My son went to return a product, with the receipt, and the clerk said that he needed the credit card that was charged. My son didn’t have that card which is fine. But then the clerk said to just leave the product and receipt at the store, and they would hold on to it until he came back with the card. Which is a bit shady. The next day my wife went to return it, with some resistance and then when she brought up the “attempt” to keep the receipt with the store, the clerk just said, “oh I wasn’t working yesterday so I’m not sure what to do.” Hoping a supervisor hears this to correct that, not how customers should be treated.

I only score a great service a 4 star because nobody is perfect but the Guys at this location are awsome. Everytime I go there they steer me in the right direction every time. I could buy online much easier but I find it is a good stopping point on a ride. An excuse to ride if you will. The return policy is a big reason I keep coming back. Sometimes a 10 minute purchase isn’t enough time to judge on fitting items such as helmets or gloves ect. Keep on giving great service and I will keep on coming back. Stay safe

The store always has a good selection and the customer service is the best in the business. They often have some pretty good sales, and a wide variety of gear for different riding styles. If they don't have an item, ordering to the store or home is easy as are returns of something doesn't fit.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Employees go the extra mile to help you with all sales items. Have been a member for a year and every time I go the Mobile store I have excellent service.

I purchased my first Harley at Mobile Bay Harley after years of riding other bikes. Tanner and Steve made the purchase a breeze. They had the bike but not the color I wanted (I was determinded what color I wanted) They made it happenen. Looking forward to a day off to now be able to take a ride.

While my wife and I were in Mobile, we decided to stop in. Tanner greeted us immediately. He even used the same conversation starter I used when I was a Fit Specialist for Harley-Davidson! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer all of our questions.

The crew at cycle gear Mobile is outstanding. They greet me as soon as went through the doors and promptly asked if I needed help. I told them I had call and ordered some tires for my bike they even remembered the conversation over the phone. Well long story short, you need motorcycle parts come visit the store, best crew and prices around the area. Thank you guys for the great service, I will be back to purchase my motorcycle needs from you.

Matthew was the sales person I interacted with and he was super helpful! I was also very happy they had boots small enough for my feet!! Highly recommend this location in Mobile, AL. Super friendly, well stocked and very helpful!

First and foremost I want to say that Harley Dealerships are all different and the most important thing to remember is what they do and how they act after you buy a bike. After buying a couple of bikes I will say this dealership is one of the best for service and support. Cost wise I found some other dealerships that had better prices but not as good of sales staff. Buying is a overall process Sales, Service, Support. Sales they get a 5* hands down Duncan Cunningham has forgotten more about bikes than most sales guys have even learned yet. He is their Diamond and if you go here ask for him. Tell him "1/2 Time" sent ya. Service is Arthur he knows his stuff. The owner awesome guy and gets involved if needed. Love this team. And don't forget the HOG Group here they are also a great group great rides. Keep the rubber side down... Ron aka 1/2 Time.

Very happy and impressed with this place. I didn’t know a shop actually existed close by within drive and this place was worth driving too. Found a modular helmet I’m super pleased with and then with everything else in store. The service was great. I’ll definitely be using this place for my motorcycle needs. Even signed a membership with them

These employees are the absolute best!! I purchased a new RG 131 yesterday while traveling from another dealership and immediately had issues after leaving. The problem was, they closed while I was finalizing the deal, so I couldn't go back after leaving. I came here first thing this morning and their svc dept immediately started helping me out. The dealership I purchased from didn't want to cooperate after it was realized they fell short. However, after speaking with the owner of this store, he handled it without a second thought. They kept me hydrated and fed while I spent the day here. Their entire staff is impeccable! I highly recommend this dealership for all your HD needs!!

They are always very helpful. They greet you the minute you walk in. They try very hard to make you happy and make you feel like family. Jacob, Brittany, Ricky, Hailey, and Chelsea in the sales department and Tyler in accounting and Kevin, Betsy, Ron,Mitchell, and Riley in the service department are like family. They always make us feel welcome. I love them all.

NIGHTMARE. From the bottom of my heart, go somewhere else. I’ve been around bikes my whole life and am very passionate about them. These folks are not. They don’t care what bike they put you on. As long as you have money. I purchased a used bike that was supposedly well maintained. It’s been in the shop getting repaired more times then I’ve even been able to sit on it. Harleys are amazing. Please get one and love it. Just don’t go here. I’m so disappointed. I even reached out to their store manager, Rob. He rudely asked if I was a mechanic then proceeded to tell me I was arguing when I just wanted my bike fixed after I had just paid $500 bucks the week prior. They want your money. No regards to personal safety. After they “repaired” it, the bike misfired on the interstate and almost threw me off. Again, from someone who shares a true love with motorcycles, please do not go here.

We have nothing but good things to say about this place and their staff. My husband found a soft tail deluxe on their website. We looked at a few others and decided on the deluxe. It was a used bike that they had literally just got in so it did need some servicing before taking it home. They treated us like family while we waited. We left with not just a new bike but some new friends as well. We will definitely be coming back and sending all of our riding buddies their way. We have been to many dealerships traveling as far as New Orleans to Cleveland, Ohio. Mobile Bay is by far the best experience we’ve ever had.

I am in the middle of a cross country trip, and anticipated needing tires at some point. I called ahead to this Cycle Gear to see if it was a realistic possibility that A) my tires show up before I do, and B) to see if they’d be able to mount/balance them for me in a somewhat timely manner.
The tires arrived a couple days before I did, and when I finally showed up, I was greeted by Jack and his female colleague (I’m so sorry I forgot your name!). Without hesitation, Jack agreed to help me out and mount/balance my tires one at a time (I had to remove the wheels in the parking lot). In between him finishing the back tire, and me removing the front, he came outside to check on me, offering to bring my gear inside so it didn’t get too hot to put back on, and even offered me some water. After the tires were all done, we chatted it up for a few, and I went on my merry way.
Service like that is incredibly hard to come by these days. Everybody is always in a rush, and it’s very seldom that people actually make you feel welcome and appreciated. Jack did just that, and shook my hand as I left the store. I would absolutely go back to this store time and time again if I lived in the vicinity. Thank you Jack!!
