Lots of bad vibes in this place it's a revolving door of people moving out and in. They can't stop the smokers from smoking in this non smoking building I've lived here for over 3 years and the issues are coming up ! Let's start talking about the locks for the apartments when I first moved in the maintenance was putting on an extra barrier by the locks cause he said people apartments got broken into one morning I woke up with the thing I put behind my door moved away like someone opened my door in the middle of the night. There is no safety when a stranger has access to your apartment key it's just a matter of time before something happens etc. In addition the building gives one day notice for any adjustments needed for your apartment abviously everyone is not going to be home so their coming in without permission. !!!

My girlfriend and I worked with David Kusayev to help find our first apartment together in Astoria. David was awesome through and through, helping with every step of the process and always staying responsive. He helped turn what could have been a long and stressful NYC apartment hunt into a surprisingly fast and seamless one.

This place is awesome! Moved in a month ago. Coming from Manhattan, I was concerned I would miss it, but damn I love LIC! Gibraan and Jack were great during the leasing process. The front desk - Luis, Edi, Sharmean - all so nice and helpful. And I’ve gotten great responses from Nellia in mgmt. If you’re even thinking about this place, go for it - you’ll love the building and the area!

David Kusayev was an amazing broker. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others. When we were looking at places, everything I should’ve asked, he asked. He made everything easy and would give me his opinion based off his knowledge and experience. He also used outside resources for more specific information where there were questions. Beware: Building management is absolutely awful. They will claim it improved with new management, but it is the same. Their email responsiveness is abysmal. They do not follow NYC laws with lease renewals and do not care at all about the tenants, only about making a dollar. Do not expect your security deposit back unless you show up to their office and pick it up yourself. They will claim it was put in the mail and the mail will never come.

Great experience working with David Kusayev! The minute I inquired on streeteasy, David immediately texted me to help with scheduling a tour of the apartment. My bf and I have been searching for months for a 1 bed apartment, and every broker we’ve worked with were terrible and unresponsive (from other brokerages). David definitely sets the bar on how broker should be. He was so responsive, timely, and helpful with every question we had. It's such a beautiful location!

This is a great building. I’ve been living here for 18 months now, and since Covid struck, of course I’ve been spending even more time at home. I love my apartment! It seems to be a very well run building. The doormen are friendly, and the management is attentive and professional. Any time I need something, they respond quickly and efficiently. It’s a great place to call home.

Don’t rent here. The management company is awful, and not a true management company. They have some random person answering emails and she has no clue what she’s doing and changes her responses many times. Also takes days on days to answer. They say one thing then switch it up the next day. In terms of the unit, the air conditioning units are broken half of the time and some vents aren’t even installed properly, in addition everything is cheaply made. Plenty of other nicer buildings. (The front guys are nice, but that’s about it in terms of nice here)

Genuinely surprised this doesn’t have a 5 star review. I’ve been living here for several months and have never had any issues. It’s a beautiful, brand new building with great views of NYC (especially from the roof!). It’s very quiet and spacious, and the doormen are very friendly and helpful. Definitely the best apartment I’ve ever rented!

Have loved living here -- floor-to-ceiling windows, washer-dryer in unit, great doorman and staff, modern amenities in unit. Shared facilities across the street at 4605 center boulevard (the rockwell). Highly recommended.

The highest ceilings in LIC. My friend's condo is HUGE!
