I want to say thank you to Alex. He is warm-hearted and genuine, bringing so much brightness to this old building. (Another dude in the maintenance team who is also awesome, I just forgot his name) The manager, Sam, cares about every resident here. He values our feedback and always tries his best to be supportive. I give five stars to the service and location. However, due to the slightly outdated facilities in the room and not warm enough in the winter, I will give four stars overall.

I found the advertising of this building to be very deceptive. When you go for a tour they will show you a beautiful model unit on the 10th floor. This unit has a stunning view and tons of closet space. It would be a great place to live.

The actual units that are available for rent in the building are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Where the model unit has closets, these units have awkward, unusable empty corners. Where the model unit has natural light, these units are dark dingy and stare directly in to someone else's living room.

On my first tour they were only able to show me the model unit, thank god I went back to view the actual units before signing a lease here.

Update:
The manager claims that the model unit was the only unit available for me to tour. It was my understanding that management did not provide the correct keys to their leasing agent (who was great btw) to allow us to tour anything other than the model unit even when there were available empty units.

So far I have loved living here. The neighborhood is wonderful and everything is easily walkable. The amenities are 5 stars. The rooftop is gorgeous with a beautiful view of the space needle which will be great for new years! The community garden is superb and all the residents are very friendly and willing to help! The staff has been very helpful and thoughtful throughout my move in process and pest issues I have had since moving in. I love Susan! I found I had a bit of a pest issue at move in and Susan has been great at keeping me well informed throughout the whole process and has been in my unit every Tuesday to treat for the pest issue until it has been eradicated. Every time I have put in a maintenance request, the issue has been resolved within hours. The staff here really is helpful and communicative to residents and I hope to be here for quite a while! Only giving 4 stars because I had to deal with the pests at move in and this should have been inspected pre move in. But other than that I have had no further issues!

I've had a fantastic experience at Skye Belltown Apartments in Seattle. The manager, Sam, is amazing—always attentive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents are happy. The amenities are very well kept, making it easy to enjoy everything the community has to offer. The apartments themselves are incredibly spacious and offer breathtaking views of downtown Seattle and the Space Needle. Additionally, the customer service here is superb. I highly recommend Skye Belltown Apartments to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live in Seattle!

Great building with an awesome management team. I have been a commercial tenant with them for a little over three months now and so far it has been a great experience! Sam, the property manager has been super helpful and made it so easy and joyful to run my business. Also, they have super friendly stuff at the front desk office and absolutely great maintenance crew! Special thanks to Alex, the maintenance manager, for all his help during the opening time!

I love this place, the temperature in the building is always perfect, whoever installed the HVAC system must have been excellent craftsman/woman.
Location is nice as well.

Great floorplans that aren't outrageous in price. Excellent location with easy access to transit and other areas.

I really love Skye at Belltown. Not only is it one of the only buildings of its kind in Downtown/ Belltown area but my view is unmatched. See attached photos! Fun fact: it predates the Space Needle!

The staff could not be sweeter and so responsive. Anytime there has been an issue or routine maintenance, they are immediately responsive and follow up after the work is done. Some of the staff lives in the building too so they truly take pride in their work and it’s more than just a 9-5 for them.

I want to give a special shout-out to Susan, Alex, and Sam. They are always so friendly to me and my dog Bear. It’s just a great feeling to feel apart of this community.

Safety is super important to me. There is always someone at the front door and most of the building is on a first name basis with eachother. There is also a gorgeous 1-acre garden/ green space for residents only that is perfect to walk your dog at any time of day or night.

This is a really pet friendly building and there are quite a few long time residents which is just a testament to how great this building and community is.

I don’t plan on moving anytime soon. Thanks Skye for making this apartment building really feel like a community.

I’ve been here one year now and I love living here. If you have a doggie, they will absolutely love it here too. The maintenance team and office staff is very helpful and very responsive. Great place to live with wonderful views.

It was a great stay at Skye for the past 1 year, the apartments are very well maintained, the management is awesome and really helpful, they would go out of the way to help you especially during moving, maintenance services are usually prompt, there are good views and the location is safe and very accessible. In terms of apartments, there’s no AC and microwave but there’s always fans and cheaper microwaves available in the market.
Will recommend to people looking for places in downtown

This building is like no other. The view is incredible, the residents are welcoming, and the location can’t be beat. I am born/raised in Seattle. I lived here for two years and it was the best living environment I have experienced. Unfortunately, I had to relocate due to my job. If I ever move back to Seattle, I will look no place else other than Gridiron. Some of the residents became like family and I don’t think there is another building out there that has this type of community.
I know some may have questions about traffic and game days. Since gridiron is located right next to the freeway and highway, I never thought of traffic being an issue. I would commute from Gridiron to Redmond every day and i was rarely stalled in the typical Seattle traffic. As for game days, the location is prime. My condo is on the side facing the stadium and the sound is not bad at all. The developer did a great job on preventing sound infiltration to the building. After the games, people clear out immediately so there were never times that noise kept me up. Even if there were to be people lingering, it was background noise and I was not impacted. Overall, the building is quiet.
I left Seattle 1 year ago and the thing that makes me homesick the most is how much I miss this building and the people in it.

Gridiron, among many virtues, is so connected to the local and regional transportation system, I got rid of my vehicle. Who needs a car when living in downtown Seattle and its hip historic and entertainment/sports district?

As a recent former concierge of this property until December..i gave a great review of this property upon first starting there 8 months ago as Lady M. I wanted to elaborate on this review. (Pics and vids later)The property is amazing. The residents there are friendly and cordial. The 12th floor lounge is awesome and serene with wonderful views of the sound and stadium. It will be the exclusive property with walk over access to the new water front park in the works. The broker staff here is amazing. Parker Johnson was my favorite as he was always hard working.. kind..soft spoken and just a great person overall. Made my work time there much more easier. I truly can say this is a great place to stay. Very well kept and the owners care about its upkeep. Very secure property with full security on events and weekends. Wish i couldve still been there to see all the great upcoming changes unfortunately after the sales quota was met..changes were made in decision making and the only reason i was given is i wasnt a good fit by the newly hired community manager ..though i have over 10yrs in the industry..nevertheless it was a great experience to work there before the changes in managing staff. Would definitely recommend you go take a tour Wednesdays through Sundays 11am to 6pm ..walkins welcome or schedule online. Definitely recommend Parker Johnson as your sales broker..he is emphatic and the best!!

This is such a lovely property and you would not believe how quiet the units are even to outside noise. Staff is all really nice..great things in the works for this one! View is from the 12th floor lounge.
