Best location in North York to live as the building is very well managed & organized plus easy accessibility to variety of outlets & attractions in additional to direct access to subway stations

Beware of the Gupta group fraud. This company cancelled on the Icona project causing 1000s of investors and future home owners to lose money!

There’s a lawsuit against them. Just google it!

Beware & google The Gupta Group before you buy. They held on to my client's money deliberately to make money off the interest. Cancelled abruptly after numerous promises. Unreliable company. I wouldn't recommend to any of my clients after such a disappointing experience. They don't deliver. This developer should not be allowed to build in Canada anymore.

Way too tall for the neighborhood. Will ruin the whole region, should be no higher than the valley

Amazing service!!

The management is allowing the state of the building to deteriorate by the month. The people in charge here are just not competent.

It is a nice and quiet building with a good management. The west side view is great with no obstruction and the landlord is very respectful. The concierge and security as well as the care takers are all nice and welcoming people. They also pay attention and follow up in case you bring up an issue to them. Thank you and Keep up the good work guys!

A great place to shop for Asian groceries. Parking is a bit difficult but the place is great.

Be aware if renting here. There is a landlord here who goes by the name "JAMES" who tells you a time to come view the apartment and does not show up, after you leave you will notice someone was watching your car or how you walked there,h has sent someone to follow you to try and Rob you . The landlord sets people up at the location so he can have this friend find people with deposit money to grab . Do NOT rent here or fall for this . Also no amenities in this building and very lazy security do not check or care who is entering and what happens here.

Terrible Terrible experience with UCCI Properties.

The company should not be in business, the properties are in terrible condition, the management company that manages the units are rude, rigid, and completely shameless in dealing with their tenants.

I'm disgusted by my experience with this company and I hope that this review deters even one person from tenanting any of their properties.
