Nice view to central park or to the south
It’s so ridiculous, and obnoxious rules… they won’t oblige my pet choices. I paid 3 million for a corner unit and they wouldn’t allow my pink flamingo 🦩 service animal. She matched the curtains perfectly. Now I have to hire a new decorator and figure out what animal will work. Hoping zebra 🦓.
Nice tower. Don’t understand why they don’t do a viewing deck on top top. Makes much money. Makes people happy !

Quite the project by David Chipperfield. Project was done in 2017 but he just won the Pritzker award 2023. Very unique features that I rarely available in nyc homes. Check out the walk thru and details on my instagram! Highly recommended.
Beautiful building and condos!

I haven't been here, but I've dreamt of it since I was 15 and I am now 22 years old. For some reason I thought I'd be living there by now doing some type of interior or graphic design work or something like that. I'm disappointed in myself but hope to one day visit this beautiful masterpiece. This is my dream and it's what gets me up in the mornings

Looks like a luxury building, but doesn’t really meet the expectations in terms of comfort and service. The super treats young female tenants really badly and one of the doormen is a disaster to work with.

Pretty poorly constructed building and the layout’s inefficient. The building staffs are mostly nice and the building is pretty well maintained BUT they don’t have a good policy when it comes to noise or any other issues with the neighbors. The person that lives upstairs is making a lot of noise (sounds like something heavy being dropped on the floor constantly and the noise all comes down as if it’s from my unit) every night STARTING around 9pm and it goes until 4-5am in the morning. Complained a few times but honestly not sure if anything was done. You don’t get much street noise which is surprising but you will for sure hear your upstairs neighbors especially if they don’t care to have any area rugs
Very nice building and staff

My previous comment got deleted so let me repeat: stay away at all cost. The building is very poorly managed and honestly the worst I’ve seen after living in midtown for 10 years. It bugs me the most that whenever there’s maintenance request, the super always act like it’s the tenant’s fault and scolded me and my friend a couple of times. One of the doormen is straight up rude and his attitude crosses the line. (The rest of them are generally friendly). Can’t believe I have to stay till my lease ends. They also charge higher than average move in and move out fee while have absolutely zero service during.

The most exclusive exotic penthouse I live at in NYC , since2012 great people especially the park Hyatt employees great 🐕‍🦺 services
Lived here for 4 years before moving out of state. The staff are the most professional and friendly people led by a top-notch building manager (Mr. Knox). The amenities (lap pool, huge jacuzzi, sauna, squash court) in the gym below are unlike anything else you can find in NYC. Highly recommend if you’re looking to be near midtown but also enjoy a quieter neighborhood feel.
I am utilizing the United States Post Office. It is wonderful.Open until 7:00pm.The fruit and vegetable stand is excellent.Magnolia bakery with cakes and other confections is nearby.

The guy downstairs is a very bad person. I usually deliver there and he always treats me badly. I don't know what happens to him, but he's not a good person.

If you can afford to live here you really can't beat the view.
This was a commercial space in the 1990's with spectacular views all around from the higher floors. I know, because I was employed by a company that cleaned the building.
Been in this building once and the staff was really kind and felt welcomed. The inside is amazing, I wish I could back and take pictures

Time flew different
great location
I love this part of Broadway I miss tower records and barns and noble tho and thanks century 21 for nothing

This awful building casts shadows over Central Park. It’s a boring, ugly, glass tower with zero character. Whoever designed / built this building should be ashamed of themselves. I guess they’re catering to the zero class, new money crowd…
Great location
I usually pop by that area from time to time to see movies at Lincoln Center Cinemas. They show independent films in addition to regular movies which I enjoy immensely. Depending on the circumstances. I may decide to go see a few movies at the exact same place on that particular day. In either case. I love the choices of movies presented and shown there.

Simply outstanding 360 view of nyc and beyond!!
The building is run by nationalists and if they don’t like your nationality, they won’t let you rent from them. Avoid.
Building does not have air conditioning in common spaces. Hallways, lobby, elevators are 90+ degrees in summer months. Tenant air conditioning bills are very high, as each apartment is struggling to cool itself inside an oven.
The best place to live in NYC. Outstanding views on the rooftop. Safe, clean with the finest service!
Good Night haven't gone there in almost 1 year due to covid

