Wonderful place! When you visit I recommend saying “400K” and “smoking no chill” , it’s just silly little lingo that goes thru out the building 🤗

I just moved here and signed my lease in December 1st I still was in the system like iam staying in 2 apartments I call to report several time they putting that I owe 10,00 in rent and I know I pay my rent on time and last month it said I owe I was living in Manhattan nyc I never had any fraud happened to me when I come to Staten Island they go in the computer in mess with my rent it’s cold in the apartment very noisy and every time I go in the office and ask ? They ignore everything iam saying I will not pay my rent until they fix the problem I spoke to 311 they called and there was a man that was very rude and hung up in my face I didn’t get anything resvoled and I don’t appreciate what there doing in my name

Considering the fact that this location is considered a project building it's extremely well maintained the employees who are in charge of keeping the building clean do an excellent job and they do it all with a smile on their face they're so warm and welcoming very friendly
