Of all the hotels weve been this is one of the best. From the architecture and interior, its truly a luxury five star hotel. The ambiance and the good smell upon entering the hotel is fascinating. The room is the true meaning of serenity. Everything was perfect !!! Kudos!!!

Like most of the clientele who visit AMAN, I have been fortunate to experience many world-class luxury properties over the years. But, that being said, what they did at AMAN NYC is truly special.
The service is world class.
The blend of European and Japanese luxury is done in such an incredibly tasteful way that the only way to truly appreciate the refined uniqueness is to visit. Words don't do the experience justice.

They have created a truly peaceful escape in the heart of the chaos.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. I recently spent three nights at this location and even with a few minor mishaps, I still give this hotel five stars. I arrived to the hotel around 4:45PM and my room wasn’t ready which usually isn’t an issue as I am a patient person but I was sick. I really just wanted to get in bed. When I get to the room, the smoke detector is beeping and it takes them, another 20 minutes to fix it. The hotel staff was lovely going out of their way once I told them I was sick to make a special soup for me and special tea. Gym, pool, restaurants, Jazz Club we’re all fantastic. I will return.

Randy provided great customer service to us as well as the security guy and everyone was so nice and accommodating. The room is beautiful, there is a lot complimentary good quality water in the gym so it is best to get water from there before going to lunch at their restaurants as they charge $14/ bottle for same water as what is complimentary at the gym. Gym is excellent has things in there I haven’t seen in some of the other fine hotels in nyc.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I travel to all of the best hotels in the world and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was charged 30 dollars per bottled waters each day was a 4 k fee along w the surprise 9 k additional charge they charged me for one massage on top of a kids meal room service. It was just awful and so over rated. after asking what happened w the 10 k extra my butler took 4 days after I checked into the hotel to tell me the charge for a kids meal and one massage was normal pricing which was absolutely absurd. I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone that knows about good hospitality and has good taste in hotels. Compared to all Amans this was the worst and I’d never ever go back.

There is an old grumpy bald man in the building, and walks around the building with her tiny dog, but he screams and insults delivery bikes, I had witness how arrogant he is, insulting and talking down to those guys.

This is a true five-star luxury property.

After seeing a reviewer comparing this property to a Marriott, I decided I had to check it out for myself. Rest assured this property is, indeed, on par with Mandarin Oriental, Peninsula, Four Seasons or other luxury brands in the city.

There are certain trade-offs that all hotels in Manhattan have with regard to size. The same is true here. However, the build out, facilities, and staff are excellent.

There is always going to be someone to complain about any hotel but there’s little to complain about here.

Designed by Jean Nouvel, an Pritzker winner. This building is quite special. You have two entrances 53rd and 54th. MoMa being right down stairs on 53rd, residents should use 54th entrance for privacy. Very simple interior with tilted beams which people can decorate as an art piece. Amenities are very fancy and staffs are incredibly kind and professional. But the beams though… puzzling my mind.

Terrible security and awful decor from the lobby interior and just by looks alone, that said a lot to me. I'm 17 and was leaving the MoMa recently and waiting for an Uber in 34 degree weather I asked if I could stay inside for a bit for my Uber. They wouldn't even let me in to sit in the lobby to warm up because I wasnt a resident of the "private building". A shame that no one in that complex seems to have a heart or sympathy at all. 3 stars at least if they helped me without watching me suffer outside in the cold. 👎🚫

Beautiful condominium with luxury finishes

Kips Bay. 6번전철 28 station 역과 도보 5분 거리에 있는 이 43 유닛에 부티크 싸이즈 신축 빌딩은 2년 만에 5개의 residence 를 제외 하곤 다 팔렸습니다. 이 Kips Bay 쪽이 사실 꽤 관심을 못받다가, NoMad 와 Flatiron 쪽에 붐이 불면서 여기도 빌딩들이 서서히 올라고 있습니다. 보통 빌딩이 다 팔리고 나면 유닛들을 다시 보기가 힘들기 때문에, 서둘려서 다녀왔습니다. 집은 많이 봐야 하죠. 처음부터 기대하게 만들었던것이 우선 entrances revolving door 딱 미는데 부드러움이 너무 좋았습니다. 전체적으로 아파트 자체가 큼직하거나 아니면 천장이 높거나 하지는 않으나 거실에 있는 줄리엣 발코니, 부엌 옆에 붙여 논 utility /laundry room, vented hood, food disposal, 화장실에는 heated floor, 등등 전체적으로 디테일에 신경을 썼다는게 느껴졌습니다. 한가지 아쉬웠던 점을 꼽자면, 부가시설이 미흡했습니다. rooftop 과 작은 gym, 라운지 밖에 없었구요. 이 빌딩은 working professional, couple 들을 target 해서 지어진 빌딩입니다. 하지만 전반적으로 전체적인 느낌 그리고 퀄러티 괜찮았구요. 한번 고려해 보실만 빌딩이었습니다. 감사합니다.

Nicest new development in the area. Amazing location - two blocks away from express and local train lines but far enough from hustle bustle of 125th street.

They sold those apts. to too many GenZ-ers. It's party central. Ghetto blasters on the balconies all night. Stay away if you you're looking for a place where you can actually sleep at night!

Architectural wonder!!!

The condo board here just sued the city to prevent the installation of vital safety improvements on Central Park West (including a protected bike lane and pedestrian islands) because the plan would remove parking. These people filed a frivolous lawsuit because they think parking is worth more than the lives of others.

Very Interesting and effective design. I checked for some of the Apartments this Building and its cheaper than 432 Park Ave, its about half or under the price for 3bed 3.5 bath Apt than 432 park ave. Ironic because its 2+ blocks from Billionaires Row. Hey can't argue with that.

I really love this place it has everything

The mahogany stained oak flooring, Miele appliances with modern streamline wood and marble finishes grabbed my attention as I toured a few of the units. But my favorite was with the angular floor to ceiling windows and open city views, makes this condominium unique. Depending on the unit you're in you can expect norther views of the Empire State Building and Western views of the west side of Manhattan and New Jersey. In other units you can expect Southern views of the Freedom Tower and Western views. 35XV Condominium Complex with share some space with the 150 year old icon, Xavier School, which is right next door. All in all it was a pleasant surprise which i can't wait to see everything completed in it's entirety. As of this writing, the amenities space is not fully completed along with the lobby.

The peregrine falcons make living here magical -- clearly wealth wants to have its habitat sterile and devoid of all living things to make room for more money. We, native New Yorkers, are bird watchers and expect to have our environment and the creatures that inhabit it, protected, not destroyed by real estate interests that the City has bent over backwards to cater to -- we have a severe homeless problem and now they want to make our peregrines homeless too.

Peaceful and relaxing! The scenery is nice and the atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from NYC. Jogging or bike riding is a blast!

I love running, so it was almost perfect to me! If you like hard stuff, it may not be the best place to run! but still, the view is amazing and worths it!

My fiance and I have been living here for the past couple of years. This is our first apartment together and we sure hit the jackpot--we couldn't have made a better choice! I love the location, the Upper West Side is such a lovely neighborhood. We're only steps away from Central Park which I think is great. 15 CPW is comprised of all the luxury, elegance, and high-end quality of NYC living. Our 2BR apartment is so spacious with windows everywhere for awesome views. I enjoy being in the library mostly and my fiance loves the gym. I definitely recommend 15 CPW to anyone seeking a new home in Manhattan!
