What days is it open ?

The person at the information desk just informed me that the food bank does not serve anyone that is in the shelter for their own reasons when food banks are there to help people in need and the only meals that the shelter serves is lunch and dinner and yet I was also looking into the services like clothing or other services that they could provide but instead they turned me down just because I am in the shelter that only has 2 meals a day and most of the meals are greasy food or all starchy food and only get lunch and dinner but if I need breakfast food the shelter doesn’t provide breakfast and food banks are there to help people in need and should not turn down a person just because they are homeless and in a shelter

I'm a 33 year old Brown East Indian/Filipino mixed race male with Autism Spectrum Disorders a mental disability and this is the very first time I have used a food bank in my life today. The staff there at the Seva Food Bank Mississauga Malton location are excellent and they helped me with the registration process, showing my Ontario Provincial ID Photo Card and getting the food after. They guide you to how all of this works to the selection of food that you are getting. This food bank is very good for people who have genuine disabilities, seniors with pensions, struggling people trying to stay employed due to the cost of living etc. I wish I knew about food banks 15 years ago. It would have saved my life. Another important thing to mention is that always check for the canned goods and other products best before date and make sure it's not expired. Your only allowed to use the food bank once a month due to their policy which I completely understand why to prevent people abusing these services.

Seva food bank is really very best food bank
But they are helping the people in mississauga only . Not in other city sad 😞.
But I am very happy to get their service on 1st day. They give me 1 hamper.

I recently sent a newcomer to the food bank, and he mentioned that the woman there shut the door on him without providing any explanation. It would be considerate for the staff at the food bank to at least communicate the reason behind their decision. It's important to remember that people visit food banks because they have a genuine need, not because they want to.

I Support the people who work there . For those who need to use these resources, appreciate the work that’s done. The volunteers there are doing the best they can in this difficult economy. I donate and will continue to do so because of the people in need and the folks that keep the doors open. God bless all and we will get through this difficult economy

Non corporative staff and poor quality or expired food….i got yogurt with fungus . Bad quality vegetables. There is no date’s available for food pick up online ever. Not a good experience with them. They don’t deserve that one star ether.👎

Don't even want to give a star but I have to make a comment I've bin going here for years and bec I moved they said I can't get help I explain that I'm handicap and my gf was helping me and she gose to that location it was on my file from the past visits they offered me a box I explain im a dibtic person I can eat everything they pick he said what u can eat donate back so I turn down the box and when home with nothing for me and my child there was someone that came in had just landed of the plane asking for help and didn't have a address how do they get full service and I get turned down is it because I'm not Indian and I'm white they where pass my ID around like I was a theaf I really felt horrible after going there .they told me to go to the other location I got a email say thanks for coming so how can I go to the other location when they showed I was at the other location 🤔. Hopefully i can get help from the other location there no date available ever

Listen carefully I've been to all kinds of churches and denominations, even other salvation army locations for sunday service, I've listened extremely carefully to every word the pastors dictate and taken detailed notes from the sermons where the other have fallen short!! For the past twenty years I have attended Corner stone on and off depending on where the Holy Ghost leads me to glean from Gods Word spoken in spirit and truth!! Right now there is a very special young pastor named Daniel whom in my most humble opinion is totally operating and functioning under Supernatural inspiration to reach men and women's hearts alike far beyond his appointment and position. Listen to me the food of the flesh is one thing!! Very nice thanks to King Jesus with every breath!! But the man of god that takes his time out of his life endeavours to so deeply search the Holy Spirit and move his thoughts and meditations, and then to share his enlightenment with the rest of us in the sunday sermon!! What a monumental blessing to receive what seems like fron the hand of King Jesus Christ himself speaking through Pastor Daniels mouth, Gods word comes to life before my entire being, and then he's goes even deeper and brakes the words down so that we can APPLY every principle from the Holy Ghost into our daily lives. Look do yourself a favor and bring your family out if just one Sunday morning to see for yourself. Pastor Daniel far exceeds his call this is true love!! I see Jesus reasoning with me through this very specific man, to the point that I have no choice but to do my best to support this one particular ministry over all others for the time being because my socks are being blessed off into the ocean of Jesus Christ. I'll also lastly add that the haters and thouse slinging negative comments have absolutely no clue to true love!! You just ask them what their personal relationship with God Jesus looks like?? Save me your excuses TURN OR BURN!! WW3 is just around the corner what you ghonna do when the Antichrist comes looking for you and your kiddies to engrave the MARK OF THE BEAST on their sweet innocent FACES!! Seriously you think you can hide from future technology and artificial intelligence!! Get ready you have no idea what comming Walking Dead!! I went to the Office, after having previously called by phone that I needed assistance with Clothing. After my encounter/interview with Mrs. Smith, I felt ashamed of being a Christian. Mrs. Smith's approach was devoid of any sense of empathy. But I thank God for Jesus, for I look to Him alone!