A lot of mickey mouse here and there. I attached a dead 🐁🐭🐀 on the pic and I found it on the second floor , the ceiling bridge that connected you to the children's playground. Because one floor down the basement is the amtrak route line, rat crawling upward to the lobby is nothing strange to be honest. We, New Yorker are so used to juicy NYC iconic subway rat. You shouldn't be panic and have fun with it. By the way , you can see the ceiling bridge when you step inside in the lobby and look up the ceiling.
Very empty, people are scare to go to the movies. Not me
Great Staff
It is very common not to have hot water and many electrical problems (electric outlets never work). Management is completely unresponsive. Things here take forever to get resolved. Very sad because apartments are nice, but the constant issues (including not having hot water for two weeks in the middle of winter) make the experience of living at charlie west very unpleasant.
so, there hasn't been hot water for almost 2 weeks "Please understand due to travel restrictions, it’s difficult for a technician to arrive promptly. We appreciate your patience as we work to quickly resolve the situation and restore the hot water." guess the technician is coming from some 'forbidden covid filled country' as that message was given to us nearly 2 weeks ago by the management. So glad i spent millions of dollars on my lux condo. Not even a mention of cancelling common charges or an offer for a fricking hotel to take a shower in as a MULTIMILLION dollar property owner. I know its not chic to worry about millionaires these days, as NYTIMES has so eloquently put in the middle finger tower coverage, but nonetheless, even small millionaires need to realize there are risks to any of our perceived rewards. I will gladly consider a revision to this post if you gladly reconsider a revision to my common charges, and not just mine, as I know there are renters here too given the pandemic
The lobby looks fancy. But the building is surrounded by lots of other building so the view is not good. Basic amenities in typical luxury building. The room is small. However, the price is high.
windows are not sealed tight such that you get a lot of noise and wind. Also, the door isn't closed flush so you hear the drift and noise.
Private condominium residences. In the middle of West 72 nd St NYC, but quiet.

Great open air public space...water features (fountain and water falls) leading to riverside park and the Hudson 😁😷👍
Unfortunately doormen don't always check the guests in the building.
Excelente lugar para visitar!!!!!!!!

Recently lived in this building for 2 years. Some notes:

1 - It is loud. You cannot work from home in this building. There is nonstop construction, as soon as you think its over it starts in another spot and supposedly this is just standard for the building. There is also a fire house across the street on the south side. The alarm goes off constantly.

2 - The amenities are often closed and have pretty inconvenient hours, although when open they are great and there is a wonderful woman who works there.

3 - These units are individually owned and therefore you always have to rely on a private landlord before anything can get taken care of. Basic things take weeks, sometimes even months, instead of same day as in a rental building. It also means that random strangers and workmen will be coming in to your apartment as outside handymen are often brought in to fix things by the owners.

4 - Due to the above you need to read your lease. Do not just sign this at random. Make sure you negotiate terms, and are OK with each line item. This is huge, and if you are from a rental building something you might not be used to having to do.

5. To get to the amenities, and the laundry room, often takes 2 elevators as you have to switch in the lobby - not a huge deal but becomes a pain when you have a lot of laundry to carry.

6. Delivery people are not allowed to come to the apartment and you must go down to the lobby to pick up your food.

7 - The doormen and the super are absolutely wonderful and a huge asset to this building.*

* Edited to note that post moving out of the building the super does not acknowledge correspondence. Three emails requesting meter reading information were completely ignored. The doormen are still quite nice.

This place surely holds a significant place in defining NYC skyline and yes as Ryan Serhnat said "This place is for Kings and Queens of industries", which is indeed true.

If I was so rich beyond rich I would choose to live on one of the top floor condominiums of the famous, One57 building,,, but if I were rich and stupid, and if I wanted to live in a death trap I would live at the Worthless; 432 Park Avenue Condominiums, that building is an ugly tall tall tall box with no real design or beauty,,, so the One57 is a far, by far better choice.

Great views, If your facing the right direction. Nice looking building with some cool modern architecture.
Lousy amenities. Shabby shape.
75 Wall is a beautiful building that has spacious floor plans, clean facilities, attentive management and awesome staff. It is close to all subway lines and neighborhood development is booming. Working in the real estate industry, I believe that this building is a hidden gem amongst all residential buildings in Manhattan.

Love this building and the staff. Well maintained condo, especially for a property from the 80's. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a new building, but you'll find everything you 'need' here.
The gym is great - wonderful pool and squash court. Would be nice to have updated gym equipment with cable and WiFI.
Super is 'super' and the overall feeling of the building is one of 'home'.

Highly recommend for buyers and renters. You'll love this building... great for professionals and families.

The best view in Manhattan from a home. It's like living at the top of the Empire state building. Central Park is an extension of your living room!
Nice building. Cool history too.
Apartments contain cerused oak flooring throughout, glass cabinets and elegant white marble bathrooms. The lavish kitchens are adorned with wood lacquer cabinetry, Mont Blanc Agglomerate stone counters, glass tiled backsplash, oak light vanilla wash wood flooring, integrated refrigerator, Electrolux high speed oven, washer and dryer and Bosch gas cooktop.
