This is an amazing building. Moved in a year ago, met many neighbour's. We have lots of social gatherings- jazz, pizza parties wine & cheese at Ranchmen's. Management is exceptional. Everything is done for us so we can enjoy LIFE!!@

I rented in The Estate for a year and have nothing but good memories of this building. The concierge are first class, the building is well managed and clean, and the suites are large with incredible views. The pool and gym are excellent, and despite no balconies I enjoyed barbequing on the 5th floor patio with my neighbors. I could walk to work downtown and to all the restaurants along 17th. No complaints.

BEST OF THE BEST! Here at Providence we have professional 24-hour staff, 24 hour on call maintenance, I also have a liaison Rena McDermott she runs a tight ship but is practically perfect in every way! excellent neighbours! We also have a professional cleaner that comes in a few times a week and keeps it nice and clean in here he is very nice we have monthly house meetings to address any issues or questions that we may have we also have community dinners 2 or 3 time a week EXCELLENT SUPPORT, Movie nights, smoothie weekends, I feel safe and enjoy my staff my next door neighbor is the Gardner for the whole block he also runs a tight ship but beautiful flowers every summer excellent neighborhood! Close to all the amenities close to downtown right by the river!

This place oozes of tradition. The lobby is finished in dark walnut tones. While the units are mostly lacking balconies, the amenities and very friendly concierge make up for it. Pool party anyone?
