doors have space Front Door lock doesn’t lock . Paint is rolled out so far you see lines from edges of roller ! Not enough Money in the Reserve , $2600 assessment on top of Two dues Hikes ! They will not let me Put Up A American Flag On a 25 foot pole Lighted . They were going to Fine me for every day it was up ! This Place Is Bad !

Looks like the reviews of Berwick at Windsor Plantation were removed for whatever reason, so i will add my thoughts. The concrete plant behind Berwick is loud 6 days a week , and the cement can be seen in the air at any given time. It will blow over , and bake on your cars making it difficult to rinse off. Those living in the newer part in the back especially have to deal with that. Also you can hear neighbors banging around , and the front door slamming so hard it shakes my wall.
People sometimes walk behind your screened porch, and it's a little awkward . Seems like people don't always have consideration for others.
Updated - I wish I had known all of this before choosing to purchase this townhouse. There are numerous things that could have been done to make townhouse living better, like thicker walls for one. Oh and there is one way in , and out of the development. Traffic is horrible, especially during the summer.

Update. 11/2023 . One thing I would like to add is how thin the walls are in these townhomes !!! You hear all kinds of noises. The most disturbing to me is how I can hear the neighbors cleaning their shower ! Got that on video ! Why in the world weren't these built better ?!!! If a fire somehow started in the bathroom it would be disastrous. I can hear neighbors on both sides. Cabinet doors , and front door closing . Don't know what one neighbor is doing upstairs ti make my dishes rattle !! So many other issues but that's what really gets to me !! This shouldn't be happening !

Homeowners board is horrible, waccama management is horrible, builders are horrible. Good luck building here. Lived here two years. Very disappointed!

The HOA board is a joke. The builder is worthless. We spent 250k on house and have had nothing but problems. Community is nice. Pool is the best. The builders, especially Tim, is a joke. New ownership now, but their screwing us too!!

I love living here but my home has had a lot of issues. The builder Tim is nice at first, but a jerk down the road. My home has probably had to have 15k worth of repairs done cause they did a crappy job building it. Calatlantic home office is a nightmare to work with. Best community in myrtle beach but these builders are horrible

There homes are beautiful although there is a lot of construction going on
